Be very careful with your belongings here.  I put my comforter in the washer at 8:10 and returned at 8:50, my wet comforter was gone, stolen.  The employee arrived at 9 and informed me she could not look at the cameras.  The employee was rude and indifferent to my situation.

It’s the only laundry mat in Augusta. It’s busy and not pleasant but you get your laundry done. The attendants are friendly and keep it clean. They leave at 5 and after that, nobody is there to control anything. The bathroom locks at 5 also.
A must have if you don’t have a hookup at your rental.

When was the last time they cleaned their machines?? They stink so friggin bad i feel i need to re wash my clothes somewhere else. Literally going around to all washers (doors closed) opening the doors and the smell just makes me want to vomit.
They say they're 24 hours but lock their bathrooms after 5pm. Seems kind of silly to me where people can't even use the restroom or wash their hands.
Floors are always disgusting when employee isn't there so I find myself sweeping.  Thankfully they left the broom out of the locked closet so I can sweep up all the band aids and cigarette butts off the ground.
Prices are just insane expensive. Garden island do better!! If you're going to charge these prices than keep your shit clean at least jeez!

The price has gone up at least $2 in barely a year, the smallest 30lb washers were removed (they kept the 30lb labels over the 40lb washers), and they got rid of all tables to sit at, plus the snack vending machine.

However, I will say that the homeless are not here nearly as much as some of these reviews are trying to say. And even when they are here, they have always been respectful and never once bothered us, and we go weekly at differing hours. People in these reviews love to profile though: my partner, his brother, and I have literally had the police called on us here because someone reported that we were "homeless people mooching the wifi," you know, because homeless people are on their brand new macbooks sitting down while waiting for their laundry to finish drying (sarcasm).

Very economical. Staff was attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Oversized table for folding laundry- great for sheets and other large items. They are coin-op so bring your quarters. There were confy chairs and a couple of tables where you can sit while you wait. They also offer dry cleaning although it's sent out. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!

The machine’s are a bit dated, but the staff is amazing, helpful, happy.  Also very clean, environment.  The sweetest people. I love this community

I love this laundromat the owner is very nice,  attentive, and very helpful.  There's plenty of parking the other reasons why love this laundromat it's because it's closer to other businesses that I shop at like Shaws, Dollar Tree, and I can get to a Convenience Store very easily Circle K on Capitol Street. Also it's actually cheaper than the laundromats in Augusta...

Old timey, but clean vibe that I love. Super cost efficient compared to any other place I’ve been to. The sweet lady working was hand ironing shirts and I never see that anymore. If I lived in the area, this would be my spot for laundry.

Arrived around 11:45 am on a Saturday & 3 others were already there in various stages of laundering. I had 2 normal size large loads & washed at $2 each & it took approx 30 min to wash. The washers are smaller, old style top load washers like what I had in my house a while ago. The dryers will take a double load, 6 minutes per quarter. I set it at 30 minutes and everything was dry, including 2 pr of jeans (waistbands were a tiny bit damp) & 2 sweatshirts. I was happily able to use coins and there might be a way to pay with alternate options too but I didn’t explore that. The owner was very helpful as she was keeping busy with some laundry. There are a lot of machines out of order, specially dryers but a few washers too. There was a clean bathroom available & there were electrical outlets around the space if needing to charge a phone & WiFi was available. This place was small but clean, there were 2 tables for sitting, lots of comfortable chairs, & a large folding table. Overall trip took no more than 1 1/2 hours & that included folding & $5.50 in quarters. I would definitely use this place again.

Horrendous management. Owner is very cocky for having below average people skills. Cleaners seemed miserable, although they did a good job. Would not recommend.
