I stopped in to catch up on some laundry and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the facility is. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was in great condition. I also want to commend Maria, the employee on duty—she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Her friendly attitude made the experience even better. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! look, I was so tired of going to splash em out and sick of their mold issue, so I went to make a bad review on there and saw that someone mentioned this place, and omg!!! Clean me laundry is divine and bougie in the BEST WAY! It's my first time in here and im the only one doing my laundry, the sweet and incredibly helpful worker named Haeli was insane dude! She offered me a step ladder so I could reach the 85 pound washer with ease and made sure I was safe that's a huge plus in my eyes, going above and beyond is obviously what she's about, she's the best! She has not stopped deep cleaning and I've been here for an hour now, she's a keeper! This place is CLEAN! AND SO CUTE! there is plenty of sitting spaces, wifi, clean washers and dryers with NO MOLD! YAY!! I literally can't stop talking about this place, it's open 24 hours a day dude! Which means people who work graveyard shift can come do their laundry in peace ✌️ I'll never going anywhere else again!!! Good job guys!

I love this laundromat. It is brand new, but it is also ALWAYS keep very clean, all washers and dryers are kept running good. It's 24 hour and has fantastic people working there. You can buy a card to use there or you can use quarters. It's fantastic.

Came here tonight to wash some blankets. I love the fact it is open 24 hours for those that work odd hours. The place is actually clean.

The washers and dryers are new. The largest washer is 9.75 and I got one king, two queens and one full size blanket in with a lot of room to spare. The best part was the washer actually spins completely. My blankets did not feel soaked with water like the other place.

The dryer is also large my king quilt which is thick dried in 60 minutes with another blanket in the dryer also. At the other place it took almost two hours. The dryer four 1.50 gives 18 minutes and 3 minutes a quarter after.

It is really great and I will be using it for things that do not fit in my regular washer.

Love the laundromat and the quality of machines. But... yalls floors are going to get someone hurt. I'd acid wash your concrete and scrap your flooring. Hate to see someone trip and sue a great business that helps the community plus it's less maintenance.

I'm not too familiar with this area, but I needed a local laundromat and Google search directed me here, and I'm glad it did. The laundry attendant was very helpful and was constantly walking around cleaning. This location has 20 lb washers and 60 lb washers. If you're in the Richmond area, I'd recommend using this laundromat for all your laundry needs! Thanks for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I go here every Saturday the attendant Bailey was really nice, helped me when the washing machine didn’t spin out properly and left my clothes wet, I would definitely recommend this location if you need to do your laundry.

I like how close to where I live it is. Wish the large loads didn't break the bank every time I need to do blankets/towels though, especially in this economy. I know you all get business why charge your customers so much for I'm sure not much more water? Especially when so many are out of order/need maintenance done, as well. Kept pretty clean though I'll give y'all that and staff is always pretty nice

Took my jacket to Jack's cleaners on water Street on the 3rd of July, said I could pick it up on the 8th I went down there on the 8th jacket was not done, I went back two more times and the place was closed during opening hours, I finally caught the door open this morning on the 16th of July and guess what my jacket was not done so I left with my jacket I will not go back to Jack's cleaners on water Street. A very lazy and insubordinate business do not go there!

Incredible service. I left a couple of coats there for almost 3 months (forgot about them) and Jack's searched for and found them. They've also cleaned costumes for a community theater I've been involved with for years with no issues. A+++

The family who owns this business take good care of their customers. Friendly, good people I call friends. They take extra care to clean clothes right and often do more than asked such as sewing on buttons. I once accidentally left a pair of gloves and a hat in a coat I had them clean and got both the hat and gloves back and cleaned for no extra charge. The person who does their altering has always done a fantastic job on my jeans.

This is a great cleaners. I have now used them three times and I have been very satisfied with each experience. My only complaint is that the turn around time is a bit slower than I personally would like. It usually takes 5-6 days to get my husband’s dress clothes back. Usually, I send of 4 pairs of dress pants and 4 dress shirts. Then, I wait about 2 or 3 days from my last pick up to make another drop off of dirty garments. It keeps the clothes in a nice rotation so he always has clean clothes for work. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service here and the way the clothing comes back from Jack’s. Perfection at its finest. It’s a hole in the wall and visually you can see the history of the building, but IMO that’s character and shows that his work speaks for itself.  Fast and friendly service. I will continue to use Jack’s Cleaners for all the dry cleaning in my family. I don’t really have any local dry cleaning services to really compare their prices with, but I would say the cost is reasonable for the service you receive. It cost me roughly $32 for 4 dress pants and 4 dress shirts to be dry cleaned; ironed with starch.

First time using this business and I'm very pleased with the results! Dropped off about 20lbs of clothes and it was cheaper than I thought it would be, around $30. Due to my job schedule I couldn't pick them back up until the next day (even though I got a text saying they were ready barely an hour later- pretty quick) and they were neatly folded in three separate plastic bags, smelled great, and were tidy with not a wrinkle in sight. Will absolutely use this service again 👍

The Splash 'em Out card took my money. But when I went to use the card there was an error.
They said there was nothing they could do. So Id have to get a new card and load more money. What if the next card doesn't work?

They did end up giving me some of my money back. But I had to fight for it.

I take comforters in to drop off and the service i always get is simply respectful and pleasant.  My laundry is always very clean and smells amazing when I take it from the bag it in. Had Family coming to stay and wanted to have fresh blankets for all! This was the best place to go. Got everything washed for less than $30 and in less than an hour almost. It was a lot of blankets I might add. Lisa was a kind employee who was quick to help and cleaning the store consistantly.

I went in to get cool and the attendant asked me to leave. Beware of the card scam. When you put money in you can't get it back

It balances don't roll over and you loose it

So there are a lot of washing machines here, unfortunately most of the big useful ones are broken and out of order! The staff is very friendly and the prices are okay! One thing I did learn is that you put the soap in initially for the pre wash but then you have to put in soap again about 5 minutes later when the main wash starts! I believe that is the key to clean clothes 😉

Not busy no more I just don’t know what happened I think maybe that it’s not clean enough and the owner needs to haul off the wash machines to the recycling place and junk most of the automobile needs to be hauled off and donate the stuff that needs to be removed from there plus they are not updated the health department and city of Richmond Kentucky needs to inspect the business SAP

I absolutely love this place. So it may look older when you first walk in. I know some people have left comments based off that. However, the gentleman that's always there working is amazing. He's supper nice and I love the drop off laundry. Literally you can drop off your laundry with hangers and either by that evening or next morning pick them up. They are washed folded and everything. It has saved our family of 5 so much time. We don't have to spend all Saturday doing laundry. Honestly it's very affordable and if you figure how much electric, water, and time you spend doing laundry this is a game changer. Ive been using them almost a month and only have good things to say. I will say if you don't take your hangers it is .25 cents a hanger but still cheaper than buying hangers. I would recommend anyone to give this business a try.

While many of the machines are out of service...the plus is that they do take coins and not that stupid card system the other two places take.  The folks were nice and the place is clean. The price is just right.  I will definitely be coming back :)

A few months ago The woman who was working accused my children of stealing her key to her desk. My kids would never do that. She asked me to check the pockets on my 5 year old!?!! She then continued to find her key put up where SHE PUT IT. It made me angry but also sad cause I really liked this place. Would not recommend if you have children going. Very disappointed 😞
