This place is horrific. My job required me to get my uniform hemmed here and it was an overall terrible experience. When I dropped off my uniform I was told the only seamstress was on a one week “vacation”. Turns out it was a total of 3 weeks. When she finally took my measurements she was over the top rude. I’ve never met a more unpleasant individual working customer service. After she finally took my measurements it took another 3 weeks to hear from them. I called a total of 3 times. First two times a female told me my uniform wasn’t done yet. Third time a male who I forgot the name of answered and actually took the time to figure out what was going on and found my uniform which was finished, but not done correctly. Thank god for that guy, the only positive part about the experience. Literally take your business anywhere else. Everyone besides the the male there act like they’d rather have their teeth pulled than work there. Go literally anywhere else.

I dropped off pants at the beginning of the week to be hemmed and was told I could pick them up a Friday. When I picked them up and got home, the pants weren’t actually hemmed. I brought them back, and was told by the girl at the register to “go talk to the blonde girl and tell her to hem them while you wait”. At this point I decided that perhaps getting a refund and going elsewhere would be the best course of action. I asked for a refund and was told to wait while she went to speak with the seamstress. When she came back, I asked for a refund again, she told me they would hem them while I waited. It took me asking for a third time before she acknowledged what I said and gave me a refund. Not pleased.

absolutely terrible.  do not go there.  I have been customer for 40+ yr.  they are now awful.  i just picked up a blue sport coat and wool hat they cleaned.  the hat was 1 size smaller that when I started and the jacket wasn't even cleaned.  they sent the jacket back thru and it still looked terrible and had lost 3 buttons on 1 sleave.  they tried to find the 4 missing buttons and found 1.  I will never return. and suggest you use feigenbaum

Brought in a winter ski coat to have my zipper replaced and was so happy that they had it done within 24 hours!! The coat means a lot to me so I was quite happy that they were able to replace the zipper and have it done so quickly 😊😊

A great place to do business with only $20 for my blanket to get washed and it only took 1 day. I highly recommend they are great.

Been using the other company for years prior to being bought out. You don’t know when your stuff done. You got a call to find out if your stuff is done. That’s an issue because then you gotta take your time and call out of your day. This is supposed to be a service not a stressful situation. I used to get text message notifications when your stuff was done automatically. Furthermore, today I was missing items. Was told I had all my items. I said no I don’t. They called me back a few hours later and said oh sorry we have your stuff.  hopefully they get things straightened around not good right now. Wish them the best I’m gonna have to use a different company. I rely on my stuff for work.

I did not have a good experience with the new owners of this location. I have used Feigenbaum’s for years prior with absolutely no issues. Unbeknownst to me when I brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned back in August, they were to be bought out by this larger company, Best Cleaners. I was told my wedding dress would take 3-4 weeks to have cleaned. When it was about it a week past that mark I called to ask for an update on my dress. The woman then explained that they were bought out and there was a delay but the dress should be done so she was going to call the location they send their inventory to and get back to me. A few days passed and I still had not heard an update. So I called again and the woman at the desk said my order did not exist in the system at all. At this point I was very nervous. This is not just a work shirt or set of pants that needed some stains removed. It’s my wedding dress. She said she would contact the manager directly and call me back by the afternoon. By 5pm that same day I still had not received a call. So I physically went into the store, where another person told me that they had found my dress and it would be delivered the next day. Which unfortunately did not happen. We showed up for the delivery truck and my dress was not on it. At this point no one knew where my dress was. And I was in the process of contacting the location where I purchased my dress and had the custom work done, in order to file for reimbursement. And we let the main office know we’d be doing so. Upon getting that call they magically found my dress and delivered it the next day and said that the reason my dress took so long was because it needed to be hand washed in some areas. I’m not sure why this wasn’t communicated to me if this was the case. And why at one point my dress was missing in their system. And while the people we spoke with through this whole process were not unpleasant, I’m am not happy with my experience with this company. My dress came back to me finally a month after I was originally supposed to have it. I was given no discount and no apology for any of this. And I don’t plan to return to this business.

