However, the second time I suspect they lied and they weren't actually treated. The front desk guy was the most unhelpful individual ive met. Terrible service. Staff is always polite and welcoming.  I entrusted them with cleaning my 34 year old hand made Easter dress for my daughter to wear this year. It has the potential to be a great laundromat. Location is good. Half the machines are out of order, Not enough seating. Highly over priced machines, that don't look like they've been serviced in a long time. Only 3 spots. Restroom locked. It's very rare that I give one star, but it wouldn't let me give 0 stars.

I can't believe that still, so many machines are out of order. The time the laundromat opens is 5:00 am but on line it is posted as 6:00 am.  I have to pay $2.50 to wash and $2.00 to dry no choice. The dryers only give you a choice of 40 minutes for the 2 bucks! A small load still takes a full amount of quarters and you still worry if the machine will go out of order! I suggest trying the 24/7 circle S laundry across from Sallisaw Lumber. Before you decide. The same size load costs $2.00 to wash and only 75 cents to dry. Add another quarter or two if you need more drying time! Older machines, but very few "out of order" machines! Usually an on duty attendant is there if help is needed. Also, immediate refund of quarters if needed! No going off of location to fill out paperwork for reimbursement! You compare and decide!

Half the washers and dryers are broke and out of order. They only have one bench and its broken. Bathroom door stays locked. Two of the machines today took people's money and didnt give it back. Owners need to do better and fix the machines

Everything was clean, but most of the dryers weren't working.  I had to move my wet clothes to 3 different dryers , before finding one that worked. A bathroom would be nice too.

This use to be my go to place for laundry but lately you can tell there is a lack of upkeep on the machines. Several out of order and very poor cleanliness. The soap and softener compartments are filthy with mold and mildew.🤮🤮🤮 Supposedly under new management.🤨🤨🤨And it would be nice to have a restroom, some of us don't like to have to leave our laundry unattended just cause nature calls.

I always do laundry here when either my washer or dryer are down but before that when I didn't have these appliances or even when I was little my Mom would bring me here to do our laundry.
I have many memories here and though it needs a few changes still like the bathroom can only be used at a certain time and the vending machine lights don't always work so people know it's not broken.
Sometimes washers and dryers break but for the most part they get them fixed fast.

If I could give this place is zero Stars I would.  The place is filthy unattended and it smells like an outhouse.  There is no restroom so people use them sink as the potty, and oh you can tell.  I wouldn't be surprised if you're going to the bathroom in the machines either cuz they stink just as bad.  🤢 GROSS!

It was clean but had some homeless issues when I was there. Police were there due to the problem.

First time using Suds & Duds.  Wouldn't come back, except it's the only one near me!  The place where you put the soap was disgustingly dirty!  You put clean soap in where there is heavens knows how many layers of dirty built up soap, how clean do you think your clothes are going to be?  PLEASE clean out the soap dispensers when your done washing... cause apparently that's the only way they're gonna get clean!!  One of the washers my mom used, ripped her off twice, and $4 per load ain't cheap!!  There was no one there to complain to?? I also agree with other patrons who posted about the lack of facilities.  Ain't saying I'm old, but when you gotta go... YOU GOTTA GO!!

Overall, and considering it's one of the very few laundromats in the area, it's not too bad.  It's fairly clean (could be cleaner), fairly reasonably priced (I've seen better), and it could definitely stand to be bigger.  If it's busy, you'll be waiting for a machine to open up.  They only have (1) 4x load washer, and then they get smaller from there.  I use this place to wash my blankets and sheets because my personal machine is too small to handle them.  The dryers are ok, not great, but ok.  They get really warm, but not really hot.  So it might take a few cycles to get your clothes or, in my case, bed clothes dry.  The price isn't horrible, like I said, but it's not the greatest either.  It costs $8 for the 4x load machine, $.50 per 7 minute dry cycle on the 4x dryers (they only have 3 of them), and $.25 per 5 minute dry cycle on the other dryers.   Like I said above, it's not a horrible place overall.  However, it's also not the greatest.  Especially if you need to do several loads at once fairly often.  There are better places that can accommodate bigger and more loads of laundry, for about the same price or cheaper just across the state line in Ft. Smith, AR.  So if you're new to the Spiro, OK area and need a place to do laundry, just keep that in mind.

Nice and clean little laundry mat. Most of the machines in great working order and they strive to get issues fixed as quickly as possible. Just don't bring your dogs bedding...posted not allowed to wash them here. Well lit and central heat and air.
