Love this place!! I was in search of a cleaners with a one day turn around for a black dress with chiffon sleeves. The owners were incredibly nice! His wife even gave me tips on how she could alternate the sleeves to look more appealing and match the bottom of the dress. Worth the drive!

My washer has been broken waiting on the replacement parts for about three weeks now. Full time student and full time job had no time to get three weeks worth of laundry done. The staff here was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did laundry by the pound. Washed, folded and even stored in clear plastic bags so I could tell what was what when I got it home. They cleaned King sized comforter and even had it in its own clear zipped storage bag like it came in when I bought it. Had accumulated about 66 lbs of laundry, dropped it off on Tuesday around 3 PM  it was ready as promised next day by 5:00 PM. The price was reasonable and well worth the time it saved me. They even helped me carry it all out to my car and load it up. Very pleased with the way everything turned out and I will certainly be using them from now on

Horrible customer service! I have dedicated 8 years to Chick-fil-a so I know what good customer service is. I am having to take my comforter back because after opening it, I found it is not clean. But I will not be going back here. Also the bag I dropped my comforter off in, the original bag it came in, I was told I could not have it back because it was torn. I explained the bag was in great condition when I dropped it off just 3 days prior. And then the lady proceeded to tell me she torn my nice quality bag and gave me her plastic cheap bag in return! I have had my comforter dry cleaned in several different locations and was always given my original bag back. I will never be going back here!!

I bought a beaded diner dress and it was too long and a loose. It looks complicated to be altered. I brought it to VP Cleaners and Kelly did a wonderful job. The dress fit me like it was custom made. They always do a wonderful job cleaning my clothes! I recently brought a white faux fur jacket stained with black dye from an outfit that I had worn for the first time, and they were able to remove the stains! It looks like new! I highly recommend them!

Nice store location in a shopping center. Store owner was a pleasant man. This was my first time using this store. Prices were reasonable for dry cleaning a wool coat. Service was quick and i was able to pick up the coat the next day after 4 pm. The coat looked clean and well pressed. It was on a hanger with a plastic bag cover. Overall a good experience and we will continue to use this business in the future.

Reply:  There is no sense in wasting each others time. First impressions last. But after I picked up  my clothes, I ran into my neighbor and she used your service and felt the same way. We will let others know, your service is not the best option. I did not like results of your service.
I won't be going back to this cleaners. His prices are too high. He wanted to charge $40 for six pair culottes with starch. I thought that was ridiculous.  Without it was $36.  There is suppose to  a 20% discount according to the receipt.  On top of everything, there was not a good job done on the pants. Please, don't waste your money or time on this business.

Pristine Cleaners, pretty much the name itself says everything. They have been consistently delivering excellent service since I started using them (10 years). They are so professional, wonderful, and always on time and on point with your fabric. They know how to get the job done right the first time. My clothes and comforter are always displayed with the best presentation of great care. Any oversight that may occur which rarely happens they are willing to take care of it at that very moment. They provide great advice on how to maintain your clothing and materials longer. I trust their professional advice, thus far it has been proven valid.

If the aforementioned does not explain great customer care enough, just recently I forgot my dry cleaning and was in dire need of the materials presented. I called the owner after hours and explained the need he made arrangements and was able to afford me the opportunity to pick it up on on a day they are typically closed. I am so appreciative of that gesture. I hope this gives a clear depiction of the service and care you’d receive when selecting a new dry cleaning business.

I have recently used Pristine Cleaners for dry cleaning couple of suits and pants. They are awesome. Very customer friendly and reasonable price. They also have 10% discount for prepaying for the service. The best part is your stuff will be ready next day (even if you drop it at the evening). Most places i used previously asked for two or three days waiting period but not here. I highly recommend to others!!!
