Every time we come in here, there's more machines out of service!  It's ridiculous.  Now there's 4 washers and 3 dryers out of service.   For the price being charged, all of the machines should be in working order.  Do better!! or lose more business. But the gambling machines all work which I guess are more important (read: more profitable).  And the bathroom has been out of order for the past 4 months.

Don’t play the game machines in here because I cashed out and ended up having a $10 ticket and a $20 ticket and cannot cash them. It says inventory low and the phone number for this place is disconnecting so that’s $30 that I might as well wiped my behind with

Dirty, ceiling falling down and too expensive. Dryers never got hot even on high. No manager on site. Will not return.

Terrible and very mismanaged if you have a problem like the door being stuck on a washer there is no management or any phone number to call to get help . Very poor ownership and uncaring what happens.

I’m here from Mississippi and after a long work week I needed to wash my clothes. I found this place on Google and thought it was an okay spot until I started putting money in the machine. Instead of the $5 it would normally take to start the washer it took $7.50. When attempting to contact management no one answered and there isn’t even I number posted here for you to call if there’s an issue. I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy losing money.

My mom dropped my wedding dress off to be cleaned, it had been hers. They ended up shredding it. After conversations, the higher up had told my mom that  he was going to take care of it at no charge and he would allow for alterations, fixing of the dress, and waive the cleaning fee. The seamstress replaced the liner and altered it, but portions of the dress were still shredded with no way to really repair it. When my mom and I went to pick it up, he insisted we had to pay for the cleaning, as "you had brought it in to be cleaned already, I've already lost money on this dress." He continued to try to justify us paying by saying we had to pay something because he'd already lost money and had not gained any money from the dress. While he did pay for alterations and fixing of the liner, there are still portions of the dress that are shredded beyond repair and the dress will never again be the same. In addition, I would have taken my dress elsewhere to be altered, as it was only supposed to be cleaned here. He would not have had to pay for ANYTHING if they hadn't destroyed it. When we mentioned this, the seamstress stepped in and tried to say that the fabric was rotted and that's why there were holes there, which is not true. There were no portions of the dress that were rotted. This was also AFTER the seamstress had agreed on the phone with us the night prior that we should not have to pay anything since they had destroyed the dress. It seems the seamstress was afraid of speaking up against the man in charge. I'm absolutely disgusted how this situation was allowed to occur and at how it was handled. They literally have a sign on their counter saying they help preserve wedding gowns, while in reality all they did was destroy mine that I had just inherited from my mom, then make us pay for the cleaning that destroyed it. Almost $200 WE had to pay for our dress being shredded. If you have ANYTHING of sentimental value, don't get it cleaned here if you value it at all. Never again will my family or anyone we are close with use this specific business location again, they're honestly a joke and should be disgusted with how they handled this.

Had a pageant gown dry cleaned here, that my daughter borrowed from a friend. Dress was extra long and had heavy staining on hem.  Just picked it up and hemline looks beautiful.  Thank you for doing a great job!

I brought my 6 and a half foot tall teddy bear to dry since I recently washed it. I used the biggest dryer they had, and I was recommended to use a lower temp so the beads inside the teddy do not melt. I did two cycles to dry both sides
which amounted up to 7 minutes total, and my teddy bear easily dried. That only cost me $.50 which is well worth it to me; plus, the place is well taken care of. I would highly recommend to use this laundromat if you’re in the area. :)

This is a nice place and I don't mind that the price keeps going up. I do have two gripes: the prank show they play 24/7 on the TV feels like the equivalent of being water boarded, I'd rather the TV be off, save the money. And they claim there's WiFi available but the password isn't written anywhere, and there is barely any service in or around the building.

Good laundry mat.   It would have been nice to have a few more larger sized washing machines. Hard to read instructions on top of the machine where you add your soap or fabric softener. Nice seating and table areas

Very good washers, clothes always come out clean and at a decent price! The dryers don't dry that well, even on High heat! Be ready to spend close to $10 just for the dryers. We usually split the washer load up when drying and it still costs more to dry on high heat than to wash the clothes. Other than that, the place is decently cleaned, by the door has a cigarette odor but the people smoke there so it's hard to get rid of. It's just not something you want to smell when you are going to clean clothes.

You would be better off washing your clothes in the creek next door. Place is dirty, smells terrible, and inevitably one or all of the machines will steal your money. Phone number for issues is 100% unmanned. Honestly this place should be torn down.

Look at the pictures, half the machines dont even work!!

You need cards for this establishment. It cost $1.  I put $15 in, had a balance of $14 . I went to start my washer machine and it said invalid. Went back to the kiosk where you buy card and got invalid card.

So where is my $15???

While there a woman warned me that the driers don't always start but will take money from the card.

There was also another gentleman that got real angry and swearing because his machine didn't work.

I called the number on the wall and I get voicemail. I left message 3 X's, no callback.

Seems like no matter when you visit, one of the machines eats your money and you can’t get it returned. There’s a number to call but haven’t heard from anyone yet. One of the machines ruined my comforter. Twisted it into a ball and the knot is so tight, its impossible to unravel it. The soap wells need cleaned badly. Overall area is clean. Couldn’t get the bathroom door to open. One wash load $6.25. You use a preloaded card to operate the machines. They do have laundry carts to use and an automatic door, which makes it nice.

Very frustrated! Visited this location for the first time Saturday. I purchased the laundary card for $1.00 then inserted $24 dollars to the card. Went to the washer inserted my card and it said it wasn't a good card. I went back to kiosk and it couldn't read my card. I contacted this business multiple times and left messages, I wanted a refund. No one has yet to get back to me. I ended up going to a different laundary mat. Will never visit this location again!!!!!!

This place is horrible! Out of 21 washing machines 3 work. Exposed wiring and simply dirty.  What a waste of time coming here.

Outdated. Washers are too expensive and leak out the tip. Dryers never get hot!!!! I will not come back. Fix your ceiling before it falls on someone!!

There is never anyone around or phone number to contact someone. My wife and I have lost a total of $14.75 in washer and dryers. And when we look for a number to contact the owner or someone in charge we can’t find any. This is the only convient laundry mat in our area.
Washers barely giving water to wash, dryers not spinning to dry clothes. The list goes on and on. Something has to be done about this laundry and how it’s run.

Put money in machine after loading and adding detergent, machine took the money but didn't reduce total due! Already had $3.00 in the machine and every 3rd coin it would count but had to continue since machine was already loaded ripped me off for about $4.00! No contact info anywhere to report this and NO ONSITE MANAGER as advertised!!! It should be a law that contact info needs to be posted!!! Advise not using this place!!! Floors and tables were filthy also, don't accidentally drop anything or you'll be washing it again!

The washers don't wash....like really, that's the biggest part of doing laundry...I'm out 8.50 and no number to call or attendant on site.....worst establishment to do laundry at but really the only one that still takes actual coins.....sad...

Came to play PA skills machines that were advertised on their sign. Won $300 and was unable to cash out as their inventory was "low". I have searched for contact information and can find none, and staff is never on site. Horrible establishment. Something needs to be done to hold these people accountable.
