I'm wondering if the poor review may have come from one of the other locations, but the Raleigh location on Ed Dr. has been fantastic. The lady who works there is quite possibly the nicest lady I've ever met, and she's extremely courteous and helpful.

I’ve been coming here for at least seven years because they were a good value and did a good job, but they’ve started breaking buttons on sleeves and collars of dress shirts and won’t do anything about it, including replacing the buttons. They told me their new press machine causes the damage and they can’t help it and won’t replace them.  They essentially said “tough luck.” I can’t keep going through these buttons, so I will need to find a new dry cleaner.

I went to this place twice. The first time the work done (dry-cleaning and ironing) was pretty good so I returned again in the end of Jan. The second time received my shirts and pants back with no mention of my shirt losing a button. When I went home I realized that it was just clipped together. Some of my shirts also were shrunken. It’s understandable to have buttons fall off but not to mention it to the customer is disappointing at best.

Clara and her team always greet us with a smile. They've had consistent staff for the 5 years we've been coming here. If your items need special care, they always try their best to work with what the material or stain is giving them. Avoid this place like the plague!!  My daughter took a rented dress there in perfect condition only to be returned in shambles. Currently trying to get some sort of compensation (won’t even refund the cleaning cost) but they are not taking any responsibility. What kind of business is this!? Bring your clothes to be dry cleaned and we will destroy them…missing beads, discoloration, pilling and torn details. I’m beyond livid and disgusted that people throw up signs offering their services with no accountability. She now has to pay for the dress which was in perfect condition before “dry cleaning” and  they did not any have the decency to let her know before it was picked up.  I wouldn’t even take my dog’s sweater to this place. Awful!

I don’t give out five stars for nearly anyone, but I have to with with this place. They’ve fixed a couple pieces of clothing as well as been to my default dry cleaners for years. I live in Raleigh but I won’t go to anyone else so I don’t mind the drive. The prices are pretty regular but the result is totally worth it. I highly recommend using them. Good stuff!!

I am pretty heartbroken. I took my wedding dress to be cleaned this Fall and I just took it out of the packaging. It's ruined. My previously ivory dress is now taupe/beige. It's a completely different color and completely wrong. I understand that mistakes happen but they said NOTHING when my husband went to pick up the dress. I just can't believe they ruined my dress and passed it off like nothing happened. I even double checked that they were able to do wedding dresses and showed them the dress before leaving it with them. Terrible customer service that they didn't own up to their mistake!

Amazes me how a business with absolutely zero customer service can stay in business. The owner (male) is by far the rudest I've encountered yet! If he doesn't like your questions he goes as far as throwing your stuff at you and starts talking under his breath in his native tongue. I refuse to give someone like that my money! I had two jackets from at leas and doing it myselft seven years ago. I'm a DIYer and believe in saving money and doing it myself. I finally sent my two favorite jackets ( sherpa_lined suede and  white wool peacoat). I received it back today and was amazed at the outcome! It looked new!!! I've spoken with several of employees over time. I am impressed with their courtesy, professionalism and service! Ley me not forget the price... It is well within my budget. Picked up my last from them last night. This establishment is terrible. I will no longer be bringing my clothes here as they’ve lost my business. The staff are nice, but management or whoever runs this place is not focused on the customer experience.

I am a first timer and my first impression was very positive. The staff was very friendly and my three suit coats was perfect.  Therefore based on my first visit I have to give them a 5 star.

My first visit to Brothers - all of the people behind the counter were friendly and professional.  They actually got my clothes done a day earlier than promised - which was a nice surprise.  They will become my regular dry cleaner.

The Wash House

I visited this Wash House location in Fayetteville and had another great experience. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the floors to the machines. The washers and dryers worked efficiently, and I appreciated that there were plenty of them available, so I didn’t have to sit around waiting.

What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. It felt safe, welcoming, and comfortable, and having staff on-site made a big difference. They were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. It’s such a relief to find a laundromat that values cleanliness, customer care, and convenience.

A great variety of sizes on washer machines... from $3.25 up to $12.00. There are over 20 dryers too.

There's a man whose working hard keeping every area clean, greeting customers and helping those who need help as they come through the door. Another employee came stocking up and cleaning the vending machines. All of the workers are very cordial. They all spoke (smiling) and asked if each customer is ok and needing anything. Absolutely professional. You can tell they honestly care.

I came because here because it was close to a few other places I needed to do errands. Ive been 2 other local locations; just like all the other WASH HOUSE locations, they take pride in their facility and service. The machines are working well and even the restrooms are clean.

The store hours are fantastic 6 am to 11 pm. Even though attendants aren't there every hour, they have cameras and a number you can call for assistance. I've experienced it and was please with how they returned my call in less than 24 hours. Another time, it was within 15 minutes. This is so helpful.

THANK YOU WASH HOUSE attendants, you make a difference. Now I know, that no matter where I am, I can expect greatness from your facilities.  My family and I share with others who are in need of a great laundry site.

