Hollywood Cleaners lost my $400 dress. When we realized it was missing, they claimed we had already picked it up — even though we weren’t even in the state at the time. I asked for a store credit for the value of the dress, but the manager told me, “There’s nothing I can do.” There was no apology, no concern, and no interest in keeping my business. It would have been nice if they cared about making it right instead of losing a loyal customer.

Took days in my clothes being ready. Paid a crazy price for wash and fold and they just stuffed my clothes in and didn't care to fold.

No customer service as it is automated.  No onsite alterations and charged $5 for a single button to be sewn on shirt!  Ruston, LA.

I had clothing altered at the Cleaners of Ruston.  The lady in alterations did a great job.  But, make sure you try on the altered items and make sure it fits the way you want it to fit before you pay for them.

I took my son's letterman jacket last week and they were supposed to clean it, well to my surprise it wasn't cleaned🤦🏾‍♀️😡. Called backed and expressed my frustrations and she reassured me that she would take care of it. So I brought it back on Monday and was told to pick it up Thursay. Well I did just that, and guess what the jacket still wasn't cleaned, same stains still visual on the jacket. And they tried to charge me this time because the manager who told me to bring it back wasn't on duty.
I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone because if they couldn't do the job that's all they should have said and I wouldn't have wasted my time nor theirs . But we needed this for my son's graduation pictures. I hope no one else have a problem like I encountered with them. Communication is key. And they lack it😡

I feel like their dry cleaning and pressing prices are a little high, but I never had an issue with them until I tried to have alterations done.
First, I called to make sure that they could hem a bridesmaid dress and asked for an estimate of the cost. They told me $15. When I took it in I didn't have my shoes with me. The lady WOULD NOT do the alterations. I told her I didn't care if it was just a little off, but she refused. Well, she is only there for a few hours a few times a week. (How convenient?) So I had to immediately run home, find some shoes, and run back.
I got back, she measured and I checked at the desk to check on the costs. They told me $30. Twice as much as they told me on the phone but I thought $15 seemed low anyway.

When I went to get my dress, they brought it out to my car and told me that my total was $80!!!!!!! They said they didn't realize how long it would take because it had so many layers (it had two). I spoke to a manager and only paid $40, but they did the same thing to one of the other bridesmaids who didn't fight it.

I'll be taking my money somewhere else in the future.

I took 6 pairs of pants to the cleaners for heavy starch and press. Paid $10.00 per pants totaling $ 61.64.She said she is the Manager, place the clothes in the backseat came home. I’m trusting that they had put my name on my PANTS AND WHEN SHE DIDN’T give me a receipt for my clothes, I should have known, but trust I thought it will be ok. Listen to this I call immediately to tell the Manager about her mistake. She said production made a mistake ok but what about compensation. She wanted to focus. Currently here at 2:30 AM ,Sunday morning, Feb 11th. Dryer #53 is dysfunctional and there's n9 help available to me at this time. No numbers posted for after hours assistance such as this. slightly clean laundry area. Clean bathrooms. Soap center machine has all products sold out so that really isn't a help either.

This is my first time to come here. This place is awful. Half the machines don’t work. There is trash all over the place. The machines have missing parts. I can’t understand how you let a business look this bad. Hopefully this is the last time I will need to come here. I hope the owners do better than what they are offering to this community.

It's ok to run 1 or 2 time when U had no choice, or doing big comforter.

This place is filthy and nasty.  I guess there aren't many options here in this city so they do not have to conpete too much.  My washer broke and I had to go here because it took so long for maintenance people to come. I will try somewhere else the next time.  On another note, the gentleman that worked in this place was extremely friendly and helpful.

I'm not sure if the lady that is usually there is the owner, but if she is she is doing a great job. She is always so friendly and helpful, and she has even switched my clothes over for me more than once just so I wouldn't have to wait even longer for them to finish. If any problems arise she doesn't hesitate to fix it for you...definitely recommend this place to be your regular laundromat!

The washing machines are heavy duty and $2.00 pre load. I was the only one here on 13/23/2019
They also have an 3 bay Car Wash here on that is also clean and in good working order...

Owner getting lacks on fixing washers and some dryers I've lost money in the machines more than once and on most days he doesn't even open at 6 I just literally sat a hour an a half for it to open,the experience was great at first but now I'm definitely getting mines fixed or will be going to another and he or they have no number to reach to let no of these issues

Thankful to have a washeteria so close and good prices... but there's no hot water. And that's disgustingly unacceptable.

My brother needed a place to wash and dry work clothes while visiting, he said machines worked and place was very clean!
