I went on a Tuesday 11/4/25 3/4pm they were very crowded, so I left out decided to come back at a later time, in which it’s was a great idea! I arrived back @ 4am the the center was totally empty, that’s how I like it. The machine to get the wash card take debit & Apple Pay, the dry is FREE unlike other locations in the city I use to go to, it was very clean! The laundry attendant was very helpful, he showed me how to use my wash card, his customer service is outstanding! This is my new favorite laundromat! Keep up the great work bakers center staff Fox st! 😊

Nice laundry 🧺! Very clean with big washers and dryers. They take cash, card, Apple Pay and has a bill breaker. Bathrooms are relatively clean for a laundry and the staff is helpful. There are vending machines with snacks, water, etc.

Spent over 60$ washing four loads of clothes, I selected the option on the machine of extra wash and extra rinse. I used a 155 load box of detergent to ensure cleanliness.  I opened the machines to a foul odor. Worst than a mildew smell. The machines must need a cleaning themselves.  Which must be the reason they have no rewash signs all over the laundromat. Waste of my time and money.

If you go early morning or afternoon is quiet the machines all work good free dryer the workers are very nice and it's huge everyone not all squished up together

I frequent this laundromat because I love down the street. Yes it’s a bit pricier than others but it is always clean and kept well. The restrooms are always clean. Anytime I’m in there an employee is cleaning something or doing maintenance on something. It’s a comfortable, and friendly environment. If anything happens with the machines they are diligent to fix and resolve within a timely manner. This will be my spot as long as I’m in this neighborhood.

Very good place if you need a laundromat. It was huge, or should I say Jumbo. I never saw this amount of machines. We needed to wash our two comforters and put them in a giant machine.
Price was reasonable and the dryer was free. You need to load money onto a card to use machines.
Best of all, the woman running the place was very nice and helpful. You rarely find people like this.

Worst dry cleaner ever . Sent my DG dress for dry cleaning and received it with stain from their steam. They did not heldany responsibility for the damage caused , and were way too arrogant on their responses . Had to throw away my dress as the damage was irretrievable.
I said i wanted to contact the manager or owner , and the girl there told me the owner lived abroad. Then next morning the owner appers suddenly. A very rude woman , not even saying sorry for what they did . They kept lying me even though there were cameras when I showed the dress to the reception and the condition that i handled it . Also the workers were lying too.
Be careful were you sent your expensive clothes . They are unprofessional.

Used this laundromat for years. Gets crowded but if you go early its not bad. Always clean, workers walk around sweeping and cleaning often.

Today was extremely packed surprisingly because it’s Sunday and the eagles are playing today. There was literally no carts, washers or dryers available. How do people come and forget about their clothes ? It was a mess today. Also I smelled like cat poop and piss in side I’m home now and can still smell it I just want to throw up 🤢

I wasted time and gas to get there at 11:39 pm. Right as I walked in the the building the lady up front quickly stopped me at the door. She told me that I wasn't allowed to wash my clothes because apparently it would by pass there schedule. She lied because I didn't have much clothes Itried to explain that to her but she kept brushing me off and saying that they are closed knowing damn well they close at 1 am, basically kicked me out. Guys don't waste your time if you show up past 10 pm because the lady will lie and stop you. The lady also had a nasty attitude.

Never too busy from what I have seen. Convenient,  large tvs and easy use machines. I wish I had used this place years ago.

It's a laundry mat.. that's all it Open at 7 AM Monday to Friday and 6 AM on the weekends.. big washer and dryer's . I did my Winter blankets and 4 load's of Wash in one hour were it would of been all day at Home . It cost 20 bucks but worth every Penny..

Came here for the first time and it was pretty chilled and quiet, very clean and you’re in and out within an hour or two. Kevin, the worker was very helpful and nice. He definitely made the experience better than it should have been. I definitely will be choosing this place when I need them.

U do it Laundry has made my business run smoother and my life easier. Our delivery provider Ming, picks up & drops off towels & aprons from my hair salon, The Lions Mane, twice a week. He's friendly, reliable and always open to changes in our schedule. He's helped this service be an integral & important part of my business. My staff & I appreciate him & U Do It Laundry so very much. Two weeks ago he returned a $20 dollar bill that ended up in our Laundry. This isnt the first time they found our lost tip money from our Laundry. This service is the best and most trustworthy and they deserve not only this honest and most important review but also your business.

