Warning DO NOT bring your clothes here. First thing is that they make you pay when you drop off your clothes. I brought my brand new linen dress & got it back with a button missing & stains. When I addressed this I was totally dismissed.  The response was that they don’t sew buttons back & when asked about a refund she immediately stated they did not do that & then just walked away

I’ve been using this establishment for 10 years now, and in the beginning I was very happy with the speed, and quality of service, but for the last year I cannot say that.
I have taken Brand New Shirts, never worn, to have them cleaned, and light starch. When picking my Business Shirts up and going on the road on business travel, the next day I find that a few of my buttons are gone, cracked, or half on.
I have spoke with Super Clean about this embarrassment, and the comment I received was not what I wanted to hear. “We do not replace buttons. Again these were Brand New Shirts with all the buttons, I will seek out another cleaners.

No refund , No call from manager as promised
Actually sewed a yellow button on to replace the white buttons they broke.
They just say “ We are NOT. RESPONSIBLE “

Real pricey I had a jacket cleaned came back worse than it went in. The jacket was hanging off the hanger unbuttoned. Was not satisfied. I really miss Barneys😭

Located on South Main  you'll Find this Clean Facility with Large Washers and Large Dryers. Change Machine and Soda Vending Machine as well. $3.00 for regular cold water wash $4.00 for Large Hot Water Wash. Quater For Six Mintues to Dry.

It was packed but clean and had dryer issue that manager fixed promptly for me.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was forced to do my laundry @ this location. I live in the heart of town so it’s conveniently close which is an added bonus when not wanting to stay put the entire duration of clothes washing/drying, and anyone who’s ever been to a laundry mat knows the biggest fear tends to be having your things stolen, but NOT here!
Everyone was friendly m, and helpful when someone was in need, the machines were very affordable to the point I would go back even with my washer and dryer working properly bc I was able to handle multiple loads all at once. I found the whole experience therapeutic in a way and for that I say thank you keep up the good work y’all! I’ll definitely be back soon!

Little more expensive than other laundromats, machines not always working.  Card readers don't work. Clean and air conditioning.  The customers are usually loud and in the way

I haven’t been to a laundromat in~40 years but a long camping trip with quilts and blankets required a larger machine. I was quite impressed to see the changes that have been made to laundromats. Not only did the machines accept credit cards, but there were several sizes to accommodate individual needs and this place was clean and well maintained.  I also wasn’t disappointed with the local kindness shown to me when I had to ask questions about the machines. Opelousas has a sweet place here and this begrudged chore was a delight.

Hoyet's Washateria

Old machines, poorly maintained and not marked when they are out of service. No number for when you have problems. Dirty. Machines look as though the cleaning regimen is lacking as well.

It was good the washers are a 1.50 to 2.00 and u get 6 minutes for.25 cents to dry

These places I've been to not all the time me I be taking others to some of these places but the ones I've been to treat me with respect

Laundromat

The management sucks. One of the $5:75 big washers stops most of the time leaving you stuck with wet clothes that you have to relocate and pay twice. They have been made aware and don't care. People put clothes in a washer and pretend to do laundry and steal you clothes if you walk outside at all. It's posted inside and outside security cameras in use, but there are no cameras. And if by some strange chance you actually do get to talk to the manager,  she just argues with you. I will be taking my business somewhere that actually addresses a customers concerns vs argue with them.   No wonder most af the machines are out of order with a manager like her, very rude to customers
Also I've showed up a numbers time to find the place closed for no reason.
I've tried calling ahead on several occasions because of the random closed days,  but the manager doesn't answer the phone ever, or reply back to texts... making me waste gas and my time...I don't think they will stay in business much longer. They don't seem to care about much of anything,  especially the customer
7 out of 8 washing machines don't even work , forcing you to use the big expensive machines,  but you better guess the right one... One stops leaving your clothes soaked so you get to pay twice or leave with dripping wet clothes

Last time I was there about half of the machines didn't work.
