My Beautiful Laundrette

Had my wedding dress cleaned here. Was handled beautifully. It take a while but worth it in the end! Husband had a suit cleaned which was back within a week and looks great. Definitely return customers - ladies are lovely!

I put an All Saints suit in for dry cleaning. I'd marked the suit jacket with water marks and asked if this could be fixed. The ladies were friendly , gave me slip which specified collection merely 2 days later ( very quick.) I've just collected the suit and it's back to new with stain removed. I will definitely return. They shrunk my jacket in the cleaning process and the manager denied it had shrunk because he couldn't pull handfuls of lining out at the cuff. I tried the jacket on to demonstrate that the sleeves were now about 3 inches above my wrist and I could barely fasten the jacket ( this had been a loose boxy style jacket that I had previously been able to wear a chunky cable knit jumper under). He insisted it hadn't shrunk quoting his point about the lining - how insulting is that when you only had to look at the garment on me? Jacket unwearable. All I got was £8 cleaning fee returned - jacket cost £120 when new and this was first time cleaned! No responsibility taken whatsoever by management.

We've been using My Beautiful Laundrette since it first opened as the quality and value of their services are second to none. The staff are very friendly and always do a fantasitc job - highly recommended!

Absolutely love this place, not only is the staff extremely professional but are also extremely helpful, Iv had a number of different items cleaned now, from kilts, suits and even my teams football kits and everything has came back perfect. Keep up the excellent work guys.