They have dry cleaning and alteration services available on site and you have a fitting room too.

For the second time they have lost a shirt of mine. Each time I go the day it is promised and they say it wasn’t delivered from their factory and to come back the next day after 5pm. Each time I come back after 5pm and they tell me they don’t have it and the number identification tag fell off and they can’t locate my item. When I asked for a refund they said no both times. I will never be going back. Don’t trust them with your clothing. Also, they don’t do dry cleaning on-site. They send it out so you can’t call the “factory” that lost your item.

The service was horrible. The washer machine had unbalanced load but the could not be open so could fix it. I had to wait 10 minutes for total wash cycle to finish and I had pay full price again to raise and spin my clothes. The laundry mat employee did not care. I would give a Zero if it was possible. Treating paying customers poorly because you  believe you are better than they are. Very sad.

Took my suits to Al at Flash One and told him what I wanted. He delivered in excellence as always. Jacket required the arms to be taken in and pants needed a hem and taper. As you can see Flash One did an amazing job, delivered my garments on time and a reasonable price point.

Not every hero wears a cape! When NO ONE would take this detailed and delicate suit Flash Cleaners just took that as a challenge! Not only did we get the suit back cleaned within 24 HOURS the owner also sewed the buttons back on! If I could’ve hugged him I would’ve lol Thank you for making our day special

Great tailor! Brought in my favorite hoodie to get fixed and they did a great job fixing the zipper, replacing the elastic cuffs, and even mended some minor holes here and there for a really reasonable price.

I put three coats inside that cleaners. Two coats needed a zipper the other leather needed to be mend. My black favorite leather coat came back greenish blue With the arms burnt  on   My soft leather coat. Red marks in the front of the coat and a big circle in front also . All I asked for him to do is to  replaces a zipper. Brown  leather came out fine with a new zipper. My last cream trench coat, look like he cut 2  inches off the bottom and now it looks like a coat. The lining on the coat is hanging out because the coat was a long trench.  Only if you can see thisl it will make you cry. This establishment needs to go out of business really.  Damage to my 2 COAT ABOUT  1800, DOLLARS.  WOW  NEVER  AGAIN. This cleaners get 10 thumbs  times down 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The Laundry Café

I frequent this laundromat at night/early mornings, so it's not that busy. It's it's clean and the machines do a good job.  That said, even when it's busy it's easy to find a machine.   There is free drying that goes along with your washing fee. They use my data cards and the machines are $4.49 $7.49 and $9.99 respectively with regard to size.

I don’t know WHY I went here😩 Says the Laundry Lounge out front, I double checked the address and it is in fact the Cafe.

Let me break this down for you. First things first, the parking lot is dirty and feels downright sketchy—it’s not exactly the kind of environment that makes you feel welcome or safe. Now, I will give credit where credit is due: the young lady folding clothes behind the counter and the one helping the community with local services are the only bright spots in this establishment. But let’s get real—no free dry anymore, and they’ve hiked up the prices? Who exactly is approving all these 4- and 5-star reviews? There’s just no way they’re legit. This place needs a serious reality check.

This laundromat is no longer The Laundry Cafe. Which was good. It's now called AM/PM Laundry Lounge.
And it SUCKS! We used to have 2 free dries when using the small machine. Now lucky if you get one. And the bigger machine, double loader, we used to get 4 FREE DRIES! Now lucky if you get 2 or 3! THEY CUT OFF THE WIFI! And currently there's NO HOT WATER!

Please never ever come here. It is a hell world that traps you in forever. The system is that you have to buy a card to use the machines and can only put a minimum of $10 on the card each time. Plus an additional fee to create the card. They have you keep spending more money and having only a few dollars left over on it making the laundry trip more expensive than a spot that uses quarters. I guess if you properly plan on how much each machine is plus dry and that you’ll keeping coming back here it works out but if you just need to do some laundry occasionally you’ll end up paying way more than what a usual laundromat costs.
I just went here for the 4th time and have felt like I got ripped off each time.
PLEASE DO NOT GET TRAPPED STAY AWAY

Since the change in ownership from “The Laundry Cafe” to “am pm laundry” this place has gone down significantly in quality. Whole row of dryers broken. So many washers and dryers with “out or order” signs and you can’t even grab a laundry cart without feeling like a criminal. Will be finding a new place to go.

