This is the best laundromat, ever.  Always clean, great music, machines are great, prices are good and most patrons are friendly and helpful.  Bathroom is always neat and tidy too.

Excellent place and very clean. Our washing machine broke and we will not get our new delivered for two weeks. We searched on Google and read reviews. This was the highest rated laundromats we could find within 20 miles. We drove about 12 miles to come here.
I would highly recommend even if you have to drive. It was an amazing experience and the other customer were very nice and friendly as well. We have a large family and will be using this place every day for the next couple of weeks.

I had to stop here to wash clothes while on vacation nearby. It's very clean and well kept. The dryers are older but work better than most newer, fancier dryers. Nice place in a nice small town. If you're in East Brady visit some other local businesses too. East Brady is the childhood home of NFL great Jim Kelly!

Laundry mat is open 5:30am-9:30pm. Lots of newer equipment. They have detergents/fabric softeners available to purchase. Change machine and bathroom.

My wife and I visit this location every two weeks or so.  It is clean and we have never had a problem with coin mechanisms not working, etc. which is a common complaint elsewhere.

Place is really clean.  Reg washer was 2.50$, large was 4.75$ dryer $0.25 per 6 mins. Only down size is it's a small place. Can get filled quick. Luckily I got in n out today pretty quick

The cost for washers is reasonable ($2.50 regular, $4.50-$4.75 for 3x/4x washers) but the cost of the dryers has increased substantially - 25¢/6 minutes (with a capped maximum heat, so it takes more time on a higher setting to fully dry). They're open until 10pm every day of the week, facilities cleaned daily, and it is conviently located in downtown Kittanning.

People just bring g stuff here load washers a d driers and leave...then get an attitude when u take their stuff out so u can dry yours. The big washers are overpriced 4$ to wash a load an a half but it says it's three loads on the sign. Crooks I paid 16$ to do 3.5 loads of clothes

The place is always clean and the machines are great.  The owners are responsive when there are problems.

Parking lot is small but there is lots of street parking.

1.  To many customers putting laundry in machines an leaving for hours at a time. Holding up machines for other customers.  2.  Customers bringing in alot of laundry an using most of the machines with the loads they bring in.  I personally seen one customer take up all the dryers on the back wall.  Noone else was able to dry there clothes.

I couldn't say enough about their attention to quality of work, attention to detail, delivery and outstanding service. The laundry staff is AWESOME. The laundry is efficient and impeccably clean. Don their delivery driver is a super nice guy! Full of knowledge and delivers the BEST customer care as anyone would ask for. If I could give the company 10 stars here I would. If I could give it 0 stars I would. If you are not a regular they are rude and nasty. They are disgusting to my military friend... he got in trouble because they can't follow directions and sewed his patches in the wrong place. When he pointed it out they were so snarky. I definitely would not recommend nor will I ever give them any business.

TERRIBLE experience with them on multiple occasions. The last time I spent nearly $200 on curtains/ drapes. They were given back to me wrinkled and dirty. Also, the were not done when they said they would be and they didn't seem to care when I showed them the dirt spots. Never again.

I use to use this dry cleaners all the time. I called for estimate to have a zipper replaced , hung up on ...thought it was a mistake.  Called back they hung up again. Won't use them ever again!!!

Best laundromat in town, the owners are super nice and accommodating. The price is great and it’s 24/7. People tend to trash it, but the staff keep it clean. I hope they continue to do well!

First time there and loved it. Location is very nice for us rural people who don't want the hassle of going in town. It's also very nice not having to worry about shady people just hanging around for no reason, like in town.
The Prices are very good for the big washers. Didn't check the little ones (we had alot of laundry)
The dryer prices might seem high. But they run for almost half hour and get nice and hot. One run dried all my jeans in the big dryer, and towels in the other. The entire place was VERY clean, not nasty and dirty like ones in town. Also very quiet, no yappy television with crap like the view on, nor any bratty unparented kids left to destroy the place.  I'm thankful they had a broom sitting nearby. My husband had jeans with nasty grass clippings and dirt that got all over the floor. Didn't want to be a slob and leave a mess.  Highly recommend the place and we'll be going back.

