Undependable, unreliable, will not ever use again...carried sports jacket by there early thursday morning to be pressed, was told it would be ready by 5 because they had not sent out that days cleaning, had to have it for friday homecoming, went by to get it and she said it came in to late to get it that day, she lied, bad customer service...carried it to a reliable cleaner...marked this one off my list!!