I got there around 9:30 on a Saturday,  and it was ready by noon. Super cute shop, clean and very well organized. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return and recommend this shop!

Had a shirt have two sharpies explode on them & a jacket that’s patch was falling off, both issues totally taken care of for a great reasonable price. The man at the counter is quite friendly, first time using a dry cleaner and will def use again!

Parkview Dry Cleaners

They are amazing. No one ever cleaned this coat so nice. They even shaved where there were little balls of fuzz which was never done by other cleaners. My friend even told me before the coat must go already, but now it looks like new.

I dropped a bridesmaid dress off weeks in advance and stressed the importance of the date that it needed to be done by by with EXTRA time incase there was an issue. The date of pickup was said multiple times and I went to go pick it up and she said I gave her the wrong date which is impossible because it is days after the wedding. Would not recommend taking anything of importance here if you need it by a certain date.

I vary rarely leave reviews but wanted to leave one this time as I had such a negative experience I would strongly discourage others from going here.

I dropped off my dress here on Aug 22 asking that straps could be added for decorative straps "whatever she thought would look nice". We discussed that she would call me by Sept 11th to tell me that she got the straps and the price (as I was going out of the country on the 11th), and that I would pick it up Sept 26th.

She did not have the straps by the 11th when I called. And when I went in today (the day before the dress is supposed to be ready) I found out that the pearl straps she liked were $40 so she just didn't buy them, and therefore just never completed the dress.

She made zero effort to communicate with me or contact me. When I shared how frustrated I was she proceeded to yell at me that "I didn't give her enough time' (a month) "she had to buy the pearls specifically not just anything" (I didn't ask for pearls - I said anything) and it "wasn't even her job to buy straps" (???).

So despite dropping my dress off over a month in advance nothing was done and I now have no time to get it done elsewhere.

Good pricing on dry cleaning and alterations. Got a bridesmaid dress altered here and the sewing was done very well. Super nice lady behind the counter, she also did the alterations. I use Parkview all the time!

Dry cleaning service took 3x the amount of time they quoted. When I picked up there were crumbs still in pockets, holes in an item that weren’t there before, and a belt missing from an alpaca and leather coat.
When I went in to pick up the counter woman gave me a “discount” which was still outrageous given the items still weren’t clean and had crumbs after months and months - but I just wanted my stuff back. After I went to wear my coat and discovered the belt was missing I went back, and the woman said I was lying and kicked me out of the store.
Between the coat and holey sweater they caused about $700 in losses, and blamed me for both. Avoid at all costs.

Edited to add- 15 minutes after calling me a liar and kicking me out of the store the woman called me to say she found my belt. No apology…..

Dry cleaned super fast! I dropped this off on Sunday and was told it'd be ready by Thursday, to my pleasant surprise they notified me it was ready Wednesday! It looks completely new and they even ironed it out for me! Dita was super sweet and nice when I went to pick up.

NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS. I’ve come by multiple times to pick up my stuff and I cannot. The hours posted online are misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this place overall. Highly unclear and inconvenient. Lady at front very nice but misleading hours. Also insanely over-priced.

I had an issue with their $10 minimum for card purchases. My bill was $9 for 2 pressed shirts. Did not have cash on me at the time. I did have a debit and credit cards. I was rudely charged $10. They lost my patronage and respect.

Do not use this dry cleaner! He ruined my Burberry trench and refused to take responsibility! He blamed me for a BLUE chemical stain that was not on the coat when I dropped it off as he clearly looks at garments when they are dropped off! I understand accidents happen but they should take responsibility and correct their mistakes.

Until I dropped it off at Riff for dry cleaning and they completely restored my coat, making it look brand new! They also removed some makeup stains on the front collar of the coat. I found Riffs through a Google search and I’m so happy that I did. I came in to get my uniform altered because it was entirely too big for my liking. They altered both a blazer and a dress.

Rita had me try on my uniform and pinned everything, walking me through exactly what she was going to do—from tightening the sleeves to hemming the dress. The work was completed in 3–4 days, right in time for Christmas.

I've tried a few dry cleaners in Philly, once I found Riff I haven't gone to another. I've been here for dry cleaning and tailoring plenty of times and it always comes out great. Also, Rita is the best, she's super friendly and welcoming and explains everything clearly.

