This place was very clean with lots of different types of washers for different needs and the dryers dried a twin comforter on the low temp for 42 minutes with 6 minutes for a quarter on the reg. dryers (what I used) and 4 minutes on the jumbo dryers. The employee I interacted with for help with one of the machines pointed me in the right direction in a quick and very kind manner. They even have a dry-clean service (pay by weight) that I will use in the future; plus many other things like a clean restroom, well-stocked Soap Center, steam cabinet, lots of seating and folding areas along with many metal baskets on wheels to transfer clothes around the place easily. Also, the soda machine worked.

Brought large heavy comforter in for laundering.  It was too big for our washer and I didn't want to waste my time doing it there myself. Dropped it off on my way in to work and picked it up afterwards.  Nicely wrapped in plastic.

Family Laundry provided great service! I signed up for the 8:00 - 10:00 PM pick-up time the same day, but I did not finish setting up my account until 8:40 PM. They still made it and picked up the dirty laundry at 10:00 PM! I have a steep driveway but they came to my door and inside my place as I am post-surgery and cannot put out laundry. My clean laundry was brought back the next evening. It was beautifully washed, sorted and tied into easy to separate bundles. I am very pleased with their service!

It's expensive but on union wages, it's affordable - saves my back from hauling laundry on the bus. Saves time (and I appreciate that on a FT job and hour plus commute) The clothes come back neatly folded, clean, no funnybunny odors because they use scent-free products, they pick up and deliver on time (or early, like today), they tell you on their web site how they're going to treat the clothes and they do what they say they're going to do.  Trustworthy, efficient and worth the money.

This place is it! We have used them for laundry service (pickup, wash, dry, fold, deliver) in the past and it is life changingly wonderful. I have been bringing all things needing dry cleaning, alterations, laundry, and pressing. The owners are warm and compassionate, and their services are stellar. It's awesome to support this business, a small, family-owned business.

Thanks so much for going above and beyond on a rush job for my family when we had to quickly get my father's military uniform to the mortuary in a very short time. The dingy shirt and uniform which had sat in a closet for decades ended up sparkly clean after you finished with it! Your kindness and professionalism made our life easier during a difficult time. I used this place for 2 years! After today I'll be taking my business somewhere better. Bought a brand be Express Performance shirt $70+, took it get pressed and I received back burnt. I took it back and told them that a brand new shirt is damaged he looked like at like I was an idiot and said " what do you want me to do?" Requested store credit not even full price! He then proceeded looking at me like I was an idiot. He said "okay you got credit" after how I was treated I turned that the credit down and asked that my account to be deleted.

I have used the dry cleaning services here for years. They are always professional and polite. I usually get dry cleaning within a few days. I would highly recommend.

My experience with these dry cleaners has been terrible. Firstly, they never give back my clothes in a timely fashion. One dress that I gave them was returned with a stain AND they gave me a pant that wasn’t even mine!
Apart from dry cleaning they also have minor alterations available. I gave them a couple of tops to fix and the tailor was supposed to give it to me on Nov 22nd but nothing was ready. I followed up with her the next week and she gave me few that she had (apparently) finished but on trial at home, I realized nothing was actually done!! I just picked up my tops today Feb15th finally after getting after these people! And they MADE me pay full price WTF! Terrible experience

I recently used this dry cleaning service, but I was disappointed with the results. Unfortunately, my white jacket turned beige and my white shirt had a brown stain mark. I'm unsure what caused this damage to my clothing. While I appreciate their effort, I will not be using this service again. I would recommend considering other options if you're looking for a dry cleaning service to avoid potential damage to your clothing

Worst place ever!! Just look at the pictures before and after. How can dry cleaners return clothes even MORE DIRTY than it was in the beginning. They CANT remove deodorant stains. Horrible service!!!

- Misses on time commitment: Happened at least 50% of the times for me, unfortunately
- Very poor alteration quality: This was what I hated most!! Images attached of the shirt altered for length, really bad quality. Plus the stitch wasn't parallel to edges.

Not going back and won't recommend either, specially for alteration.

Took a designer men’s dress shirt to get properly laundered (new, worn only once). Got home and saw that the sweat stains were still there. Glad I checked before storing it away! Hoping it’ll come out when I wash it at home.

Everything was as I wanted. Dropping off and picking up were easy. They let you know by text when items are ready for pick up. My garments look good and the staff were courteous. I will use them again.

During my first visit to this location was a very pleasant experience.   This staff was helpful, professional  and courteous.   My clothing was ready for pickup as scheduled...nice receiving notification.   I    will recommend this cleaners to friends and family.

Asked for a rush dry cleaning of a suit after cutoff time to make a flight and they were able to get it to me the next morning on my way to the airport. Incredibly reasonably priced and professional. Good communication! Everything you want in a customer service experience.
