Warning DO NOT bring your clothes here. First thing is that they make you pay when you drop off your clothes. I brought my brand new linen dress & got it back with a button missing & stains. When I addressed this I was totally dismissed.  The response was that they don’t sew buttons back & when asked about a refund she immediately stated they did not do that & then just walked away

I’ve been using this establishment for 10 years now, and in the beginning I was very happy with the speed, and quality of service, but for the last year I cannot say that.
I have taken Brand New Shirts, never worn, to have them cleaned, and light starch. When picking my Business Shirts up and going on the road on business travel, the next day I find that a few of my buttons are gone, cracked, or half on.
I have spoke with Super Clean about this embarrassment, and the comment I received was not what I wanted to hear. “We do not replace buttons. Again these were Brand New Shirts with all the buttons, I will seek out another cleaners.

I live in the heart of town so it’s conveniently close which is an added bonus when not wanting to stay put the entire duration of clothes washing/drying, and anyone who’s ever been to a laundry mat knows the biggest fear tends to be having your things stolen, but NOT here!
Everyone was friendly m, and helpful when someone was in need, the machines were very affordable to the point I would go back even with my washer and dryer working properly bc I was able to handle multiple loads all at once. I found the whole experience therapeutic in a way and for that I say thank you keep up the good work y’all! I’ll definitely be back soon!

I haven’t been to a laundromat in~40 years but a long camping trip with quilts and blankets required a larger machine. I was quite impressed to see the changes that have been made to laundromats. Not only did the machines accept credit cards, but there were several sizes to accommodate individual needs and this place was clean and well maintained.  I also wasn’t disappointed with the local kindness shown to me when I had to ask questions about the machines. Opelousas has a sweet place here and this begrudged chore was a delight.

The management sucks. One of the $5:75 big washers stops most of the time leaving you stuck with wet clothes that you have to relocate and pay twice. They have been made aware and don't care. People put clothes in a washer and pretend to do laundry and steal you clothes if you walk outside at all. It's posted inside and outside security cameras in use, but there are no cameras. And if by some strange chance you actually do get to talk to the manager,  she just argues with you. I will be taking my business somewhere that actually addresses a customers concerns vs argue with them.   No wonder most af the machines are out of order with a manager like her, very rude to customers

It had been in storage and my dog sleeps on it with me, etc etc. But I was afraid it would take days to dry clean and actually hang dry so I’d be stuck using blankets on my bed. To my surprise, it was ready and clean the next day. You do have to prepay for comforter cleanings $36 after tax, it’s just a rule. This place is a little hidden gem in Carencro and I’ll be using them again when I need more clothing dry cleaned.

Just picked my husband shirts up. Needless to say will not waste any more money there. Asked and payed for heavy starched. They barely have any starch much less heavy. He's gotta have heavy starch or he burns holes in them.Gotta take them somewhere else and have them starched right.

My mom and I came here today to wash clothes due to our washer machine being broken. At first, we didn't know the process of working the appliances, but caught on quick. It took us 45 minutes to an hour for us to wash, dry and fold the clothes to bring back home. Overall great experience, but hopefully our washer gets fixed soon.

Plus I ran to my house to drop off a load of clothes and made it back at 9:15 pm and the lady closed the place with my clothes still in it. So not only did she close the place early with my clothes still in it but there's no number displayed to call about this

This place is pricey! Not really from around here so I can't compare to other places. (from CA) But the cheapest washer is $4/load (small) and the dryer starts at .25 cents. Facilities is well air condition/properly aired. Kept clean. Maybe it's cheaper if they do your laundry.

Great place to come to dry clothing. The dryers are very reliable and dry your clothes in a reasonable amount of time. Always have dyers available for Your need.. I love it here!!!

friendly helpful Workers it's a fun and friendly comfortable environment the people that go there are really nice and it's very clean and always in Immaculate condition the bathroom stays clean they have single sale dryer sheets and trash bags if you need they help you with letting you know the best way to wash how much you need to put in the washers and what it takes to dry they also have drop off services for dry cleaning and them doing laundry by the pound I don't know the car but it's an excellent service and it's in the shopping center with the Dollar Tree Citi Trends and phone service places and a couple of other clothing stores excellent location and really really wonderful workers

Very clean with lots of fresh air. Young woman in charge very helpful. Used the big $5 macine to wash all of my clothes then 2 dryers for about .75 each.

Used the drop off service: We are full time RVers and have used such services around the country. This has been our best experience to date: our laundry was very clean, smelled good and was nicely folded. We requested no softener on the towels to improve absorbency and they did as we asked. We would use this location again.
