This laundromat has gone down so much since I started coming here over a year ago after moving to the area. The restroom soap dispenser is broken and empty, there's a row of broken/unused washers, the top of the bigger washers are dusty and nasty. I get here today and both change machines are down and we have to get quarters from the employee. I also just noticed they increased the cycle prices, but the place is getting worse. Today is my last time coming here.

The business hours are 6:30am-10pm. I arrived at 9:38pm to collect my belongings out of the dryer and the attendant had locked the doors and left for the night. I knocked for about 15 mins and then I called the number she left taped on the door, and was told I’d have to collect my belongings in the morning. I reiterated that it wasn’t even 10pm yet and she watched me place my items in the dryer. She restated that I would have to come back at 6:30 am and hung up in my face. She also stated in the note my item had stopped in the dryer. It was still drying (because I overpaid) when I finally left at 9:58 after realizing she wasn’t going to let me get my belongings. I arrived the next day at 6:30 am. I began calling the number at 6:37 and no one answered. No one arrived to let me retrieve my items until 7:40 am. When she arrived, the attendant refused to give her name or any contact info for the owner(s). This establishment has false hours listed and they withheld personal belongs for a service I paid for. My item which was a $150 comforter also looked tampered with.

I use to loveeee this place but now the new owner and her wife turned it into a place that makes you feel soooo uncomfortable!!
One time my clothes finished WASHING at 8:30 and when I walked in to throw them in the DRYER the owner looks at me and say
"so this is how it's going to work, I'm going to allow you to dry your clothes but you cannot fold them! You're going to have to go home and do that"
Mind you ON THE DOOR it says last WASH is at 9 and they close at 10! I would have and should have had a whole hour left to finish my laundry, completely! And then she just stood in front of my clothes while they dried staring at them witch made me completely uncomfortable! I thought she was just in a rush for an emergency so I left it alone and came back, well today I left my clothes in the dryer and while they dried (for 24 mins) I ran to chicken express next door to get me a drink and came right back and waited in my car and at the 32 min mark I came in to check on my clothes and she says
"You can't leave your clothes in there like that, I was going to take them out a dispose of them!"
My clothes literally only sat in there for 8 mins after the dryer stopped, only 2 other people where in there besides myself doing laundry AND it was only 5:34 pm !!
I wish so badly the last lady would come back she was AMAZING, always welcoming, and never came at you the wrong way ! SOMEONE PLEASE GET RID OF THIS LADY AND HER WIFE !!!!!!! She makes an issue when there isn't even one ! I mean or at least gain some CUSTOMER SERVICE skills.

I walked in at 8:21 with one comforter and one medium basket. The attendee said we are about to close. I reminded he/she that it was 9 minutes before the last wash. Apparently it has something more important to do other than working,! Whata a waste of time!

I used to love this place, there's never any change, and I always have to pay to drive because the three words are not available they use the bundle service on the free ones which is really terrible in my opinion and also the bathroom is pretty darn disgusting and the dryers did not work very well none of them not even the ones I paid for

Long story short had a HUGE soot mess from before Christmas that literally covered every surface in our downstairs including our keepsake decorative pillows (the pictured one we’ve had for over 20 years). Pyramid cleaners did a FANTASTIC job at restoring them. My wife said our pillows had never been so fluffy 😊. I’ve already gone back to them to clean my author hats. This is the best cleaners hands down! I was looking for someone to alter 2 shirts for me. I found this cleaners on Google and called. The first good thing that I like about this cleaners is that the person who answered the phone was very nice to me. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. That stood out to me because I feel like you can tell a lot about a place of business just by how a person answers/sounds over the phone. When I arrived at the location, they greeted me and assisted me right away. I was impressed how knowledgeable and accurate he was when it came down to getting measured for the alterations. The turn around time was great for me as well. I dropped the 2 items off on a Saturday and they were ready by Wednesday as promised. My husband picked up the shirts for me so when he got home with the shirts, I tried mines on and it fit perfect and exactly how I imagined it to be the way I wanted it to be!!! I feel like the prices were reasonable as well. I am very happy that I found this cleaners, I will be a returning customer, and I plan to refer other people to them as well.

I started taking our clothes to Dry Clean Super Center after a bad experience at another dry cleaners here in Mesquite and I'm so happy I did. They have reasonable prices with great turnaround times. I love the fact that they have a drive thru so I never have to get out of my vehicle. The employees are nice and its in a good location. If you are looking for fast good service from people that are nice, stop by Dry Clean Super Center!

PICTURES ATTACHED!!!! Dry Clean has the worst service care ever. I brought in two jeans and two button up shirts that were a gift for my Birthday. In early July, I took them to the Dry Clean Super Center the following day after I got the clothing. When it's time for pickup the jeans were supposed to be heavy starch and the shirts Light starch. One of the jeans was wrinkled from the inside leg where it wasn't even stretched out to have a nice crisp on the edge and still felt wet. The other jeans had a huge black smudge on the back side Pocket. I immediately told them that I will not take my clothing until they were fixed. They told me to come the second weekend of July so I left my clothing another week. The shirts were still wrinkled as if I had use a iron them myself. The second time I go and pick them up. Their shirts are still the same where they didn't bother doing anything to him but I just went ahead and took them the jeans that will wrinkle were fixed. The jeans with the smudge on the back pocket were not fixed. They told me to leave it there another week and it will get taken care of. Everyone up to this point was very helpful on trying to help me get the smudge out of the jeans. So I left that one single jeans again. A third time when I go to pick it up the third time the jeans wasn't even starched and the smudge was still there. I talked to Anthony where it seemed that he was very eager to help me in getting it resolved and if the smudge was NOt removed he would take care of it but didn't succeed because the smudge is still in the back pocket. I  finally go and pick it up after 4 weeks and I  talk to the OWNER It seems like her is Hame or Lame, by this time I was not happy with the service. They were brand new jeans, expensive pants to top it off, never worn and have gone washed more times that I have even worn those jeans. She said that she did her best and that she was not going to pay for  jeans even though they're ruined,  brand new jeans that were never worn and got ruined. That is very unprofessional for taking care of people's clothing. I know accidents happen but when you cannot fix the problem you will take care and not just say not my problem not my problem. Please be aware that if one of your items gets ruined, it will not be taken care of. That's not going to be their problem. It's going to be your problem. Most unprofessional owner and business overall.

I haven’t even picked up my clothes, but they could have done the best job ever, and it wouldn’t make up for how incredibly rude the cashier is.
