The lady that have working in here has a bad attitude, the only reason I haven’t left is bc my clothes are already washing. I went to use the restroom and asked for paper towels or soap and she stated “what’s the use people gonna steal it anyways.” The point is this is a business and you still supposed to include paper towels and soap in a bathroom especially if you spending $50 plus on washing and drying, the most uncomfortable atmosphere for a laundromat. Can’t wait to get back home so I can wash in the comfort of my own home. Very unprofessional staff. It is very clean and plenty of washers and dryers available. Just ignore the grouch.

I have used this coin laundry twice now an I will not come back.  The first time I used the largest front loader an the price was a little high to get the machine started an if you want hot water there was another additional charge an there were more options all with additional cost.  That was ok but decided that I would use multiple smaller washers next time.

My second experience was down hill from the first. The one dollar changer would not accept a new $5 note an had to get the attendant an after several attempts she was able to get my change. Next problem was a top load washer not taking my money until the attendant did her trick an it did take the coins. 3rd problem was a dryer that took one quarter but the turn handle would not return to accept additional coins without pushing an pulling to get the knob to come back to were it would accept more coins.  4th problem was similar to the third and one I had 50 cents in it would not start.  So this coin laundry needs major maintenance.

It's a good drive from home, but if you need a coin operated laundry location, this is a very nice one.  Maybe the best I've ever used.

Ruined my comforter by washing and drying it. I specifically asked to have it dry cleaned but they decided to wash and dry it. My comforter went from a Queen size to a full size and I wasn't able to  replace it. Incompetent people.

We are very pleased! They cleaned my wedding dress and didn't mess up any of the beading. My husband loves his jeans stiff where they stand up and they deliver Every time. We, the Washingtons give a 5 star!

This place has nice and friendly people that works there. The turn around for dry cleaning is the next day! The drive through service is the best part for me.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was forced to do my laundry @ this location. I live in the heart of town so it’s conveniently close which is an added bonus when not wanting to stay put the entire duration of clothes washing/drying, and anyone who’s ever been to a laundry mat knows the biggest fear tends to be having your things stolen, but NOT here!
Everyone was friendly m, and helpful when someone was in need, the machines were very affordable to the point I would go back even with my washer and dryer working properly bc I was able to handle multiple loads all at once. I haven’t been to a laundromat in~40 years but a long camping trip with quilts and blankets required a larger machine. I was quite impressed to see the changes that have been made to laundromats. Not only did the machines accept credit cards, but there were several sizes to accommodate individual needs and this place was clean and well maintained.  I also wasn’t disappointed with the local kindness shown to me when I had to ask questions about the machines. Opelousas has a sweet place here and this begrudged chore was a delight.

Warning DO NOT bring your clothes here. First thing is that they make you pay when you drop off your clothes. I brought my brand new linen dress & got it back with a button missing & stains. When I addressed this I was totally dismissed.  The response was that they don’t sew buttons back & when asked about a refund she immediately stated they did not do that & then just walked away

I’ve been using this establishment for 10 years now, and in the beginning I was very happy with the speed, and quality of service, but for the last year I cannot say that.
I have taken Brand New Shirts, never worn, to have them cleaned, and light starch. When picking my Business Shirts up and going on the road on business travel, the next day I find that a few of my buttons are gone, cracked, or half on.
I have spoke with Super Clean about this embarrassment, and the comment I received was not what I wanted to hear. “We do not replace buttons. Again these were Brand New Shirts with all the buttons, I will seek out another cleaners.
