I love this place, I just wish the washers would use more water. I'm the type who wants to see water over my clothes, swish and swashing with soap 🧼🫧! Other than that I love that the dryers have real heat so it's worth the cost. I also love the tables being as large as they are. You can really fold large items without having to drag them on the floor. To the owner I appreciate you opening a Laundry Mat that suits all needs, I just ask pretty please that you extend more water in the washer machines!

Went there to do clothes, we had to try multiple times to get our load started because the internet connection wouldn't let it go through. Even when internet was back, we had to Swipe again. After we finally got it set up, tmwe noticed we were charged 3 times for one load, taking out $21 for one load of laundry. I looked around online and in the building for a phone number I could call to talk to someone, but there isn't a phone number anywhere. My only hope is that the owner sees this review and reaches out to us, otherwise he made triple the money off of one load, and we are screwed out of our hard earned money that we really need.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!  My son went there to wash clothes.  With one wash it pulled 3 times the amount off their card to pay for one load.  There is no phone number posted to call someone.  There is no website or any information online to contact the owner about this.  Go to the one behind the carwash.  If there were an option for a negative star I would have chosen it.

Two of the machines were dirty from previous users and the cost of laundry has definitely gone up. The card machine was easy to use and tables were clean. I will be back.

Packed at first. Cleared out quick. Big heavy duty machines. A bit pricey, and no cash for machines. Must buy a card & 4% fee if you load it with debit or credit... But it was clean and efficient and the patrons were civil to friendly

I am not use to such low scale laundromat. Our regular laundromat that we go to puts this one to shame. The floor is nasty. The washer didn't spray water in the right compartment to get my soap out of the dispenser, therefore there wasn't as much detergent in the clothes as there should have been. The over all washing cycle only took 26 minutes, which is what my quick cycle at home takes. I really have doubts about how clean my clothes will be when this adventure is over. When I dried my clothes I put 1 quarter in one dryer and 2 quarters in the other but they both shut off at the same time. What's up with that? I started over with two new dryers and started my stop watch. Both shut off before the stopwatch reach 5 minutes. I was fortunate enough that the lady who takes care of the place came in and she gave me back $2. I will not be back if I can find a cleaner and better place to do laundry.

Many Dryers do not work and do not have an out of order sign. The washing machines has an odor you will not notice until you take your clothes out. The smell was awful,  my clothes smell worse after washing. I spent $42 to wash and dry 4 loads!
I recommend going somewhere else.

Separated clothes, loaded 3 washers, added soaps and fabric softeners. Walked over to the fabric softener dispenser for one more little box. It was out of order. Ok….   Went to the change machine….”out of order, use the small change machine”. I walk over to the small change machine, it won’t take any denom of bill. Signs all over saying don’t leave laundry unattended. Went to to family dollar and squeezed $4 out of the clerk. Clothes/blankets were still there when I went back. Definitely would rather wear dirty laundry one more time than visit this facility again.

Just used this facility to wash and dry clothes. The washers are extremely awesome the dryers on the other hand. At least the two dryers I used number 5 and 6 didn't dry well at all. I put $2.00 in each dryer twice and at the end of the cycle my clothes were still wet as if they had just come out of the washers. If not for that would have probably given a higher star rating.

Johnson Advanced Cleaning is a great company for all of your cleaning needs, big or small. I recently hired them to pressure wash my house, and they took it upon themselves to pressure wash the walkway (leading up to my front door), for no additional cost. Johnson advanced cleaning did a phenomenal job on cleaning my rental property. They provided great customer service and they were able to fit me into their schedule last minute. I would recommend as well as I would use them again.

The pricing was just too much and the conversation on the phone was more for personal than professional.
To response I understand what you are saying and I get that. But the phone conversation was very unprofessional I had to ask was this Johnson Advance Cleaning. Then when you arrived at my house it was with your family in the vehicle which was unprofessional as well. As a business owner it is important to do things right the first time with people. You never know who is watching you or who could refer or not refer your business to other people. Just do better.

I understand about overhead cost. I truly do. Being customer professional friendly and personal friendly are two different things. Yes you are coming into someone's home. So why are you bringing a family and rushing through so that you can leave. The experience was a rush and I didn't like that. Since you are trying to be friendly.

Quick Wash USA

Lots of machines are down and nowhere to sit inside. No one on duty. I need to make change for a 10 and don't want all quaters. They do have a TV and it's not busy. I guess that's a plus. 5.25 for a medium wash.

If I could give five negative stars I would. Worst Laundromat in the country. It done ruined five of my uniform shirts. Now I only have two left. Most of the washers don't work and there's no hot water. It's only warm. There's also no bathrooms or even a sink where I could try to salvage my uniforms.
