Asked her to have a metal button replaced on my pant waist. After the "repair" the button fell of the first time I put the pants on.

2nd visit
Asked her to hem 1 scrub pants at the ankles and 1 scrub shirt sleeves.
When I went to pick up she charged me $40.00!!
(more than the cost of the scrubs)

Can't help but to notice the customer changing room is filthy considering this is a dry CLEANer store.

I agree with the other post, I shouldn't have pulled up in a Mercedes.

Also, a co-worker was charged $20.00 to wash and press her labcoat.

This is the ONLY dry cleaner and tailor that I use.  I have been going here for years.  Dry cleaning, alterations, stain removal - they do it all with care.  When I walk in, it's like seeing great friends.  They are always welcoming and will go the extra mile to make sure that your items are taken care of.

I have gone to this cleaners for years. They take the extra steps to please you and provide excellent service. They are very friendly and  feel like friends. If you need alterations or special attention to a problem they will take care of it. I have referred friends and they loved the results.

I do not recommend this dry cleaner. They ruined my husband's shirt, did a very bad job of ironing the clothes, and didn't clean them at all. when I contacted them, they did not correct their work. I am very upset

I’ve been taking my clothes to Valet cleaners for years and never had one bad experience. They may be a little on the pricey side, but I’ve tried other cleaners in the area, and they don’t compare! Mr. Sonny and his wife are always friendly and always have my clothes ready when they say they will. As long as Valet Cleaners is open they’ll be my one and only Dry Cleaner!

Don't waste your money on garbage service. This place is very disappointing. Took an expensive winter coat to get cleaned, and because of the fabric they were not able to clean it properly, but instead of communicating with me, and tell me that they could not clean the fabric they just went and did a bad job just to charge me for it. I'm so angry. These people don't care. They just want your money. I do not recommend.

These people are miracle workers!!! I took a very expensive  dry clean only jacket  that got latex paint on the sleeve to another cleaners and they said it  couldn't be taken out, there was no hope. Took it to Valet and they said they weren't sure if it could be done but they would give it a try. Come back to pick it up and it's good as new!!!  I could not be more grateful! They said they had to do two passes with it. So you know they go to the extra mile! Plus it was incredibly affordable I cannot recommend highly enough!!

This place is beyond unprofessional. The receptionist is consistently rude and makes customers feel uncomfortable just being there.

They once gave a pile of my clothes to another customer — thankfully that person was honest and called me to return my items. On more than one occasion, they damaged my clothing and then acted like it wasn’t their fault.

The final straw: I brought in brand-new pants for alterations, and when I came to pick them up, they simply could not find them.

Between the rudeness, lost items, and damaged clothing, this place is completely unreliable. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I’ve been going to this clearers with my dry clean since they first open at this location on Bustleton Ave. People that work there I I call my DIVAS and GQ! They are almost polite and pleasant, even when some not all customers are so rude and disrespected to the workers who are checking in our clothes. I’ve been a witness  to their rudeness and nasty comments and I have stepped in to let them know it’s not nice to speak to another person like that.

Amazing cleaners and alteration services, I ordered a dress for a wedding, the dress came the day before with a broken zipper, I dropped the dress off and they had it ready by the next day! Price to redo the zipper was very very fair! I Will return for all my alterations 10/10!!!!

We were raised in NE philly, but moved across the country. We came in town for a wedding at the end of June. We had another wedding on August 2. We decided to leave my husband’s suit with my mother to drop off at Jules to be dry cleaned and picked up for my husband instead of bringing it back on the plane again. So my mother went and picked up the suit from Julies. We got off the plane picked up the suit from my mother and drove to Chester County to our hotel for the wedding.  Wedding was at 4pm and at 3pm my husband put on the suit that was picked up from Julies to find outs its so so small. My husbands suit was a 48 and we received from Julies a size 44. My husbands shirt was a new white shirt 17-17.5 neck, a thicker shirt. The shirt we got from Julies was 16-16.5 slim and thin. My husband has never wore a slim shirt. My mother called to tell her what happened and all Julie did was scream  at my mother and telling her thatt was our suit.  You know your own clothing!!!  Especially when is soooooo much smaller than what you had.  Julie never found the correct suit, and never offered any help or anything.  Hopefully someone will see this and find his suit.

Service was great, need an outfit pressed for a family reunion 3 hour before my reunion and they came through for me. Awesome place to take your clothes.

You would think that if you had an article of clothing lost, the proper response would be of caring i.e. what could be done. Instead, there was one of annoyance. Like I was being a problem. Had to get a cashmere sweater that was purchased from Boyd's for approx. 300 dollars. Found a replacement from Neiman Marcus on sale for 149 dollars. Took 5 months to get a check for 144 minus the original dry clean payment of 6 + dollars. Did not even mention the difference due to the attitude of getting the money in the first place. I will travel miles out of the way from now on. Gave one star because there is no 0stats or minus ones.

I frequent this laundromat because I love down the street. Yes it’s a bit pricier than others but it is always clean and kept well. The restrooms are always clean. Anytime I’m in there an employee is cleaning something or doing maintenance on something. It’s a comfortable, and friendly environment. If anything happens with the machines they are diligent to fix and resolve within a timely manner. This will be my spot as long as I’m in this neighborhood.

Very good place if you need a laundromat. It was huge, or should I say Jumbo. I never saw this amount of machines. We needed to wash our two comforters and put them in a giant machine.
Price was reasonable and the dryer was free. You need to load money onto a card to use machines.
Best of all, the woman running the place was very nice and helpful. You rarely find people like this.

Worst dry cleaner ever . Sent my DG dress for dry cleaning and received it with stain from their steam. They did not heldany responsibility for the damage caused , and were way too arrogant on their responses . Had to throw away my dress as the damage was irretrievable.
I said i wanted to contact the manager or owner , and the girl there told me the owner lived abroad. Then next morning the owner appers suddenly. A very rude woman , not even saying sorry for what they did . They kept lying me even though there were cameras when I showed the dress to the reception and the condition that i handled it . Also the workers were lying too.
Be careful were you sent your expensive clothes . They are unprofessional.

I have been going to Chong’s Cleaner’s for 3 years. I went in to have two men’s shirts pressed. Not cleaned, just pressed. The lady tells me $4.50, I say for both she said for each. It cost $5.50 to clean and press a shirt. I told the woman it was to high in price, she said what do you want me to do? Give me a fair deal, I am a returning customer. I went somewhere closer to my home. I got quoted 2 shirts $2.50 a shirt. Deal, you got a new customer. Chong’s you lost a good customer, after my wedding dress cleaning, suits, repairs. I won’t be returning. It doesn’t take a scholar to figure out your being ripped off. Your loss!

Are used to go to this place and drop off at least twice a week till I found out that they were overcharging me and on top of that when I went to assembly hey I think there’s something wrong with the receipt because I only did six pieces which were only six shirts and she charged me $66 I said there’s no way you charge me $11 a shirt when the club with the sign says cheaper than that and she started going crazy you know like go do you not like go I said LEYDI listen to me I’m trying to help you and she didn’t so that’s why the clothes are getting and then I also ask for the quality of clothes that you’re giving me back is not to your standards you have better standards in this I don’t know I’m never gonna go back I feel like they’re overrated they’re over expensive and I found a new place if you guys want it let me know and I’ll send you where to go great price and great service