Rita is so warm and welcoming! This was my first time using a tailor, and she exceeded my expectations. I asked her to hem 2 pants for me, and not only are they now the perfect length, but she also pressed all the wrinkles out! My pants look incredible. Loved my experience at Riff!

This was my first experience at a tailors and Rita made it a cake walk. She talked me through the whole process. She was very attentive and personable! We were raised in NE philly, but moved across the country. We came in town for a wedding at the end of June. We had another wedding on August 2. We decided to leave my husband’s suit with my mother to drop off at Jules to be dry cleaned and picked up for my husband instead of bringing it back on the plane again. So my mother went and picked up the suit from Julies. We got off the plane picked up the suit from my mother and drove to Chester County to our hotel for the wedding.  Wedding was at 4pm and at 3pm my husband put on the suit that was picked up from Julies to find outs its so so small. My husbands suit was a 48 and we received from Julies a size 44. My husbands shirt was a new white shirt 17-17.5 neck, a thicker shirt. The shirt we got from Julies was 16-16.5 slim and thin. My husband has never wore a slim shirt. My mother called to tell her what happened and all Julie did was scream  at my mother and telling her thatt was our suit.  You know your own clothing!!!  Especially when is soooooo much smaller than what you had.  Julie never found the correct suit, and never offered any help or anything.  Hopefully someone will see this and find his suit.

You would think that if you had an article of clothing lost, the proper response would be of caring i.e. what could be done. Instead, there was one of annoyance. Like I was being a problem. Had to get a cashmere sweater that was purchased from Boyd's for approx. 300 dollars. Found a replacement from Neiman Marcus on sale for 149 dollars. Took 5 months to get a check for 144 minus the original dry clean payment of 6 + dollars. Did not even mention the difference due to the attitude of getting the money in the first place. I will travel miles out of the way from now on. Gave one star because there is no 0stats or minus ones.

Owner ruined my blazer with steam marks. Button melted and fell off. Refused to pay and screamed at me saying it was my fault. The blazer clearly said professional cleaning only. In addition to screaming at me, reached his hand across the counter and pointed at me. Very unprofessional, in the end the blazer still is damaged and he refused to pay. Fixed the broken button but that's about it. Can't recommend them. I finally picked it uo because I was exhausted going back and forth with him.

Went to this place for 4 years and it is the best place in rittenhouse for dry cleaning, mending, and tailoring. Sadly I moved so have to find a new spot. They were always thoughtful, efficient, and did excellent work. I will miss it!

Went to get the hem of a sleeve resewn and the bottom of the double stitch was below where the fabric stopped. Went to get the inside of a pleather jacket resewn and the fabric on one of the sleeves was damaged - looked like bubble plastic. I pointed it out, they played dumb. And had the nerve to say the damage on the pleather jacket was from wear and tear. I asked for my money back, they said no. I will never go back there.

Highly recommend this place (at least for tailoring)! They took the waist in & shortened a dress I had and it looks perfect now. The pricing was very reasonable too ($46 for my dress - and there was a lot of work to do). Will be returning!

I opened up my champagne colored bridesmaid dress Thursday morning at 8am and realized that the seamstress had left dark brown marks ALL OVER the bottom of the dress. Immediately panicked and then thought my only saving grace could be taking it to the dry cleaners. I took it there and told them I’d have to pick it up by 4pm SAME DAY as I had to travel for this wedding and the rehearsal dinner was that night. Not only did they get every single stain out, but they are so incredibly friendly in there. I cannot recommend enough!!! My life savers!!! I wish I took a before photo to really show how it looked beforehand, but I was in problem solving mode and didn’t think to so here’s a photo of it fixed and perfect instead. :)

We’ve been customers of this dry cleaner for quite some time and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, this last visit was disappointing. When I picked up my trench coat, one of the sleeve straps was missing, making the coat unusable. The coat was new, and while mistakes can happen, this was an error that directly affected my ability to wear the item.

I went back in person to explain the issue and asked them to check for the missing strap, since the coat cannot be worn without it. After that visit, I received no call, update, or explanation. There was also no indication that responsibility was taken or that there was genuine concern about resolving a mistake that occurred during their service. Given our long history as customers, this lack of accountability and communication was especially disappointing. Customer service and follow-through matter just as much as the quality of the cleaning, and in this case, both fell short.