Was just bought by Best cleaners. They closed the bay plant and are now shipping stuff to wherever their facility is (I am guessing towards albany). I usually drop off work cloths on Friday with a pickup on Tuesday. Under feigenbaum they would have it back next day or Monday. This time I went to pick up on Tuesday because I hadn't received a notification and nothing was ready. Went back Wednesday and was told they just got cleaned thay afternoon but weren't shipped back yet. Finally called today, put on 20 minute hold and they told me they were finally there. Beware of all the good reviews those were for feigenbaums which This is not. Best way bought the single store front, clients and good will and promptly gutted the service. Be prepared to wait and be frustrated. Hopefully it's just pain of the transfer but wow what a plunge off a cliff a week can make.

I am a regular customer at Feigenbaum's Quaker Rd. location.  The quality is unmatched, and the customer service cannot be beaten.  Brenda and Tanya go out of their way to help me, and I am always greeted with a smile.  This is not only a great Dry Cleaning Company, but they have also tailored my pants, fixed buttons on my shirts, etc. Go to Quaker Road and experience customer service at its finest.

DO NOT USE! Terrible experience. I waited to write this review, hoping I would receive a response from ownership for a resolution, but I have not. Washers are smelly and dirty. The rubber seals around the washers are foul, gunked up with debris (one had a sock blocking the drain). Due to the filthy seals, items would obtain lines of dirt on them from being run around the seals while washing. Dryers are hit or miss. The girl who "cleans" the laundromat couldn't have been more apathetic and do a worse job. One of the washers damaged one of my blankets. Spoke to an attendant who showed up at one point after I called. She spoke to me like I was incompetent and would "review" the videos to see what I did, but couldn't refund me for the issues that I had. Offered me some stain remover for my damaged blanket so I could wash it again (would be the third time washing it at that point)...Attempted to reach out to the owners with no follow-up. Emailed with pictures and descriptions of all the washer/dryers of concern. No response.

For those wondering, no wi-fi. Mediocre A/C. Most everyone just waits in their car due to the tight quarters, smell and heat.

Cleanest laundry mat around. Open 24 hours. I always see an attendant in there cleaning and trying to keep up with spills. Nice owners and staff. If there’s an issue they always try and help. It’s nice that they care about their business.

I'll take responsibility for not reading the recent reviews of this place.... my fault there. But we were in a hurry to find somewhere open late. We bought new comforters to big for our home machine and decided to go here to wash them while having dinner in queensbury.  Big mistake. It shredder the new comforters in the dryers.... upon finding the damage and inspecting the dryer I found large jagged pieces caused by metal fatigue within the dryer! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Ever since the summer started this place has been a train wreck. There is only 2 benches inside the building so unless your lucky enough to get a bench your forced to stand around or sit in your car. The last 2 times I’ve came someone has opened up my dryer and prevented my clothes from drying. The washers are nasty with animal hair and mold. The people who come here are questionable.  (I only attached 3 pictures because my fingers got slimey. All washers are like this)

Not clean, expensive. Wondered why at 10 am on Saturday there was no one there… washers don’t spin clothes dry. Dryers do not get hot, took a ton of quarters to dry.  Total for 3 loads of wash and dry $21.  Traveling and this is one of the worst and not up to date facilities. No bathroom, no sink, loud obnoxious music and not credit card friendly.

Queensbuzy Laundromat

Was OK. Small place but clean. Sorry but being from Granville,NY we have a awesome laundromat.  Beautiful mural on all the walls. So very clean and well kept. But I was waiting on a friend in the Queensbury area. So I went to this laundromat.  This place was OK.

I am not the type to leave bad reviews, but this place definitely deserved it. I don't wish to tarnish anyones company, but I TRULY feel the need to warn others not to come here and have the terrible experience I did. This is a warning, if you have a short temper, I would definitely consider going to a different laundromat. *Extremely* frustrating experience. The machines are old. After putting four dollars into the washer, the machine stopped working and it refused to take any more money. My boyfriend had to try over and over again for 15 minutes to get that last $1.50 to finally go into the machine. Afterwards, I went to go get coins from the change machine for the dryer. And it just ate my dollar. No coins came out. The change machine is totally empty of quarters and had no sign/warning stating that. GLAD I didn't put my $20 in there first like I was going to.  There's no one in store to help you out either. This place pissed me off. Good luck, if you come here to do laundry.

Middle of the night needed laundry, prices were a little wonky and the washer near the detergent leaked some water. Got it done though and it was a friendly environment!

