The owners and staff are always so personable. Very friendly and local. I use them for all my starching and dry cleaning. I love how they do all of their services right here in this location. Brought pants in to be taken up an inch. Girl took the pants after taking my name and phone # and right away started helping next customer with my pants in hand.  I waited for a couple of minutes and after she completely ignored me i asked do you need anything else from me,  do I get a ticket and how long will it take?  She still ignored me. A man in the corner said "it will take about a week and we will call you."  I said thank you and left.  2 and 1/2 weeks later I did not hear from them.  Yes I could have called them but I wanted to see if they would make good on what they told me.  Got tired of waiting and went in to get the pants.  Asked why they didn't call and she said "Oh they forgot to put down to call.  😮😮  I will never use them again.

They have never failed me and Abel is Damn good boss they have respect and everyone that works there is so amazing they work in the winter and fall and summer! Its so hot in there most of the people that have a bad review wouldn't even understand how hot it is with all those pressers going in the back....

Until today, I had not previously had any issues with the Round Up Cleaners in Duncan, Oklahoma. I arrived at the store at 12:56 PM on Saturday, May 24. The store closes at 1 PM. The door was locked and the worker inside saw me and shook her head that she would not open the door. I got my phone and held it up to the door to show her it was now 12:57 PM. She still shook her head and wouldn’t open the door. iPhones have an atomic clock, which is not incorrect like the clock on her wall might have been. . This is unacceptable customer service. If a patron arrives before the closing time and the service will take no longer than a minute to complete the transaction, the business should provide the service.

My friend is a rodeo organizer. Last week, he had a rodeo planned, which was rained out. On Monday we went to Crutches where he bought two fairly pricey shirts for the rodeo. Immediately afterwards, we took the shirts to Roundup in Duncan to be cleaned and pressed for the rodeo on Saturday ( 15th). As the rodeo was rained out, he didn't really worry about picking them up until today ( 17th). The brand new, never worn, still has the pricetag on it white shirt he bought was BURNED. When he brought this to the attendants attention he was told, "There's nothing I can do". So, we are contacting the Better Business Bureau and I am warning everyone I know to NEVER take their cleaning here. Oh, and while we were there, another lady who was there before we arrived discovered they had completely lost her entire order.

Called right when this business opened to ask if they could press a shirt and was told no, when I attempted to ask a follow up question I was hung up on. I would not recommend using a dry cleaner that cannot and does not return your items clean and pressed.

The lady who works there verbally assaulted my wife 2 times.

I don't know how they are still in business. Is this a money "laundering" operation? There's more equipment that doesn't work than there is that works. The photos don't even show the card readers that don't work, or the dryers that don't dry your clothes. They should literally change their business name to Out of Service because that's what's posted on all their equipment.

I'd give it a better rating but half the machines are broken. There is a number to call should you need help and the guy comes fairly quick. Yes you need a card to use the machines, but beyond that, everything is quiet and get laundry done pretty quick

It probably be be better laundry mat in the area. It the only one I've seen with the commercial size machines. However the machine do not take coins, you have to purchase a card for 50 cent and place the money you need to wash with on there. There are no refunds of any unused funds. Also prices increase on the washers in use hotter water. That was new to me.

I used the dryers when my dryer at home stopped working.  I went in the late afternoon where I was one of 2-4 customers in the laundry.  The dryers that I used (3) were excellent.  The temperature regulated properly so towels and jeans could dry on high or medium heat and lightweight items could dry on low.  The dryers didn’t burn up the clothing.  Dryers cost 25¢ for 8 minutes.  The load of towels (6) plus a blanket used 5 quarters.  The lightweight items used 3 quarters on low heat.
Be aware:  Bring your own quarters and supplies and drinks.  There are no change machines or vending machines of any type.  I was told this was due to previous break-ins.  There was signage about drop off service which I did not need.  The floor was clean and although the machines looked “well used”, they were certainly adequate.  The location is a quiet, safe corner on Main Street but always stay aware of your surroundings.  😊

This coin laundry, is not the greatest. There is no restroom or any type of vending machines. If you do go, make sure you bring plenty of quarters, because there is no change machine. This facility could use some updates and if you have a issue, there is no number posted anywhere. Im only giving three stars because they had a washing big enough to wash a King comforter.

I will definitely be back! This place is very well kept. All of my laundry is clean! I truly felt safe to be by myself here. I even left my clothes unattended & pleased to understand that nothing was even stolen. And it's opened hours, along with it's price to wash & dry are very convenient for me!

Nice and quiet at night. Open 24 hours. Pretty clean. They have washers just for rig clothes, which is nice.
