On my first visit to this laundromat, I was dissatisfied.
1. The change machine took a long time to accept dollars, and then quarters ran out almost immediately.
2. Liquid laundry detergent is not available for purchase here.
3. The washing and drying machines are old, and some of them do NOT work.
4. It is very hot inside, and the air conditioners hardly work — only the ceiling fans spin very slowly and provide no cooling.
5. There is an unpleasant smell inside the washing and drying machines.

The staff is friendly and willing to help.
There is plenty of parking space and very little traffic.

Great laundry mat. Machines are priced low and kept clean. Best choice there is in dyersburg.  Only down side no public restroom.

I came to this place because it was the ONLY laundry listed in Dyersburg. The place is dirty, a lot of the machines are old and not working and the prices are much higher than I expected for the look and upkeep of the place. I recently moved here and I have a washer/dryer at home, but needed to wash a few large items. It cost me over $15 to wash and dry. Thank goodness I don't have to do this on a regular basis. If someone is looking for a business opportunity, open a new laundromat and keep it up nicely! It will succeed!

Almost all machine is dirty and some machine is not working and broken and the place is dirty and the bad smell inside.

Not too bad. They have a few machine constantly out of order. But the place is usually clean and I can get 4 big loads done for under $20

I'm personally spoiled by the newer machines that enable card payments as well as just quarters so I arrived a few quarters unprepared. That out of the way I put 5 quarters in for a heavy load and the timer  slowly kept going up rather than counting down. The lobby area itself is basically clean for a laundry mat but could definitely use some work and a good portion of the machines are downed. Also there is no public restroom open drinks are triple priced.

They have 5 big dryers 1 is always broke, the lady that works there is always using them. The other dryers runs and stops so it takes to much money to dry anything. Why does she not use the small ones it doesn't cost her anything?

I FIND THIS LAUNDRY TO HE ONE OF THE BEST IVE HAD GONE TO SO FAR IN TN. IS A BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY ISSUE IS MOST TIMES IVE GONE THEY SEEM TO BE TOO BUSY SO SOMETIMES YOU DONT GET TO COMPLETE YOUR LAUNDRY OR HAVE TO COME BACK WHEN THEY HAVE ONE AVAILABLE BUT OVER ALL EVERYTIME I HAVE GONE ITS BEEN BEING CLEANED AND MAINTAINED MAYBE CHECK BATHROOM TO ENSURE CLEANLINESS A BIT MORE AND STOCKED WITH TISSUE THANK YOU !

Decent prices. Machine's work most of the time but washers have stained some of my clothes looking like oil/grease

I am only giving this business one star due to the friendly service from the female associate. I recently had my down/queen comforter in. Picked up the next day where, it was still filthy. Brought back in, was told that it was nail polish and cannot clean again. It wasn't polish, but a small speck of food. Took comforter out of bag and the down feathers were burnt in 3 huge places. Called and was told that the owner would get back to me where, I waited and waited for a call. He never called me back! I am now out of a dry cleaning bill and an expensive comforter.

Can't say, I made several calls one day they never answered the phone.

Love this place great service and will get your clothes back on time and clean
