Great customer service! I took a formal gown in that I thought was ruined. The bottom was completely black/ruined. I picked it up today and omgeeee. It looks as clean and beautiful as the day I bought it! I highly recommend them!!!

The 24 hour/ touchless concept is nice. However, when you drop off clothes and they come back with stains you didn’t drop them off with, and there is no one available to see immediate resolution with, it makes for a significantly frustrating experience.

I don’t live in the area, and don’t have the time to track down a live person down to either correct the stains or replace my $200 shirt. So I’m asking that someone please contact me with a potential solution. As it stands, I’m now I’m forced to travel back home with a potentially ruined article of clothing- at my expense. Not cool, Hollywood cleaners… not cool at all.

Their software is not ready to be used.  I have never been there before this week.  I keyed in my name and phone number.  They texted MY WIFE to notify her some clothes were ready. I had to get them out using her name and phone number.  Another lady was complaining to the manager that she has not gotten a text to say her clothes were ready the last couple of times she has dropped off clothes. It's just not good enough. I don't trust them at this point.  The manager kind of shrugged her shoulders at my issue and looked in her system.  When she saw my name was linked to my wife's she was happy all was well.  I'll be going elsewhere.  Who knows who else they are sharing my info with. The homeless people out front were not a welcome site either. One was ranting and flailing her arms. I personally try to avoid those types of situations when possible. I'll find another dry cleaner for next time.

I just moved from NYC and don’t know of a single place there that offers 24 hour service. The turnaround time is also speedy! It’s fantastic! Thank you! And my clothes look great, too!

I am not a person who enjoys leaving bad reviews but I feel like I must warn anyone considering choosing this place. This is the absolute worst cleaners I have been to in all of Louisiana.

I brought my beautiful brown vintage suede jacket to the Sterlington Road location so they could get a small spot off the front of the jacket. Being that this was my first time using this particular company I asked if they would be able to get the spot off - they said yes and told me to come back in about two weeks.

I’ve never been to a cleaners where it takes that long but since I didn’t need the jacket right away, I thought it was fine. They told me they would text me when it was ready.

Two weeks later I don’t receive a text and I decide to go down there only to find that the SPOT is still on my jacket AND now the jacket is terribly discolored! And guess how much they charged me? $45.97 for a messed up jacket.

I would rather them have not even messed with the jacket if they were just going to ruin it further. And to add insult to injury I was supposed to get 20% off since I was a new customer however the cashier couldn’t figure out how to apply it.

If you have an article of clothing that you care about I advise you to NOT bring it to Hollywood Cleaners. Maybe they can dry clean a T-shirt but not something  important.

This laundromat is perfect! We get our clothes done in a timely fashion and no one bothers us. The workers are in the building during the day if you have any questions and they're always polite. Their washers and trying work well and they're never out of order. They also have a coin machine and it always works too. There's no ATM, but there's a bank right across the street. I definitely can't complain, as I've always received good service there!

I've always had a great experience when I go. Nobody ever bothers me, I've even left my clothes for a few days and sentiment to get them the owners were just as nice as could be none of my clothes were missing either time, they've just been extremely reliable. Considering all of the nonsense they have to deal w some days y'all are awesome. Thank y'all so much.

Way too expensive. 10 bucks per load to wash and dry. Dryers require way too many quarters. It’s insane… it was be the dryers need servicing. Well lit. But lots of homeless people frequently wash here.

I dont like the way they lock doors when they see people things are there Have some common courtesy especially since they were still open pass closing time. Common sense should tell them these people are coming for they things and it won't be to long. I dont believe in supporting selfish and intentionally evil people. You have cameras for what you dont know. And then the website says you guys are 24 hrs. I literally thought that or otherwise I wouldnt have left.

I am not use to such low scale laundromat. Our regular laundromat that we go to puts this one to shame. The floor is nasty. The washer didn't spray water in the right compartment to get my soap out of the dispenser, therefore there wasn't as much detergent in the clothes as there should have been. The over all washing cycle only took 26 minutes, which is what my quick cycle at home takes. I really have doubts about how clean my clothes will be when this adventure is over. When I dried my clothes I put 1 quarter in one dryer and 2 quarters in the other but they both shut off at the same time. What's up with that? I started over with two new dryers and started my stop watch. Both shut off before the stopwatch reach 5 minutes. I was fortunate enough that the lady who takes care of the place came in and she gave me back $2. I will not be back if I can find a cleaner and better place to do laundry.

Many Dryers do not work and do not have an out of order sign. The washing machines has an odor you will not notice until you take your clothes out. The smell was awful,  my clothes smell worse after washing. I spent $42 to wash and dry 4 loads!
I recommend going somewhere else.

Separated clothes, loaded 3 washers, added soaps and fabric softeners. Walked over to the fabric softener dispenser for one more little box. It was out of order. Ok….   Went to the change machine….”out of order, use the small change machine”. I walk over to the small change machine, it won’t take any denom of bill. Signs all over saying don’t leave laundry unattended. Went to to family dollar and squeezed $4 out of the clerk. Clothes/blankets were still there when I went back. Definitely would rather wear dirty laundry one more time than visit this facility again.

Just used this facility to wash and dry clothes. The washers are extremely awesome the dryers on the other hand. At least the two dryers I used number 5 and 6 didn't dry well at all. I put $2.00 in each dryer twice and at the end of the cycle my clothes were still wet as if they had just come out of the washers. If not for that would have probably given a higher star rating.

Cleanest place i have ever been to for a 50 miles from crossett, AR . 50cent for 7 min of dry time kind of steep but, its worth the cleanliness for me.