First time at The Wash House. Great experience. The attendant, Maria, is definitely a “keeper”!  She was so attentive, friendly, and helpful….and always  with a smile! She even opened doors to help patrons with large loads. She also cleaned counter tops, mopped, and organized. Everything was clean and shining. Will definitely return!

Edit* I hate to do it because you were so nice. I came through town for work.  I searched on Google and it says drinks, game room and laundry. I was giddy with excitement. However I arrived to find a soda machine for the drinks a few machines older than me and four times as many children than adults.  Had less than a full load only one..... I was reminded twice while trying to get laundry detergent that the store was closing in an hour and a half. I can tell time ..thank you though. I was actually surprised you had like 4-5 different sized washing machines was actually pretty cool. Then I looked $7 maybe $8 for the largest and the next was half the size and the next was half. I think down to $5.75 and then I did the math.... Half as much but only a dollar less. Finally after fighting the door closed on two machines I found one that would shut but not before I had to arm wrestle a cockroach over it. I mean honestly I've seen a few pretty rough laundromats and this one wasn't terrible but after the heart break of finding out that it was just a laundromat rather than how Google describes it. I was as ready to leave as the employees that kept reminding me what time it was were.

The Laundry place looks like Little Disney , so funny which I have never saw before! Also here got TV , Big and comfortable sodas for waiting, even you can have a good sleep:-) The owner lady, she is such a kind person, waiting for my last drying about 30min after the closing time, that’s so sweet for me (my first time , not see the schedule before coming:(, so sorry about that:(.

I am currently here at the laundry mat as I type this. I have personally never had to use a laundry mat before, and was unsure of how things worked. My personal washing machine is under maintenance and I needed to do laundry. I was greeted before I even set foot in the door by one of the employees with a cart for my laundry. I told her I had at least 2 carts worth of laundry so she grabbed me a second cart, and held the door for me during the whole load in process. I had several questions as I was looking around, as to where to find a change dispenser, where to put my detergent, etc. Every time I had a question the staff knew before I even asked. The were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Not to mention the laundry mat has a very clean and upbeat feeling to it. There are places for children to play, and very comfortable seating. I expected the visit to the laundry mat to be a cold, long, boring experience. But this is turned out to be a pleasant one. If I ever need laundry services again, I most definitely will return!

Prices are very fair. There are different sizes of washers for different load sizes ranging from small loads around $3.50 to super large loads around $10.50. And all the dryers are 25 cents.

One of the cleanest and customer friendly laundromats I have ever used. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist anyone. It is certainly worth traveling the extra distance. Overstuffed furniture for customers in spacious areas, play area for kids, video games to pass the time. Most customers, as well as the staff are Hispanic, many of the TVs are on Spanish speaking channels, which should have no bearing on your choice to patronize them. This place should always earn a Best of the Best award.

This laundry mat was ok. I read the reviews and everyone spoke highly of them, so when I went I was expecting it to be amazing. It wasn't anything to write home to mom about. Over half of the washers were out of service, it smelled really badly of feces in there, which I think that is kind of what did it for me. However, as other reviews stated, the customer service there they were super friendly and sweet! I went on Thursday around 11am ish and it wasn't bust. Parking was available throughout. Kids weren't running around screaming it was an enjoyable time in that aspect. The only thing that really made it only a 3 star review was the pungent smell of feces and that over half of the washers were out of service. I would give them another chance, but if the same thing happened again, I probably wouldn't go back.

This place is SPECIAL! For expensive garments you’ve invested in, I leaned the hard way to come HERE! The cleaning is done on premises and the owners (family) are there every day and they care. I took a nice dress to the “cleaners of distinction” to find afterwards that they no longer do work on premises and the dress was ruined. Yes they paid me for the cost of the dress but that didn’t bring my dress back. Nowadays, it seems cleaners either ship it out or have hourly employees who really don’t care. When my clothes matter, I bring them here! Highly recommend!!!

Do not take your clothes here. They ripped a very nice shirt and told me that “customers usually understand when this happens” it seems like a reoccurring issue. Would only refund me for the cost of the cleaning which was $3. Go somewhere else if you don’t want your clothes ripped.

Don’t even bother going here. I walked in with a few pairs of pants to get hemmed and the woman looked at them and told me to go somewhere else.

The lady is super rude. She needs to develop some skills to treat customers better. That attitude of hers won’t make me come back. But the the gentleman (who’s the owner) is very nice and helpful. Now thanks to her I won’t require of their service because it seems like she doesn’t even want to be there, just plain mean.

I needed a dress altered very last minute for my grandmas funeral- the owner Sam dropped everything and stayed late to alter my dress and have it ready for me the next day. Sam and his staff were extremely accommodating and kind. I’ll never go anywhere else to have my clothes altered. Sam’s kindness and attention to detail when altering my dress made me a customer for life!