Cleanest laundromat in Butler hands down. Not overpriced, brand new machines. Multiple different size machines to help you maximize your time and money. They’re working on installing AC for the summer but on an 80 degree day like today it stayed pretty cool despite not having AC yet.

They have an ATM, Coin Machine, vending machine with snacks and drinks, bathroom, and even a small Skills Game room. Owner’s are very nice people, feel free to chat with them when you stop in!

I was able to wash, dry, and fold 2 months worth of laundry safely and comfortably in a matter of a couple hours.

Pushing each other in the laundry carts. Getting INTO the wash machines.
Wanted to use tables, but their Mom, or whoever she was, had kids sitting on the tables, and their food all spead out on the table tops.
Not really the businesses fault, but some monitoring needs to be done.
Also, it was listed as a Dexter Pay laundromat, but there were no signs with the store number posted so that option can be used.

Had excellent service and clothes were done when promised.

They did a solid job with my blazer.  However, retrieving it took me a couple weeks, because they were never open when they said they would be.

The ticket they give you for your garment has letterhead listing their hours from 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday with Saturday hours as well, from 9AM - 4PM.

This is different than the website that lists the hours as being from 7AM - 7PM Monday to Friday and 9AM - 4PM on Saturday.

However, neither was correct.  I showed up 3 separate times to find the store closed, twice during the week and once on Saturday.  It's fine if they have limited hours, but they need to accurately convey those hours to the customers, so that we do not incorrectly arrange our days only to find the doors locked.

The actual hours seem to be 9AM - 4PM Monday to Friday, closed all weekend.

I love Capital Cleaners! They have served our family well for many years.  We have used their alteration services, sewing patches on military uniforms, dry cleaning everything from suits to draperies, land laundering dress shirts.  They have always done a fabulous job!  I just picked up my draperies and they turned out beautifully!!!
I see that they do UGGS cleaning, too!  While I don't own a pair, I know a lot do.  They are expensive boots, so why not get them cleaned.

I know it sounds like I'm related or being paid but I am not. They are kind people who over and beyond and I just want to make sure they are recognized for it!

Horrible.  Not only did it take a long time for us to get our order back but the gentlemen was rude and demeaning all the while blaming their mistake on my husband (a disabled vet who is well aware of the direction patches should face) and wanted to charge me to fix it. Will never go there again after such horrible customer service.

Clean, safe and always empty! 14 washers plus one giant washer (holds 4 loads), two triple loaders, and two double loaders. 14 dryers that easily hold three loads each, plus a giant washer that holds four. A wash cycle is 2.50 on the standard washer, and drying is 25 cents for 7 mins. There is a step to get inside and no bathrooms.

Half the washers where out of service , 8 out the 15 dryers where also out of service, had to send my husband over to get quarters from the convenience store because the thing said out of service . Definitely won’t be going back to this laundromat

It's safe, relatively cheaper to do the laundry. And it's right across the street from a school so there's patrols often. Hours are decent

Only $2 to wash and $0.25 for 8 minutes to dry is really appreciated. But, place is dirty, lights are dim, parking is difficult, no restroom on premises and bill changer doesn't like $5 bills. Sorry. I really wanted to like this place; the gentleman that owns it seemed nice. UPDATE: after one week of wearing clothes washed here, can confirm that they all smelled musty. Won't be going back.

Most ghetto laundromat I’ve ever been to. Literally felt unsafe due to a random lady yelling and swearing to herself with random non clothing items strewn about the entire place and she wasn’t using any washers or driers. Just loitering around changing jackets moving bags of cereal around and swearing to herself loudly. Going in and out, holding the door open in the cold, you’d think someone would check on the place during the day…