I moved to the area recently and decided to come here for the first time, I’d say I’m pleased with it. I came when it opens and only two people came after me, not busy at all. It was clean (other than some dryer sheets on the floor but not dirty) fairly updated it looks like. The coin machine gave me an issue with a $5 bill for a few minutes but I eventually got it to eat my money lol. I’d say the time for washing and drying is average, for a heavy load it was about 35 mins washing, and drying is about 20 on high heat. I’ll keep coming back I think.

Amazingly clean and not as costly as other laundromat's. And get this it's 24 hours a day. The owner is extremely nice. So if you a place to do your laundry I'd go check it out.

Suds Laundromat

This is a pretty nice place for a laundromat! It looks really new and nice on the inside. Most of the machines are stainless steel and look nice. I love all the plants they have inside. Upon closer inspection, the floors were pretty sandy, needed to be swept. And some of the machines needed a wipe down, but that’s to be expected and not a big deal. There is a public restroom and snack and soda vending machines. There is also a change machine and machines dispensing detergent, bleach, softener and laundry bags. Also there is a couple benches with books, magazines and a large TV. We first came at 9am and were the only ones here, but by 11 it got pretty busy. The cheapest washing machine was $2.50 and ranged up to $9 depending on the size. And dryers were 25¢ for 6 minutes.

It happened to be hot the day I used it. No air-conditioning.   They had ceiling fans, but they didn't help much.
Price for washing was a little steep, $3.50 for a front loader.
Only benches to sit on- not comfortable.

Just returned from there. While my washers were still going along with the other 2 patrons a man came in with over 20 bags of wet laundry. He proceeded to fill EVERY DRYER there was. When ask what about our laundry to the lady on duty her reply was he's a paying customer. The 3 people got their wet clothes and left. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASH THERE. 😡🤬
Plus his truck was full of more bags we noticed as leaving.

On 1/31, my fiance and I went to the laundromat late in the afternoon to clean my elderly parent's soiled clothing. I put $20 into the change machine and only received $7 in quarters back. I called the number that was posted, and no one answered. I had stopped by the next morning hoping to speak to someone, but there were customers. I've tried calling several times over the weekend, hoping to speak to somebody to resolve this issue.

Very quiet, attendant very friendly,  clean, if a machine breaks down, they get repaired...handicap access, off street parking

Bay Street Wash and Fold

This facility is very nice and well kept. Music was going and the attendant was always cleaning something or talking to customers. This is one of the nicest laundromats in town. Anyone else’s review that says other wise is garbage.

The laundromat has new clean machines at a reasonable price. The facility is well maintained and on hand staff was super polite and helpful.

Since there was a small dryer fire December 2017 the owner has completely overhauled the business. From the inner and outer appearance, to the brand new stainless steel dryer wall, and washing machines. Radio plays while the 50in flat screen plays the news. They have free WiFi. Its a major plus seeing the owner doing little repairs and his staff taking care of the little things on the day to day.

First things first I was disappointed after calling and speaking to Deb who told me I didn’t need to bring detergent with my clothes to SHOW up and be asked for my detergent! I did go back home and bring it back for the lady. They did a exceptional job with our clothes even my daughter clothes were perfect! However the dryer burnt my baby bouncer cover super BAD IT HAS HOLES NOWWW!! Not happy at ALL

The dryers are the best! The washers are cheaper by .25 cents than any other laundrymat I've been to in town .  The music sets an upbeat pace so your time seems to pass by quick!

Absolutely the worst laundromat I have ever been to in my entire life. Fully one third of their machines are out-of-order both washers and dryers.This includes two broken change machines as well. The third change machine RAN OUT OF MONEY AT NOON ON A SATURDAY and my clothes had to be taken home to dry. Garbages are overflowing and the place is very run down. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.

Very clean always has atleast one free for being as busy as it is alot never don't see someone there doing laundry during open hours and still stays brand new looking and operating I'm picky on places really picky and so far my time out here I'd definitely say this place is top notch can't beat the prices either less room in apartments washers/dryers and charges more where I am 10/10 recommend this place I'm more than happy to give a bad review when deserves one but this place I legit looked for a reason to not use it and I couldn't find a single reason as a germaphobe to not go there again especially the area big props to the cleaners and owners amazing spot

I came late and ended up drying my clothes after hours, w/no problem. The machines wash good, but a few of the dryers run a little on the cold side (there's always a couple at every laundromat)...
Over all great place, was still pretty clean even though I came in late.

