I have been standing outside for an hour after they say they are open but the door is locked still

I brought in my couch cushions a week ago for them to clean they said they could deliver it to my city in a week. I called this morning to make sure they were being delivered they assured me it was. When I went to go pick it up it wasn't there and they said they don't do dry cleaning at that location. I called again, was put on hold, and then they said they actually dropped off at a different location when I went there my couch cushions weren't there either. I called for the third time and they said that they were in a completely different city.  After being put on hold they said the only thing they could do was deliver it to the correct city drop off location in a week and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Nice job on the dry cleaning...sewing not so much.  Twice the flag patches were upside down which represents a country in distress.  They fixed at no charge for the mistake, but used black thread in a yellow part of the patch.  Looks a little tacky.  Otherwise very nice people.

Highway robbery. I travel all over the country with my job. I have my clothes laundered and pressed many different places. I’ve never payed anything close to what Schwegman’s just charged me. The average price across the country to have a dress shirt cleaned and pressed is 1.75 to maybe $2.00 they charged me $3.50 per shirt here plus they charged me $8.00 per pair of slacks. More than twice what I’ve ever paid anywhere else.  Like I said, highway robbery! I don’t know how they stay in business!

It’s a fine place, the only option in willmar I know of. But there’s not been a single time I’ve ran my clothes through the dryer and they’ve come out dry. I’ve always had to run it through twice. Please fix this. Dryers should dry. If they don’t dry the first time around ask an employee for your money back.

Its okay for public laundry mat, but it could use some update, thry definitely need to get cooling system fixed. Also a deep clean is definitely in order!

The Willmar Coin Laubdey is well maintained.  The washer and dryers are clesn and in very good condition.  They have heavy-duty large washers as will as normal sized washers.  They have large dryers as we as normal sized deyers.  The parking lot is well maintained. If you are in need if their service stop by.

The place was very clean. They do give the option of coin laundry or using a credit or debit card. The only reason they lost the star was because a lot of stuff was out of order.

My last post I was referring to the laundromat in Benson, Minnesota which is a place that don't seem to care (I've heard of so many stories of everybody losing money on the these machines and nobody being there to talk to call a number and nobody answers you back the place looks like junk half of the machines don't work not a very good place to do your laundry) Benson laundry is located in Willmar not in Benson Minnesota

The washing machines are poor and have makeshift coin slots they took off of gumball machines but my close smelled good!

Typical laundry mat! Seems like they have newer machines. Costs were typical and the dry, could be better! Also they do not have a restroom or even a wash sink.

Do not, I repeat do not go to this laundry mat. I had to put my laundry in the dryer three times and they’re still wet!!! Horrible place no workers are ever even there.

Shows how much inflation is affecting everything. Washers are $3.00-$6.75 depending on the type you need, and dryers are $0.75 for 20+ minutes. Considering it is a small laundrymat there's plenty of space for everyone and is kept remarkably clean. I've been to others outside of Willmar, Mn and they weren't quite as clean as this one. As of the last time I was there they only had one machine not working compared to others. You can tell the owner has a good deal of pride in his business

Out of 20 dryers 9 of them were not working! I had a small load, put in $1 got 29 minutes, had on high heat, when done, some clothes were still damp! So dont think mine was working  either. Think they need to fix their dryers!

The family that owns this laundromat is wonderful. This establishment is cheap yet still a very nice place!

Washers timers are off.  They run faster than what you pay for.  One of the 35 lb washer closest to the door runs fast, and most of the smaller front load washers also run fast.

I drive 40 miles to use this laundromat when we are in the area.  It's that good. Light, bright, clean, spacious with well maintained machines. We travel, so I've seen facilities across the country. This is the only one that makes me happy to be in a laundromat.

While I do agree with other ratings that this is a very clean laundromat.. they have a sign for everything... I think the sign on the change machine pretty much sums up the proprietors attitude...3.25 for “regular wash” 3.50 for “super wash” and .25 for 5 min of dying time.. which will take about 40-50 min drying time...

We were in town visiting for the week and used the Laundromat on Monday Everything worked great, was clean, had change machine, Soap Vending machine....
We attempted to do our laundry today before we packed up to leave town....and to our Suprise the Soap Vending machine was replaced with a Change Machine....so we left without doing our laundry....very puzzled by this exchange of machines?? Do you need another Soap Vending Machine?? We are in the Laundromat business in New Mexico we have a few extras.....
