Try to use them to have a strap fix on a dress went and picked it up and it wasn’t fixed. Was charged more to fix the strap. Use them again to dry clean stuff for my wedding day. My rehearsal is tomorrow and I picked up our dry cleaning today. They pressed the seam into my silk dress instead of moving out of the way so now there’s a big seam mark. Instead of moving The same out of the way when they pressed it, they went over it and pressed the seam into the dress and it made a mark. They also messed up my stepdad‘s short sleeve shirt And put it on a wire hanger with no covering that left in dents in the shoulders. Very disappointing. You try to give a company a benefit of the doubt and they keep messing up

when i brought my mothers yellowed  wedding dress in from 1968 , I was cautiously optimistic that it could be returned  to its original wedding white—I am completely blown away by its beauty and transformation ! The care and dedication bringing this dress back to its original beauty is truly miraculous- it is now a true family heirloom ! Thank you Spring Towne Center Cleaners for doing such an incredible job - forever grateful!

We dropped off a baptism outfit needed for Sunday. Confirmed they were open on Saturday (July 4). Double confirmed they would be open because it’s a holiday. They said they will be there until 4pm. Went to pick it up and they were closed. Now we cannot use this very special outfit for the baptism. Extremely frustrating!!!!!

Best dry cleaner in town! Marks that Hollywood Cleaners claimed couldn't come out, this cleaner got out. I couldn't be happier with my dry cleaning. 2/3 of my professional wardrobe is dry cleaning only. I've had the hardest time finding a good dry cleaner, and he was right around the corner all this time.

I had five curtain panels washed and pressed here. It was a very long wait for them to be done. They arrived on one hanger. When I got home they were so wrinlked that I had to iron them again!!!!Will not be using this business again.

New to area and needed to have comforter/duvet type of bedspread cleaned.  Took in Aug. 2 and asked to pay in advance.  Told it would be ready by Aug. 18.  It was ready by Aug.8.  Went to pick up and told that it was $21.29 which I had already paid but not indicated on their ticket.  I paid in order to retrieve.  Got home and found original receipt to go back to store to have charge on Aug. 10 reversed.  Opened bag and comforter was beyond wrinkled.  It took me over an hour to somewhat remove wrinkles with a home grade iron/ironing board.  I've had the same cleaners in Downingtown for 18 years prior to moving to this area and would have never received an item in such a wrinkled condition.

I won't be going back to this place. Picked up suit and took home and was picking off hair. Called them and they offered to re-clean but never apologized or had anything to say why.

I would give zero stars if I could. Shorted orders every single week.

This business is wonderful and magical! You might ask yourself how can a dry cleaners be magical. Well, for $12.00 I got a dress heavily damaged by smoke from a fire restored back to beautiful. It's a white cotton dress with black stripes.  it had orange and black on it from smoke and was sitting in a bag for a couple years with the damage. I am so excited to have my beautiful dress back. I would highly recommend Hollywood on Penn Ave in Sinking Spring.

I had a leather jacket cleaned which I picked up today. It was water damaged and I thought beyond achievable to bring back. I am astonished at how it looks after picking it up. It is like brand new. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

I took my trenchcoats in for cleaning and the smells from the coat just seems like they pressed them then put them back in a bag, No odors were taking off unfortunately ended up paying $80 for practically nothing.

JUNK WORK ON MENS DRESS SHIRTS. Based on reviews I went here. 4 dress shirts, $30. Finished dress shirt had zero arm creases, collar tips were rolled and collar was folded above the seam. Overall looks like they put through a dryer. Not professionally pressed. No attention to detail and poor workmanship. If you are particular about what I mentioned in this review, I would go else where. I am not concerned with the $30 but more so they wasted my time. Maybe a bad day? Or maybe too much business? I don’t know the answer. Will not return.

If I were you I  will think it twice before taking your expensive blazers to them. If they do a good job, good, if not; They will not care, they will not follow up. They will blame the fabric and not even apologize. They just drop it, no call or explanation. They burned the blazer and on top of that ripped the inside of it, that was the supreme fixing they did. I went to them because everyone said they were soooo good. My luck I guess…. Thank you for ruining my blazer.

First time customer got my wedding suit dry cleaned couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Very friendly staff I left a 20.00 dollar bill in pants pocket and it was returned to me when I picked up. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you!