I’ve been here 2x in the last 2 weeks. It’s clean and quiet! Definitely be intentional when you go because the number of available washers/dryers can change in a heartbeat! I wish they had a few more of the larger washers, but overall I would recommend! 10/10

I've seen the price increase at least 3 times, but not once have I noticed a machine has been cleaned. Stopped by tonight to throw some sheets in a dryer, and the dryers have now started to smell. It took a few seconds to realize there was a smell coming from the dryer though because the smell of the homeless person posted up on the bench in the front was so overwhelming. The entire business model seems to be "put it in the right area and have it open 24/7," and sadly, it seems to be so lucrative that the owner need only stop by to fill the change machines. You'd think while they're writing out all those signs about closing the dryer so the A/C doesn't escape, they might spare a moment to ask that the washers be left open... but I suppose if the other filth doesn't bother a person, the smell of mildew probably doesn't either. Hmmm.

It's open 24/7 and they keep the AC on. It would be nice if the drink machine was still here, but oh well.... My only complaint would be that it usually needs some cleaning. Not the worst I've seen though. I'm thankful the place exists.

D & D Cleaners

We picked up a comforter on yesterday paid $42.73 only to open the bag and they've washed and dried it when the label says Dry Clean. So, I called them around 10:40am today and got some rude lady telling me that they wash and dry and put them in a bag unless it says otherwise. Ma'am it DEFINITELY says otherwise and that's why I sent it there or I could've washed it myself at home. Of course, I don't live in the Monroe area so I had no way of knowing that I would receive such lousy work and rude response. Why would you wash it when it clearly says Dry Clean? Then you get a nasty attitude when questioned about the money and trust you've given this company expecting them to do a fair and honest job. Smh!!! Wow!!!

If I could have given them less than a star I would have.i would never take anything else to this cleaners again. I told a suit coat jacket and they faded talking about it color faded

This company ironed my black pants incorrectly, putting a permanent white line and crease where I did NOT want one. Ruined my pants, and they didn't offer to compensate for their mishap. Take your business somewhere else.

D&D cleaners has kept my Blazer for over 2weeks after excessive wrinkles and lapel issues I am still waiting on my Blazer... I've gone to pick it up 3 times now! After I was called.. but they didn't have it ... this has been a great inconvenience..I will be trying another cleaners.... this isn't the first time they've done dissatisfied work for me.... All of these issues were caused by D&D cleaners.... this Blazer was new when I first brought it to them! They are getting sloppy! This location doesn't do good work!

All I can say is they’re Amazing!! There were some black stains in my sister formal gown. We wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to remove them. They did! and in a timely manner. Thank you I will definitely be using you all again.

We picked up our king  size blanket yesterday.  It was a week later then when it was supposed to be finished by  and we never got a call when  it was done when I was told we would get a call.  I just went in hoping it would be ready for pick up. When we went to open the bag  up the blanket smelled rotten the smell eminated around our bedroom . The balnket  did not smell like that when we dropped it off and when we called to let them know there response was ....” we don’t get the smell out! we just clean it. There’s nothing we can do. you have to air dry it to get the smell out” .... it smells like actual garbage and now we have to go spend another 40$ to get it recleaned somewhere else’. I do not advise taking your things here.

Let me set the scene- it's the day before st Patrick's day and I have an event at work that day. I pull out my shamrock blazer and it's COVERED in brown stains from an apparently intense st patty's day party from a few years ago. I frantically call every dry cleaner in town asking if they can get my garment done by tomorrow morning. Thurmanize says they can do I drop it off at 10:15am. To my shock I got a text BEFORE NOON saying it was done! I cannot express how blown away I was that not only the QUICK turn around but my blazer looked better than it did the day I got it!!! 10/10 and will use again! The ladies there were SO NICE and do amazing quick work! And their little website that tells you the progress on your clothes was pretty cool too!

Was a sketchy place and there were homeless people some sleeping some were intoxicated or something of a kind. Was very sketchy and felt unsafe. Will never go this place. To anyone thinking of using this place, be warned and probably go during the hours when people are there doing the laundry.

The price and size machine r nice for your money, I wish you could put sign r tape over the machines not working. Most of the time it's clean wish the bathroom could be open, but I understand some ppls don't act right.

Lots of machines are down and nowhere to sit inside. No one on duty. I need to make change for a 10 and don't want all quaters. They do have a TV and it's not busy. I guess that's a plus. 5.25 for a medium wash.

If I could give five negative stars I would. Worst Laundromat in the country. It done ruined five of my uniform shirts. Now I only have two left. Most of the washers don't work and there's no hot water. It's only warm. There's also no bathrooms or even a sink where I could try to salvage my uniforms.

Johnson advanced cleaning did a phenomenal job on cleaning my rental property. They provided great customer service and they were able to fit me into their schedule last minute. I would recommend as well as I would use them again.

The pricing was just too much and the conversation on the phone was more for personal than professional.

Then when you arrived at my house it was with your family in the vehicle which was unprofessional as well. As a business owner it is important to do things right the first time with people. Jimmy, Casey, Miguel, Seth, Jennifer, Stephanie and Laura are the names I know but everyone with ServePro Monroe that worked on our project in Collinston were very professional, fast & courteous and kept me in the loop the entire time.  We had a water leak in our office that started during the Christmas break.
The entire first floor was flooded when we got there the day after Christmas.  Servpro was on site that day to begin work.  First class service!

I have used Stanley Steamer in the past to clean my white upholstery and have ALWAYS  been satisfied until this last time. I was extremely dissatisfied. I called the office within a couple of hours of the guys leaving expressing my concerns. The lady answering the phone was very understanding. She had the owner come out the next day. He cleaned both of my couches AND cleaned my rug without asking. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and very professional. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers.
