Don't often use dry cleaners but had taken a suit to the cleaners in Motherwell only to discover that it had closed down. A gentleman working at the premises told me that it had closed but that The Textile Care Co were very good so I gave them a call.
They collect and return laundry from your home.
Unfortunately they don't collect from Wishaw so I had to drive over to Stonehouse. The owner was very polite and friendly and dry cleaned my suit over 3 days.
Very happy with the result and price. Don't often get dry cleaning carried out but would definitely use again.

They shrunk my jacket in the cleaning process and the manager denied it had shrunk because he couldn't pull handfuls of lining out at the cuff. I tried the jacket on to demonstrate that the sleeves were now about 3 inches above my wrist and I could barely fasten the jacket ( this had been a loose boxy style jacket that I had previously been able to wear a chunky cable knit jumper under).  He insisted it hadn't shrunk quoting his point about the lining - how insulting is that when you only had to look at the garment on me?
Jacket unwearable. All I got was £8 cleaning fee returned - jacket cost £120 when new and this was first time cleaned! No responsibility taken whatsoever by management.

Absolutely horrendous. Put clothes in here to be washed numerous times. Each time I have asked not to overload the machines and everytime they come back dirty .one time they come back clean so it depends on who washes your clothes as for the rest of the times I had to put them in somewhere eles to rewash .a comple waste of time and money .I do not recommend this laundrette unless you are going to do your own washing .

Had to wash 3 bulky mattress toppers.
Went in & the woman (didn't catch her name) was very helpful, sorted out our machines and then our dryers.
2 toppers in one large machine (£10 total), 1 in another (£7 total) then into tumble dryers which were a couple of quid total.
45 minutes to wash & maybe 15 minutes to dry, would very much use again.
Parking is a little difficult as it's in the main road but railway parking is close by.

This is a great business. Nothing is too difficult and they are very reliable as well as cost effective. I needed a sheepskin rug cleaned and it was away and cleaned and returned with stain guard in just over a week. I get all my suits cleaned here and they come back perfect. I highly recommend this dry cleaner. It's a family business too....so support them.

Laundrette several doors down were too busy to take in a couple of bags of clothes to be washed and dried.
This place, however, were happy to help. The manager was great - firstly on the phone and then in person when I arrived. The following day I got a call from the manager (earlier than expected) to say everything was ready and in order.
The service was good when I picked the bags up again and the quality of the job done was good too.

I handed in a Gold evening dress to be cleaned the assistant was concerned that it may damage the intricate finish of the dress. When my husband collected the manager told him no problem he had seen the designer label inside and contacted them personally to check on cleaning way beyond my expectations, defiantly top customer service that i will be happy to pay for in future .