These great people have dry cleaned and laundered my clothes for a decade with perfection. Recently they made tailoring repairs to two suits, three dress shirts and even my PT Uniforms. The quality of the work is amazingly excellent. The pricing is reasonable. The pick up and delivery is sweet too

This is an overdue review. Christy has been kind and accommodating each time I’ve dropped off clothes for dry cleaning and alterations. I have no complaints about the dry cleaning, and I was pleased with the alterations done on a bridesmaid dress last summer. She has been very kind to my kids each time as well, offering them some candy when they come with me.

She will let you know if she doesn’t feel like she can do it in time, but she works hard to make it happen. Paying in cash and dropping off on Tuesdays will be your best bet for a discount if you are bringing a number of items.

I was trying on my bridesmaid dress one final time before I packed up my things and headed out of state for a wedding the next day. I noticed a dark stain on my chiffon dress that has only been worn at the tailor. This stain could have been days old. I was obviously stressed as this dress was for my best friend’s wedding that was the very next day. I stopped into All Seasons Cleaners to see if they could offer any assistance. They said they could not guarantee anything but asked me to trust the process. They were able to get the stain out of the dress and I was still able to leave on time to make it to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding the next day. Thank you so, so much! You saved the day! I will definitely back to drop off the dress for the post-wedding cleaning!

They did a good job. My shirt was dirty and most of the stains were taken out. There was a good improvement. In addition, the hard stains were not as visible.

On Wednesday, 6/4 I took my granddaughters graduation dress to the cleaners to be altered. We had just received the dress for graduation day on Saturday, 6/7. When my granddaughter tried the dress on it was too big in the shoulders and needed to be taken in in the shoulders. Long story short the seamstress was overwhelmed with graduation alterations and we needed the dress back by Friday. I am happy to say that the seamstress took on my granddaughters dress anyway and when I picked it up on Friday the dress fit perfectly.  I highly recommend this cleaners and the seamstress who does alterations. I am so sorry I don't know her name. But she deserves 10 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable; I was greeted with a smile and the service I received was excellent. The woman I spoke with let me know what she could or could not do with my clothing. After speaking, within 8 minutes my piece of clothing was done and better than before. Make sure to leave a tip because they treat your clothing as if it were their own, in the best manner possible.

I took several items there on a Tuesday. One item just to be pressed. a suit, dress shirts and pants for dry cleaning. I stated I need the dress that was just getting pressed by Friday. As my daughter had to wear it Friday to dance for Friday church service. They stated it will be ready Friday. When Friday came I went to pick up the dress and I notice they was trying to get my other items ready. ( bagging etc.) I told them I thought they other items was ready next week, I’m here for the dress that was just getting pressed. First they couldn’t find the dress then they said the way they wrote the ticket they thought it was for next Friday. She ask did I need the dress today at I telling them my daughter dance TODAY and I need the dress. They said they will press the dress and will call me when it’s done. I have her my number, she repeated my number to me. I received no call. I called the store several times no answer. I went back to the store and they was closed. My daughter had to improvise her attire to dance. She still needed the dress for Saturday and Sunday dances. I went back the next day to pick up the dress. They didn’t take no accountability for their major blunder. She said she called me several times and left a message. When I asked what number they called and they proceeded to say a wrong number mind you they wrote the number down. They were hen stated the person who answered said it’s the wrong number and they didn’t think to look at the number they wrote and figure out which number they wrote can look like a different number( she wrote her 7 looking like it’s a 4). They still had that ohh well expression and still charged me for the dress. I will not  ever ever go there again.

Stopped in here to get a button sewn back on.  The woman at the counter was very nice and helpful and even repaired the button while I waited.  I did ask for the shirt to be cleaned as well and I was told that it could be ready for Thursday (and this was on a Friday) so I'm not sure how quick they're dry cleaning normally is if you are in a rush.  The laundromat looked clean, well lit, and we'll laid out but I haven't used it yet.  I would recommend trying this place!

I brought my duvet cover in for dry cleaning & press. They took 10days to destroy it. The cover had never been cleaned before and had a total of 2 pet stains. That's it. Notice the dirt pressed into both sides of the duvet. Notice the stains untouched and also pressed into the cover. Notice the scorch marks on one side. The duvet cover was purchased at Bloomingdale's cost  $678. This Cleaner is called "Magical" for a reason: It's now worth 0!

