If they mess up they make it right they would’ve taken care of anything I asked and since I follow Christ I do as he would do and they are a great company .sometimes things happen but they stand behind it very honorably.

The place smelled like cat pee and there was pet hair all over the floors and spider webs between the was washers.

Also didn’t look like they clean out their washers very often.

Cute PAC Man game to play while waiting, but I couldn’t stay because of the smell. I had to pull my laundry out of the washers and go somewhere else.

What can you say about a laundry mat. It worked,it was a little expensive, my oppenion of course. Zero running water ,not even in the restroom. Not good.

Had to utilize this laundromat while awaiting delivery of a new washing machine. No wait on a Saturday morning at 8:30. AM. Utilized three washers at $3.50 each - cycles only 30 minutes 😊Used two very large dryers at 25 cents/5 minutes - took 20 minutes for a regular load. 25 to 30 minutes for the extra large load. In and Out in 90 minutes 😊 Overall positive experience!

Lovely Laundromat. Plenty of machines, never had a wait. There is a change machine for patrons to get quarters. Love the big dryers - they don't take long to dry a load! Not a huge parking lot.

Anderson Bee Clean Laundromat

My favorite place to go and wash my laundry. They offer laundry soap as well. I have not had to use it so I’m not sure of the quality but nonetheless. They usually have a worker in there around the place so you feel more secure about your clothes being in there while you take a call or something and aren’t able to watch your clothes the full time. Their washers and dryers and usually all very clean and in working order !

This is the best laundromat in town.  It's always clean,  doesn't stink.  The employees are very friendly.  I would recommend this laundromat to anyone.

Whoever owns this should be ashamed of themselves. No attendant. Most of the machines are broken. Detergent sitting in the despensers NOT dispensing any detergent. Wasted my detergent, money and time. And it’s dirty. DO BETTER! one star because I had to in order to do the review

It was okay until some people decided to come in and take up every single one of the smaller machines. So I have to put my smaller loads in higher dollar bigger machines because they think it's okay to hog every small machine instead of condensing some of their loads into the bigger ones.  It's rude and selfish behavior to do this. They don't care that others need the smaller machines.  They don't care that now others have to pay more because they are hogging all of the lower cost ones.   If this keeps up I'm going to find a different laundromat - one without entitled selfish jerks.

Sooo... Traci you must be talking about a so if anyone comes in here and complains about the laundromat because Bee Clean Laundromat it by far the cleanest in Anderson!! I literally drive from Frankton all the way to Bee Clean laundromat just to dry my clothes because it's the best environment! Plus the laundromat attendant CJ is so helpful with anything anyone needs!! The Establishment always sparkles. She's always out here keeping an eye on things so I don't know what Traci's talking about but you can't compete when you don't compare, and in the words of Tina Turner "Simply the Best, Better Than All the Rest" so if anyone complains about this laundromat then they're the problem! #lovemyBeeClean🙂🙃

I've only had a dress cleaned here before. I took in several items today. I allowed somebody to go in front of me because of how much I had with me and the person working seem to be very flustered due to a system update on their computers. By the time I got up to be helped, I found myself apologizing for asking what pricing was since I was bringing in so many items. I shouldn't have felt like I was asking too much by inquiring what the fee was to clean a coat. Hopefully all of my items are kept together and not lost and hopefully my dry cleaning bill isn't astronomical since I wasn't able to really get pricing details for the items. I left feeling very concerned...

I went in for the first time ever today, needing my daughter's JROTC uniform cleaned by tomorrow.  I had to go to the other Anderson location (they called them ahead of time for me and told them i was on my way) and they got it done for me! Fantastic customer service! My stuff was ready and on time!

My pants and shirt was clean and press nice and neat and was ready on time i was happy with my clothes and service

Friendly courteous employee helped me efficiently at drive through window. Dry cleaned my go--to wool winter jacket...it looks great. Ready for wearing when cold weather returns too many months away. Open Saturday til 2p.m. Makes it nice for people who work Monday thru Friday.

I was so glad I called them. There had been an "accident" on my sofa sectional that needed to be cleaned before it had a chance to dry. When I called they said they were very busy but I lucked out and was able to get a same day appointment. They arrived right on time, were very personable, and told me what each step of the process was as they were working. The technicians were quick, thorough, polite and knowledgeable. ServiceMaster was much more affordable than I had expected and I will definitely call them to come back whenever I need to have any furniture or flooring deep cleaned.

