I am not embarrassed to say.. that I bought this two wool coats in a second hand store in a very good condition , and I want them nice and clean...I specifically told them about the hairs on the black coat n odors on both.So when I went to pick them up, NO LIE!! it looks like they put them in the plastic bags and gave them back to me...so I told them that I really want them clean n odor free...and they look at me like I was crazy...and both employees started to sniffing on the coats like searching dogs in the airport...and one told the other one that she didn't see nothing wrong with the coats...well they kept them for 3 more days to (supposedly to clean them) but when I went to pick them up.. Same situation...so I just walk out before I exploded...sooo disappointed.This was my first time here and I want it to be the place that I could count on..but they ruined it!!

If I could leave a no star I would. Woman at the counter was extremely rude! Was not helpful in any way. This place has been there since I was a kid, I figured the service has to be spot on. Boy was I mistaken!

Today was my First experience with Jet Cleaners in Yorkville. I am truly offended. I would Never recommend this business! ...I have Never even been Inside this establishment in my life. ...I am in a wheelchair, and my husband takes me for rides, and I take photos of businesses, as I ride by, and post them on GoogleMaps to help others find businesses. - I posted a photo of  the outside of Jet Cleaners  on GoogleMaps.  ...The Yorkville owner hunts me down, then calls me up a few minutes ago, accusing me of being someone I am not! And for changing his hours, which I Did Not change ...And for messing with his "website", by posting a photo of his business on GoogleMaps, ...And also accused me of being someone else  that he apparently had a lawsuit with! ...Really? ...He calls Me out of nowhere and tries to start a fight with me on the phone! I am appalled! He owes me a written apology for his outrageous behavior. Would Never Recommend! ...True Story.

For years this has been a reliable cleaner for me. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I wish I could give a lower rate, why even bother if you put out products like this.
