Power has been on for quite some time and the laundry mat is closed with everything on inside, having a big family like I do right now and trying to keep everyone clean and sanitary during a power outage has been difficult, especially when the laundry mat can be utilized and is not being utilized to help people in our community. This is very disheartening.

That' worker treat us real bad when we come she don't clean up it be nasty in the dryer i have to clean My dryer before i put clothes in there be people watching me and that worker y'all got is very disrespectful this second time i lost My money in washing machine haven't gotten paid back yet.i really hate that nasty worker y'all need to get real clean worker

I haven't been there since the summer. It was clean, some of the dryers need 2 fixed or update.

The BEST laundromat the Town of Blackstone has ever had! I have been using this laundromat for years over washing clothes at home. Very clean and neat. Security cameras make you feel safe during late night washing and drying. Open 24-hours. They have a public restroom and a drink machine. The large dryers are amazing and get really hot when it comes to drying large amounts of clothing. Prices are very reasonable, all the machines are fully functional and run extremely great!

Clean building, with working machines in a variety of sizes. The big washers are $6.75. They take quarters, or cards. There is a coin changer and some products for sale. Televisions in every corner with different shows but turned down so they aren’t shouting at you.
Working restroom is clean also. Overall, as nice a place as you can hope to spend a few hours getting clean.

I originally came to clean me and my family members car I only go there to use the restroom  it's clean, janitor is there and he just finished cleaning, I ask if I'm allowed to use the restroom feeling bad cause he just cleaned and finished his job  he gets an attitude and starts questioning if I'm washing clothes I told him I'm cleaning my car he suddenly changes his tone and says "oh ight" I go in the bathroom and try to do my business janitor says something along the lines of "take your time buddy" through the door and I hear footsteps going to the exit I don't think much of it until I walk back to My car and I see the same man this time he tries to avoid eye contact with me as i wave goodbye not thinking much but after i talk to my family member they explain that he said we were not supposed to be there and he started getting angry at them for waiting on me. thank God my family member was in the car and cool head, or who knows what could've happened.

I came here to do laundry and went to the $3.75 washer. I was charged $5.00 on my card.
Beware. Looking into reporting this.

Around 6:00 P.M yesterday (April 12th, 2024), one of my friends was in the rest room I guess assuming he was alone one of the employees who spoke with my friend in the laundry mat went over to the car wash next door and approached the vehicle god only knows what could've happened if someone wasn't in the vehicle

the laundry mat is good but this is the only issue i have is the big man that sits in front of the free wifi sign is he homeless? he's creepy and rude. he kept telling my wife and i that he was going to lock us in there so we couldn’t leave. whenever we fold our clothes, he comes and approaches and stares at us while we fold our clothes. he just makes me so uncomfortable. there is an awful smell when you go to the side of the laundry mat he is on. that awful smell needs to be gone, and he needs to shower! that guy needs to leave!

I have been here 2 times and have had a great experience both times! It is clean and the machines work great!!

I visited this laudromat to wash and dry my mother--in-law's cloths and I am so upset that this crap is what is offered here.  CREWE should shut this place down.  It's not a laudromat, it's a huge travesty and inconvenience..and waste of taxpayers time. Here it is...1.) the washers and dryers, at large, are out of service...some have tags some don't.... 2.) In the 6 minutes that my clothers were in the dryer it opened and stopped without notice 2x... 3.) Lost 5 quarters on machines that did not indicate they were broken (inymenyminy-mo! A game...4.) Dag 'on it ...I just timed my dryer (#64914) with ONE QUARTER, it got HOT BUT FOR 25 CENT, I GOT 4 MINUTES, they advertise 6 minutes..crap where are my 2 minutes?...5.)#64915 does not work, no sign stopped at 3 minutes never to start again..had to remove my clothes.6.) #64916...no sign, lost money!! Now I am waiting on one  out  of  dryers that are operating.

Let's be clear, the laundromat is the last place I want to be on a hot day in July. However,  this place was clean and absolutely not busy for a Monday morning. I was in and out in no time. Plenty of carts and it was cool inside giving me a respite from the heat.

Equipment  needs to be more updated. Place had trash all over the floor.

Reasonable price machines worked efficiently,  I'm very satisfied!

its was a great place nice and clean then I showed up...they were very nice about cleaning it up and the young lady refused to take money as compensation for my mess...it was my first visit and I will do better next time with a little less detergent...😇

It is nice and clean typically.  The change matching has always worked for me.  There are lots of new medium sized washing machines. However, once we went and several of the washers and dryers were LOADED with animal hair.  They got all over everything!  Another customer said a woman comes and washes animal bedding!  Come on.  That is disgusting...maybe an attendant needs to be there.

Like that there are new washers at the facility.  And also like that some of the dryers look new and are hot- but, hate that if you lose money, you'll have to mail something in to get a refund.  And also dislike that you can't see your clothes washing through the windows of the new washers-- (I like to be able to see if I have enough suds/detergent in the washer when I do laundry. Overall, the laundromat stays relatively clean and is really convenient to me; so, I use it.

Honestly this place isn't ran by anyone.  If u have a problem u just lost your money.  Put 5$ worth of quarters in a 6$ machine ( not to mention already purchased the detergent and what not, placed it in the machine) couldn't get the last dollar to take. Exchanged a 20$  bill nothing would take.no associate to speak with. So this is just a scam. Dont waste your money.

There's not enough laundry carts, it was crowded, several machines were down and the clothes were so wet (machine needs extra spin cycle) it took forever to dry! Looking for another laundry mat.

It's ok, clean enough,  but they need to empty the coins out of the machines more often to avoid people losing money trying to use them. Lost around 4 dollars worth of quarter because the coins get jammed up when it's full. I was told by one of the people who were emptying the machines one day that they do jam when full.

Arrived just before 7 on Sunday, and I ended up leaving right before 8.  The doors were locked, this isn't the first time this had happened.  Otherwise, this is a nice clean facility.

Over half the washers don't work. Used the 500 washer and didn't even put water in the drum could not stop the cycle and lost my money. This place SUCKS!
