A very kind woman works here. She helped me fix a zipper on a jacket after I thought it was done for. I was very happy with how quickly she was able to help me. I will definitely go back!

I can’t say I recommend this place. I walked in to see if they would be able to help me with a silk skirt issue I was having and all the woman behind the counter did was kind of berate me for washing it (in cold water by hand with silk detergent) and just again and again kind of judge me and my husband on some questions we were asking. It was a very strange interaction. We ended up not using their services because of how the conversation went.

I'm leaving an absolutely glowing review because that is how I felt walking out with my beautifully altered formal dress today! Absolutely wonderful experience, 10/10 recommend. Good price for a hem and clean, great turnaround time. I brought my dress in (with 2 little distractions in tow, which she was also incredible with), she had me ready to drop it off within 20 minutes of coming in. Today is 1 week later- I did my final fitting before paying and bringing it home, and it looks fabulous. Hemmed properly, taken in where it needed, and I feel fantastic. Thank you so much, I will be back!
