I had an expensive jacket that someone accidentally burned. No one would repair it because they said it just won’t work. I’m absolutely shockedddddd! At first I couldn’t tell where the repairs were. Amazing job! Highly recommend them. The repair is on the left side of photo. If you really zoom in you can tell a little bit of material difference. But her skills are unmatched.

This place used to be my go to for fast service.  If you need a quick sew or hem this is not the place to go.  Marginal customer service at the counter.  Ahh, the good ol’ days are gone and so am I.  Katchi Kapshida no more!

It’s been about three years since I’ve used their cleaning services, but I’ve always meant to leave a review. Every time I have clothes dry cleaned, I always think back to this place. While I was in the area, I consistently used CleanPressions over the course of about four years. They pick up and deliver, were always very friendly, reasonably priced, and always did a wonderful job. They had their hiccups at times like not delivering everything the next scheduled pickup/drop-off day or not realizing payments hadn’t been going through for a few months, but they always made it right. The thing that stood out to me was their quality of work. Whenever I gave them clothes with a stain, they gave 110% to remove it. It might take a few more days and they weren’t always timely in communicating it, but they would eventually get the stain out. I knew that if I gave them something to clean, they would deliver and fortunately that’s what they’re in the business of doing. Their quality far exceeds the previous hiccups mentioned. One year, they even gave out small hand towels to all their clients. If you’re looking for a hardworking team, who is honest and reliable, and does quality work, then I highly recommend CleanPression. If they were in my area, I’d absolutely be using them again.

Great experience. Same day service is quick. The owner opened up 15 minutes early so that i could pick my suit. The owner was very pleasant and appreciated our business.

Worst dry cleaner I have ever used. They had our things for a month and every time I went in to pick our items up we were told it wasn’t ready. Totally shady. Took my things back and will not return. Do not use this dry cleaner.

John is a miracle worker and an all-around great guy! He got some impossible stains out of a shirt I thought was ruined. Truly impressive work!

This place has been an absolute lifesaver. My husband has had to attend memorial services on short notice unfortunately, but each time he has brought his dry cleaning here they have done it quickly with care and efficiency. This is one of the best cleaners in North Carolina.
