The washers and dryers work good here at a decent price. The only problem I've had there is machines being broke down. Usually they have them repaired as soon as possible. I've never had it be an issue with being able to get my laundry done. I just use other ones.

Between the homeless hanging around asking for money. As of today they have 18 washers which only 9 work. 10 dryers. And 5 work. It's awful. The place is a joke but unfortunately it's the only laundry mat in town .let not forget people will take your laundry out of the washers and dryers to put there's in no matter what. I was in the middle of switching clothes and someone went up to my washer and removed my things without my permission. Then had many open my dryers and touch my clothes and remove my clothing as I was in the building folding or switching. It's horrible.

So the Laundromat is like everyone claims and I think the owners of this business need to come out and fix the machines. For one you're missing out on potential business. And two its sad to come in and see literally lines of people waiting to just wash and dry there clothes. I personally have been coming here to this Laundromat mat since the beginning of the year and yes to claims in another review, there are only currently 8? Washers available that are working and like 5 main dryers??? Like the amount of people and families that are coming here and having to wait is in my mind sad. If I were the business owner, for 1 I'd fix enough if not all machines to match the flow of business than two id makes sure daily it was operational. The homeless is one thing and yes things break but running a successful business begins with the end in mind and as for what I've seen this place could use a definite touch up! So please, if the business owners due see this review, don't take it negatively. Simply take mine as and opportunity to grow and make things better for the city of Raymond. The business is here and I see it each time I come in and WAIT, to use a washer. Let's get some things fixed and help the families here get on with there days.

So update, today is 2/2/2024 and I gotta say we need more washer here! Currently there are 4 big washers out and 2 only available? And they yes put in new washers but there to small. You're forced to have to wash more and spend more in the long run. I understand that money could be an issue in getting new ones but at this point with the big washer down a lot people won't get to wash there clothes in a timely manner. Please have someone come out and maintenance these machines at least so we can have working washers. Like I have said before the business is here. But it will decline if people can't get there stuff washed. Thank you

They can take the time to make out of order signs, but not fix the washers or dryers.  More non working machines than working..it is a shame, this is the only laundromat around, many people use it. Fix the machines please.

I forgot some necessary wound care items at home. I was able to get help to find the items I needed. The pharmacist was amazing and took the time to show me comparable products to what I needed.
