Originally gave Comet Cleaners in Ada a 5 star review but quality has recently gone down hill. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I had to send the same pant back three times before it was actually creased. This is still a good place for alterations to be done as they work with a third party but the recent service at Comet Cleaners are no longer as good as they were a year ago.

Dropped some shirts off to be heavy starched and creased and they were not creased after taking them back 2 times. What I thought was the manager turned out to be the owners son mean mugged me and my child as he told me he wasn't giving us a refund. Taking my business elsewhere.

I used to get uniforms here cleaned all the time with perfect results! Recently I had a formal dress dry-cleaned here and the results are perfect, the customer service is great here. Rave to Danny’s help at the front, very nice!

I took in several items. I explained to young girl at desk exactly what I wanted done. 1 man’s shirt heavy starch. 3 pair of womens pants laundered along with 3-4 womens blouses laundered and 1 womens slack dry cleaned.  My son picked items with blouses dry cleaned pants done same with 1 item starched. Bill was 74.$ and some change. I called back and girl working said she could take off 4$. I told her they messed up my order and she said they do not launder but dry cleaned. When I dropped off items was very specific what I wanted done. She still said 4$. We have been using comet cleaners in Ada Oklahoma for several months now. Each time we go we request specifically for extra heavy starch on pants and shirts with creases. Every single time we have to leave the shirts another day only to find on the third day they’re still not done correctly. After speaking to each team member and finally a supervisor or owner I was met with rude condescending belittling attitude after I explained we would just take our business elsewhere. I’ve never had customer service this subpar. In the last 3-4 months they have also ruined two shirts and one pair of pants.

Biggies Laundry

If I purchase a tanning package and I come in to tan and ask how long my wait is, I feel as though that’s a basic and understandable question. Do I need to wait five minutes or am I looking at 30? But apparently they can’t give a time….. not impressed. Quality of beds is mediocre so I was making it work but after today I’ll prolly finish up my package and go elsewhere.

Literally the best place to do laundry! The staff is so wonderful and sweet and it’s super affordable. The wash bar may look nicer but I’ll tell you what Biggies is THE place to go!

okay I had to come in and edit this review because I left out the number one reason I use biggie services, and that is the sweet young ladies that work there! They always brighten my day! So way to go Biggie's. Your customer service is phenomenal!! It is always very clean and I feel safe to leave my clothes and not worry about them getting stolen...