On site team was prompt and friendly. Had them clean all of our high traffic areas. Things were great until about a week later I noticed water damage in a corner of the master bedroom in a part of the room rarely used. Water had soaked the carpet underneath a closet door. The water also soaked into the closet door, a basket of laundry and the molding of the door frame. We contacted the owner and sent over photos. Instead of attempting to reach some sort of arrangement Eric told us he believed we were just trying to scam him out of money. I have now cleaned the mildew from the carpeted area, replaced the door frame molding, replaced the closet door and disposed of several articles of clothing as result of this carpet cleaning service. I have now spent twice as much in repairs to my home as the initial carpet cleaning.

I really wanted to like this company, again they were prompt and the field team were very nice. Accidents happen, I understand that. I was fully willing to work out some sort of agreement with the owner. I admit I should have been more diligent in checking my home before the team left. However some of the fault also lies with Service  Masters for leaving a significant amount of standing water on a carpet floor.

Sadly there is no way I could ever recommend a company who refuses to accept even partial responsibility for for a mishap at a customers home.

Shaina from service masters is the best at her job! I've never seen someone day in and day out be so attentive. She helps out in the office I work for and I have the pleasure of seeing her everyday. She is so reliable and always there when we need her. She is detail oriented and makes sure the job is done right unlike some other people I have experienced in the past. She never fails to jump in when needed and takes her time to be sure the job is done right.

Service Master of Anderson is amazing! My carpet looked awful after a big party at my house and I thought I should replace it. A friend of mine told me about Service Master of Anderson and I decided to try them. After all there was nothing to loose. And after they finished the job I was totally surprised. At first I thought my carpet was replaced but they said "No, this is your old carpet". It looks great, it smells so fresh. You are the best.

I am very unhappy with the lack of communication from this company! We were told from day one they would keep us updated and we never heard from them regaurding status of completion.  We were also not told about unpacking everything ourselves, which is no problem but that would've been nice to know upfront.  They've been done for 6 days and we didnt know.. that's time wasted for nothing. No phone calls
We had to contact them to find this out. The Owner himself, came to our home to do the initial estimate, he is the one who did not make the initiative to call and let us know the job was finished. When I told him I was not happy about being left in the dark, he made no apologies and was not accepting any fault on his part, even though he said he would keep us updated. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY MYSELF!!!!!

Washers were nasty dirty. And higher priced.... I will not ever go there again

I have never had a problem with this laundry mat. I've been coming to this laundry mat for 3 years now. Matt the new owner is really nice gentleman. If you have a problem he will be there as soon as he can. I had a problem with one of the machines and he came and looked at it within 20 minutes and had it back up and running.

That's the first time that I went here. The washers got my clothes really clean but the dryers got to hot on high and on permanent press pretty much no heat

Would not recommend. Sign on the door says under new management but no one was in the building. 2 seedy gentlemen were sitting in front on the curb and casually walking in and out of the facility. 2 machines took my money while a good portion of the others had "out of order" signs

Cathy is the absolute best attendant. She comes out of the office and cleans the machines and keeps the place looking great. I have seen her come over and help several people get started with getting laundry cards, or even how to use their card in the machines. I don't know what you pay that woman, but it definitely isn't enough! You've got a great worker!

If you wanna drop off your laundry at the subs express, ask for Kathy, she did a great job, she was pleasant and the prices were great, never I'm in town. This will be the place I come to give him a try. Whether you're dropping off your laundry to have them, do it or if you want to do it yourself.

Disappointing, dysfunctional and overcrowded. Have never had a good reasonable experience at this place. There's always something not working.
Went down the street , everything works, no crowds and they have Speed Queen which is what I have at home. Great experience, great value.

Suds, and especially attendant Kathy, deserves 10 stars. Kathy was so helpful since this was my first, not last, visit to Suds. Once you master obtaining a laundry card, it’s easy. Very clean place, lots of washers, with 2 having 80lb capacity, 2 dryers that hold 50lb, with others being 30lb. Only suggestion I would make is to add more dryers, but I’m pretty sure that’s common knowledge. Heartfelt thanks to Kathy for her incredible patience in helping an old lady.

It had a lot of out of order washers and dryers and they are expensive.  The lady that works there is very friendly, sweet and helpful.
