Ran in here 15 minutes before close due to my fiancé ripping his pants right before a wedding…. They didn’t even charge us and fixed his pants in 10 minutes! I was disappointed in the hem job on my formal gown.  The original hem was a narrow, pressed hem.  They did a serged edge.  It does not hang the same and the edge ruffles a bit.  The shop was VERY conscientious and reached out to see if there was anything they could do to fix it or make it right.  We were able to resolve the problem.  It didn't occur to me they wouldn't do the same kind of hem and I should have specified that.

We had a very positive experience having a prom dress altered. The price was very reasonable and we felt that the alterations were done exceptionally well. The dress was also ready in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend Concordville Cleaners for alterations!

Phil is detail oriented and always makes me feel comfortable. He will make suggestions that will look great and also save you money (he doesn’t try to “upsell” any additional alterations). He knows how to work with even the most difficult material and will give you options for tailoring until you are completely satisfied. He has also helped me in a pinch last minute before an event! Cannot say enough great things about him and this business!
