My $700 drapes are ruined and Victoria Cleaners is non-responsive to the issue.  They are basic dry clean only drapes that we took in for a routine cleaning.  They shrunk 12 INCHES and now the drapes and liner are completely mismatched.  We hung them up immediately after pick up and discovered the obvious issue.  They were still damp and wrinkled too!  We immediately reported the problem, they did not reply, a phone call went in to the manager, followed by emailed photos of the damage and proof the drapes were fine before.  We haven’t received any acknowledgement from the store.  This is not a small issue.  Who would just let a mistake go that costs $700 to replace???  Save the $200 and try your luck at the laundromat! Filing a complaint now.

Always helpful and kind!  I only wish they would redo the exit from the pickup area.  I’ve hit those rocks and causes bad damage to car.  Cannot see the curb after picking up clothes.

My experience was terrible. They put rust colored stains on my white drapes, and when confronted about it, told me it was my word against theirs. The manager told me they were going to send my drapes to a "lab" to have the stains "tested" to see if it was something they did to cause the stains. When my drapes were returned- the rust colored spots were not addressed. I had to ask the manager the status of my drapes to finally get them returned to me. He told me he was sitting on them and shouldnt have been. My saga started the middle of April and i did not get my drapes back until yesterday. No one contacted me to tell me they were available for pick up. I will never use them again. Poor service, terrible work, rude.

Missed self-imposed deadline twice, did a horrible job, then failed to follow through on making it right. Will NEVER go back, and will always tell people to avoid at all costs.

This place is awesome. Good prices, great work (they even make small repairs when I ask) and quick turn arounds -- weekend hours are a little wonky, but accurate as posted!

Got wash & fold service for a week of clothes. Everything was done in an hour and I recieved a call when it was done, which was great. The attendant was very nice, but my clothes were folded poorly and I was missing a sock from 2 pairs, a short pair and a long pair. I wish the attendant told me about it, but instead she folded the shorter sock into the longer sock as if to hide it. Won't be going back.

Please update your posted hours. On your door in 2 locations you list Saturday hours as 8am-2pm. You were closed at 145pm when I came to get my order.

They were absolutely exceptional! I needed to get a small button fixed and they did that with no charge! They absolutely made my day! The woman working there was so kind and really helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Very disappointed! No stains got removed and the person at the counter had the excuse that now that I have been charged, there cannot be any refund!!

Alicia is wonderful. She has let me know the specifica on how the dry cleaning works.

In response to Abdul -- I have been frequenting this location for over 3 years now and the "Joe" you are referring to left this company before I began coming to Executive Cleaners. I know the current manager at the Urbandale store has never laundered a sweater/pullover shirt of mine unless the garment specifically says "Do Not Dry Clean." She is very attentive and genuinely listens to customer requests. Unfortunately, there are people that bring in clothing that was previously damaged elsewhere and try to get the items replaced or want store credit, etc. I'm not insinuating that you were, I'm just trying to convey that procedures and staffing have changed from several years ago, and this review is really no longer relevant. In my experience since 2019, if there is ever a question or concern, I have found it is appropriately addressed and resolved at this specific location.