Such a wonderful place! Both my sister and myself have gone here for different reasons and were extremely satisfied. She had a dress hemmed wonderfully and I had a suit cleaned. Prices are exceptionally fair and the service is fast! The man running the store is the sweetest guy you'll ever meet. 14/10 would recommend!

Count your items at pickup. I've been going to Magical Dry Cleaners for almost a year now and have always been happy with the husband and wife owner team, who'd been very pleasant with me. The clothes were always ready on time and were cleaned well. However, I just noticed today that the last order that I picked up a few ays ago is missing two men's dress shirts. I'm not in the habit of regularly lifting the plastic wrapping over the shirts to count them at pickup, but from now on I will be. Don't assume the cleaners got it right. What I'm particularly frustrated with is the response of the owners when I called to ask them to double check the clothes rack. They immediately became defensive and said they never give the wrong number of articles and that I should just check my car and my house. I obviously would not be calling if I didn't check on my end, but I'm also very organized and know where I put my things. I have little doubt they gave me two fewer shirts. Note to owners: next time, don't assume that the customer is wrong. Offer to call the cleaning company to double check and also offer to check your own store before insisting you're correct. You lost a customer based on your reaction much more than because of the loss of the items.

Haven’t been to this cleaners in years. I stopped in because I needed alterations on women’s shirt and maxi dress. The lady was rude. She told me to keep the shirt at the length it was. It’s a tunic, I’m short so it was too long. Then I asked about a 1/2 inch on my maxi dress she said the hem would cost more than the dress is worth. I said “is a hem $100 here because the dress cost $98”. She never looked at the shirt or the dress, she just stood there uninterested. I took my belongings and left. I’m not begging nobody to take my money.

Excellent customer service. They were able to remove a stain on my leather jacket and did some repair on a dress that did not fit well. It's well worth the price. I've recommended friends to go and now they all switched to Happy Cleaners!

Joy cleaners saved my wedding dress. I have sent many articles of clothing to be dry cleaned at Joy's and I've always been happy with their work, from delicate satin Indian outfits to multilayered heavy dresses and outerwear, the clothes always come out better than they arrive. Recently, I just had my wedding. They steamed my poofy ballgown wedding dress with so many layers to prepare for the wedding and it came out looking perfect at the wedding. The day of the wedding, someone spilled espresso martini all over my dress and I had dirt stains all over the bottom. Somehow, they were able to get all the stains out and the dress looks totally new. The customer service is also amazing and they are always so fun to talk to.  They walked me out to my car down the block and carried the wedding dress for me because it was so big and heavy. I would definitely come back with any of my clothes and trust them with everything!

This review is for all brides who are traveling in with their wedding dress for a "Philadelphia Destination Wedding." This place is the BEST. Thank you to Mimi who took excellent care of my wedding dress at the last minute. I had flown in for my wedding and my dress was badly wrinkled from the trip. Mimi not only did an excellent job pressing / steaming it, but she did it quickly and reasonably priced. She saved the day and the dress looked PERFECT.

I dropped off two dresses over a month ago for some minor alterations ahead of my wedding. When I came to pick them up on the agreed date, they hadn’t been touched. I was told they’d be ready the following week, and since I still had a few weeks until my wedding, I agreed. Unfortunately, when I returned the dresses were still untouched.I was left trying to find someone else to alter my wedding dress with little over a week to go during a very busy wedding season.  Steve around the corner  came through and even dealt with a crying bride.

New Master tailor and cleaners

I went to Master Tailor and Cleaners to have the sleeves shortened by the shoulder on my Zegna blazer. The tailor did a flawless job on the alteration. No pulling on the shoulder cap, the alteration looks like it was untouched!  Definitely recommend!

I brought my Japanese selvedge denim to repair the button fly. They're allegedly denim experts. In late November. They told me it would take 3 weeks. I came to pick up from Montgomery County. They did absolutely nothing. Wasted my time and trip to the city.

Came in on a Wednesday with a few pieces (tux jacket, pants and shirt) needing to be cleaned and was asked when I needed them by. I responded Friday evening as most laundromats in my experience turn things within ~48 hours. Was charged for a rush job (2x the price) but was NOT told by the attendant. Totally understand different places have different turn times but shady to not explicitly mention that to a customer. Won’t be back.

I dropped off my wedding dress from Kleinfelds 6 years ago, moved to another state and forgot to pick it up! My husband came back yesterday and didn’t think they would still have it but … miraculously, they kept it for us in pristine condition.
