It was packed but clean and had dryer issue that manager fixed promptly for me.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was forced to do my laundry @ this location. I live in the heart of town so it’s conveniently close which is an added bonus when not wanting to stay put the entire duration of clothes washing/drying, and anyone who’s ever been to a laundry mat knows the biggest fear tends to be having your things stolen, but NOT here!
Everyone was friendly m, and helpful when someone was in need, the machines were very affordable to the point I would go back even with my washer and dryer working properly bc I was able to handle multiple loads all at once. I found the whole experience therapeutic in a way and for that I say thank you keep up the good work y’all! I’ll definitely be back soon!

I haven’t been to a laundromat in~40 years but a long camping trip with quilts and blankets required a larger machine. I was quite impressed to see the changes that have been made to laundromats. Not only did the machines accept credit cards, but there were several sizes to accommodate individual needs and this place was clean and well maintained.  I also wasn’t disappointed with the local kindness shown to me when I had to ask questions about the machines. Opelousas has a sweet place here and this begrudged chore was a delight.

Warning DO NOT bring your clothes here. First thing is that they make you pay when you drop off your clothes. I brought my brand new linen dress & got it back with a button missing & stains. When I addressed this I was totally dismissed.  The response was that they don’t sew buttons back & when asked about a refund she immediately stated they did not do that & then just walked away

I’ve been using this establishment for 10 years now, and in the beginning I was very happy with the speed, and quality of service, but for the last year I cannot say that.
I have taken Brand New Shirts, never worn, to have them cleaned, and light starch. When picking my Business Shirts up and going on the road on business travel, the next day I find that a few of my buttons are gone, cracked, or half on.
I have spoke with Super Clean about this embarrassment, and the comment I received was not what I wanted to hear. “We do not replace buttons. Again these were Brand New Shirts with all the buttons, I will seek out another cleaners.

I took my son's homecoming suit to the cleaners, but since I was at work, he picked it up. The suit was brand new, but when we removed it from the dry cleaning bag, we noticed spots on it that looked like they had used spray starch, as well as grease stains on the sleeves. The staff was impolite and implied that the suit had been worn before. With homecoming just a week away, they charged me to steam the suit first and then charged me again for cleaning and steaming it after they made a mistake. The customer service has been terrible, and I'm still waiting for the owner to return my call regarding this issue. Peggy's behavior was unprofessional and she could benefit from customer service training.

My wife recently brought several dresses for our children to the shop, we wanted to stay local.  So instead of calling and letting us now that there was the potential of a dress being ruined, they decided to skip that and ruined an expensive dress.  And when we called to address the situation...well lets just say they seem inept and un willing to rectify the sitaution.  Would preder to rate a zero, but have to give a 1.  Poor communication, kinda shady if you ask me, and very untrust worthy. And apparently customer service is not a term they are familiar with. Message us for recommendations for a much better dry cleaners. They can do nothing to earn our business back. PS...it takes very bad service to write a bad review, as I was in car service. And J & J probably doesn't care about this review.

Just moved to Carencro and really needed my comforter cleaned. It had been in storage and my dog sleeps on it with me, etc etc. But I was afraid it would take days to dry clean and actually hang dry so I’d be stuck using blankets on my bed. To my surprise, it was ready and clean the next day. You do have to prepay for comforter cleanings $36 after tax, it’s just a rule. This place is a little hidden gem in Carencro and I’ll be using them again when I need more clothing dry cleaned.

Just picked my husband shirts up. Needless to say will not waste any more money there. Asked and payed for heavy starched. They barely have any starch much less heavy. He's gotta have heavy starch or he burns holes in them.Gotta take them somewhere else and have them starched right.

The lady that have working in here has a bad attitude, the only reason I haven’t left is bc my clothes are already washing. I went to use the restroom and asked for paper towels or soap and she stated “what’s the use people gonna steal it anyways.” The point is this is a business and you still supposed to include paper towels and soap in a bathroom especially if you spending $50 plus on washing and drying, the most uncomfortable atmosphere for a laundromat. Can’t wait to get back home so I can wash in the comfort of my own home. Very unprofessional staff. It is very clean and plenty of washers and dryers available. Just ignore the grouch.