This is the place to go! Worth the drive! Machines are in excellent condition. All of the washing and drying machines work efficiently. Multiple spaces to sort and fold. Clean, cost effective and time efficient! Looking forward to visiting again.

The laundromat is under new ownership and the owners are a local couple who cares about our community. They are doing everything possible to update and maintain the laundromat. They have provided free WiFi and a working television. They are in the process of putting new dryers in and are giving it a fresh look on the inside. I am excited for the new owners because with some work(which they are doing) they will realize that they have a diamond in the ruff. I will gladly keep going to do laundry. If these two people are willing to give it their all, I'm willing to support them any way I can.

Ample parking & a smooth transition from your car to use a cart/wheeled basket etc. Good selections for different machines, they work efficiently, my clothes were washed, rinsed & spun thoroughly and the machine itself, along with the dryer were also clean! Dryer was quick and dried evenly. The place itself was very clean & the least expensive place ive been to in years! The employee was absolutely wonderful! Great personality, very friendly yet professional.  I'll definitely be returning and referring others here as well!

Love this place! We’re from out of state camping at Moreau and we needed to dry some laundry. The interior is clean and cozy. The interior atmosphere is not your typical laundromat. This laundromat is homey and  has very home-like vibes and the assistants were nice and friendly. This laundromat will be our go-to place for our laundry needs from now on!

Hansen’s Laundromat is clean, well-maintained, and super easy to use. The machines are in great shape, there’s plenty of space, and everything runs smoothly. I was at  Hansen's 12/4/24 and all the machines I used worked amazing! The staff was friendly! I did 14 loads because my washer was broken and I was behind on laundry.
It was clean. I love the automatic entry doors so easy to get in and out of the building. I've been there before if I fall behind on laundry or my washer or dryer needs repair. Hansen's is the place to go.!

Dix Avenue Laundromat

I have never had a wash and fold laundry service that was as good as this one. Trust me,I’ve been traveling all summer long and I’ve had to have wash and folds… But this one …I would move here in the city if I could take my clothes to them. The shirts were all so nicely folded.  Everything was just lovely. I also found that the people that were running it, especially the owner, was friendly and pleasant. So, hats off to a business that makes me happy.

I found the staff to be helpful and friendly times I’ve had issues with machines they made it right place is clean/organized have bath room that’s always been clean they do have handicapped button but never seen ramp for a person in wheel chair so you gotta pick up your basket up on curb to get into place. Main reason I choose this place is excepts debit cards, I see they must of had issues with them most are taped up and are coin only since I came and saw no debit ones available I tried a different place and found it to be cheaper and quite nice…

Awesome laundromat. Clean, friendly attendants, who are always there.  Reid Schmidt is great, if you need anything during your visit. When you go home and notice you forgot or missing an item. Speak to Reid. He will be happy to assist you.

Perhaps the best laundromat I've ever been to. It's large and has plenty of machines. The facility is clean and well kept, and there were friendly attendants there to help with questions.

Every now and again when I have to wash something big I go here. The laundromat is always immaculately clean. They take great pride in making sure that your machine is the cleanest it can be before you start using it. I don't really go anywhere else when I need a laundromat great job guys

Kleen Laundry

No hot water. Deceptive laundromat. I find them here and there on my travels. It’s easy to tell, when it’s filling up the water runs through the soap dispenser, feel it. It will be warm if it’s an honest laundromat. This one is not honest.

ATM on site , coin dispenser on site , machines are strictly quarters . Bathroom on site , very clean . Dryers and washers come in super sizes . $6/4 per wash as of this date April 2022.

Been using this laundry mat for about a year now. It’s always got debri on the floor, the atm has a $5 sur charge, never any hand soap for the questionable bathroom. This is in addition to the animal hair always in machines seemingly never cleaned despite the coin dispensers clearly having been recently emptied. The white machines? May as well stand next to them, because otherwise you’re just giving money away and coming back to still dirty clothes. The old dryers are bent enough, that they’ve destroyed countless socks, and cost me more money than the convenience of location is worth. I’ll just bring my business to an establishment that is actually maintained, without the complex drama across the way.

Does not return calls or texts change machine stole a big amount called and texted.more than once with no reply and years ago I had a issue with washer which he also did not reply

My first time Very nice and clean! Dryer’s actually dry without spending a fortune plenty of washer/dryer’s sizes to choose from good prices I’ll continue to go here
