Great laundromat overall. But the hours say it’s opens at 8 and this is the second time in a month there hasn’t been an attendant until past 8:15 to open the doors

Overall love the place, but hit on a worker, name beginning with a I, was not much help. Had trouble with a machine, acted like she didn't want to be bothered. Saying something like "it is what it is!"

Wendy was amazing and always went above and beyond.  When she was not working the other staff were pretty terrible but we overlooked them and tried to drop and pick up around Wendy’s schedule.  Now that Wendy is gone every experience has been negative.  One staff member in particular makes things difficult and uncomfortable especially when we pick up sizable orders.  Her comments have left us going to the Falmouth location when possible to avoid the interaction.

Today I brought a down comforter to Pratt Abbott in Yarmouth and had a great experience. I met Wendy  who helped me figure out which machine would be best for a king size comforter and then she showed me how to pay for my washer and dryer with my credit card using their automated system that is specific to the machines I was using. Finally she offered to load my comforter into the dryer because I was able to pay ahead for the 1 hour it took to dry . In addition, she was very knowledgeable about specific details for laundering a down comforter and cautioned me about issues with using too much detergent. The customer service at this place is exceptional and I shall gladly return there again when I have over-sized bedding to launder. Great Place!!
