If you need someone to just do your laundry for you then I highly recommend Gator Laundry. I found them online and tried them because of the high reviews. I dropped my clothes off and they offered to drop them off at my hotel, i accepted.  They will pick up if preferred. Extremely happy with the customer service. Clothes came back very clean and nicely folded in two plastic bags. Quality wash and dry, nothing frayed or wash and dried too hot. I did ask for warm/medium heat on wash and dry and to wash and dry my jeans separately from my shirts. They are now my preferred laundry service when im in town. I had very little hopes for my suit after it was seemingly ruined from a night of partying at a wedding. They even told me that they could not guarantee that everything would come out due to it's condition, but that they would try their best. I picked it up today and was shocked at how well it came out! I got home and searched to find where the stains had been, but could find none. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of their work and appreciate their friendly and inviting attitudes. Hollywood Cleaners lost my $400 dress. When we realized it was missing, they claimed we had already picked it up — even though we weren’t even in the state at the time. I asked for a store credit for the value of the dress, but the manager told me, “There’s nothing I can do.” There was no apology, no concern, and no interest in keeping my business. It would have been nice if they cared about making it right instead of losing a loyal customer.

Took days in my clothes being ready. Paid a crazy price for wash and fold and they just stuffed my clothes in and didn't care to fold.

No customer service as it is automated.  No onsite alterations and charged $5 for a single button to be sewn on shirt!  Ruston, LA.

Came into town for less than 24 hours for the funeral of a loved one. I called and asked if I could just have the wrinkles pressed out of my suit from the flight. I explained to the older lady why I was in town and could I have a fresh press. She said they were turning the steam off soon so I would need to come now. This is at 930am and they close at 530pm. She said they’d be ready at 430pm. I asked how that could be if the steam is turning off. What would they be doing with my suit for the next 6 hours?

I explained that I had to be at the funeral home by 4 and she said, ok I can get it for you by 330. Again, I explained the timing and offered to pay more but could I have it at least with enough time to dress, so I don’t have to get ready at the funeral home? No empathy, no condolences for my loss, no willingness to give any effort to make the 10 minute process of pressing a suit happen before the moment I needed it 6 hours later. I was really shocked.

I live in Florida but from Louisiana and know the people to be caring and thoughtful. It seemed they were trying to make it difficult to help someone in need. After losing a family member, then spending $1000 of a last minute flight, and all the other things needing to be managed, I’m disappointed that this company has that level of service. The suit was ready by noon for $18 (literally to steam a few items that had a few wrinkles but were already dry cleaned) but it was an unnecessary interaction.

Damaged my suits with too much heat. Constantly damaging the buttons on my shirts, crushed with the equipment, falling apart when buttoned. Closes @ 12:00pm on Saturday but lights out & locked up @ 11:50am.

I love this place. They are professional and efficient. You bring in your clothes early enough you can have them as early as the next afternoon. I've been going here for 4 years or more. I just love it. I will say the prices are a little high but you pay for great service. Oh another story my brother is in the military and had some whites that need to be serviced. Don't bring your military whites they are not equipped to handle those types of clothes. He had black marks all over it and he had to throw it out and buy another one. The ladies offered to get a tide stick from the store to take it out that was the only thing but my brother just said no it was no point it was ruined.

I've been going here for a few years now but yesterday when arriving there was 3 people ahead of me talking with the blonde hair girl at the counter to drop clothes off. One of the women wanted to end the conversation so I could be seen & the cashier said (I WAS NO ONE IMPORTANT!) & called another lady from the back to assist me but the lady she was speaking with said (I believe everyone is important). I will never do anymore business with them ever again!

I took a white jacket and skirt to be dry cleaned. I went to pick up my suit, and was mortified when I saw it.  It looked liked it had been washed in dirty water.  It was horrible, and the owner was more concerned about $13.00 I owed him rather than his establishment ruining a suit I paid well over a $100. they never acknowledged what was done to my suit. No apology NOTHING.. If you value your clothes DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I wanted to give ZERO stars didn't have that option.

This place is so clean and it’s nice to have big washers and dryers this close to town. I needed a place to wash my King comforters. Nice washers too (they were Speed Queen) so they don’t take long to clean and give you a thorough clean. It was 8.25 for the biggest washer (does take card) and took about 45 minutes on the bedding setting. Just enough time to go run some errands! They were so clean after its like I just bought them. I will be back in the future. I don’t think this deserves less than 5 stars but if I had to say one thing it did take my money to get the gain. I do wish they had supplies there to buy. However, a very kind lady offered me some since she saw it took my money.

Do not bring your business here. Walked in with my family and got change from the change machine. Started looking at the machines and they were disgusting. Soap scum on all the washing machines and dirt and grime all around the doors and lids. Sticky substances (perhaps soap) on all the tables and someone sleeping across all the chairs.

Realizing our clothes would not be getting clean here, we went to leave. My wife and son got out to the car and as I was leaving an employee (owner maybe) came over and accused me of stealing his quarters. I was really confused. He then told me that I wasn’t allowed to use his change machines as that was “stealing his quarters”. I pointed out that I’d inserted cash to get the quarters, so really I just made change. I also explained that the washing machines were filthy and so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

He looked confused and told me I wasn’t allowed to leave with the quarters unless I used the machines. He went so far as to ask me to give them back. At this point I turned to leave and he started getting louder. I simply walked away and got in my car and left.

There’s no reason any laundry facility should be this dirty, nor should a customer be accused of stealing when using the change machine to exchange cash for quarters.

I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

Definitely has the LARGEST WASHERS in Lafayette the but is it’s also one of the most EXPENSIVE places to do your laundry and there are ZERO supplies.  I gave 5 star because I been to 3 other laundromats and no one had washers or dryers to handle King Size Comforter!

Frey's Cleaners & Laundry

I have used this coin laundry twice now an I will not come back.  The first time I used the largest front loader an the price was a little high to get the machine started an if you want hot water there was another additional charge an there were more options all with additional cost.  That was ok but decided that I would use multiple smaller washers next time.

My second experience was down hill from the first. The one dollar changer would not accept a new $5 note an had to get the attendant an after several attempts she was able to get my change. Next problem was a top load washer not taking my money until the attendant did her trick an it did take the coins. 3rd problem was a dryer that took one quarter but the turn handle would not return to accept additional coins without pushing an pulling to get the knob to come back to were it would accept more coins.  4th problem was similar to the third and one I had 50 cents in it would not start.  So this coin laundry needs major maintenance.

It's a good drive from home, but if you need a coin operated laundry location, this is a very nice one.  Maybe the best I've ever used.

Nice clean laundry mat but they need some kind of security.  A favorite blanket of my mom's was stolen and the only time I left my stuff was to use their restroom

The machines work well, but not all of the larger ones work.
