Very poor customer service.  Daughter brought in rotc items to be cleaned.  She she dropped them off they gave her a ticket with the total being $20 and some change.  I went in to pick it up today and the total was $32. Got a chance to speak with the owner who said the total was right,  because they had not charged her for items that were hiding,  his words.  I can understand a liner in a jacket,  but you can't hide 2 shirts.  It was whomever she gave the items to that told her the wrong total.  I'm not upset about the price, had she been given that total to begin with,  it is what it is.  But she your people give the wrong price,  that's on them and the original price should be honored.  It's just good customer service.

Overall good business. I have trusted them on multiple occasions and their quality is top tier.

I have been going here for years and no problems until now, I dropped off a Denim Shirt Dress on Wed and my ticket that I was given had $3.06 on it so when I went in today to pick it up the lady rang it up to a total of $13.91. I questioned it and compared my ticket to hers and she said he must have rang it in wrong. I am not sure but the dress probably did not cost that much when it was purchased, I will be finding a new Dry Cleaners after this experience.

Stain didn't come completely out.

Horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spots on my jackets were still there, lint balls were not removed... basically same exact condition if not worse then I dropped the items off... my dress was iron pressed in such a way that they damaged the fabric, its all shiny now. Horrible. Very disappointed and upset. Will not be coming here again.
