While waiting for my new dryer to arrive, I got antsy and wanted to get some bedding washed. Never been to a laundry mat before so I did not know what to expect or what to do. The husband / wife were so kind to me! Helped me get my quarters, walked me through the big wash king and helped get it going. Once the wash was done the wife was so king and brought me a basket to transport to the dryers. A customer could tell I’d
never been before and walked over showed me how to work the dryers (turn nob after each quarter inserted then push button). EVERY person I encountered here was so kind and friendly! I will definitely recommend and come back as needed! Esp for those larger comforters and rugs! Amazing owners who truly made my experience incredible.

The place was decent not one of the cleanest or nicer laundromats I've been to however I got the job done and there just a 10-minute drive from my house and I've never had an issue with any of the machines or anyone there.

The young girl who works on the weekends is super friendly one out of her way to help me out and because of her I will always come back to this laundromat because I want is treated is more important then the atmosphere or Ambience of the establishment.

No one at the store or company cares about customers I have had a pair of pants cleaned three different times by these people because they cannot get them cleaned the first time they got them cleaned, but they put dirt marks back on my pants that were never even there the people at the store most of them are rude. You call the customer service. The person was rude to me. Told me they called and left messages which they did not told me that I put these marks on my pants even though I did not have possession of them, then they hung up the phone on me! You can’t talk to an owner or manager to get help! It’s been almost a month this business has had my pants cleaning them! They never offered a refund or an apology nothing I’ve just been treated like garbage. I will never go back to this business and I suggest no one use them. They need to be put out of business.

Absolutely irritated right now.  I called this location earlier today and asked what time I needed to drop stuff off and when it would be back.  The female told me it didn’t matter what time I drop stuff off, it’s a 2 day turn around.  I arrive at 5:45pm and I’m told it will be 3 days before my stuff is back because they pretty much close down for the day by 5:45pm, even though their posted closing time is 6pm.  I told her I had called and was told it didn’t matter what time I dropped stuff off, it’d be a 2 day turn around.  She said sorry and then repeated that they close stuff down by 5:45pm.  Had I been given ACCURATE information, I would have made sure I dropped my stuff off sooner.  I asked for a manager’s name/ph# and was told they don’t give that info out, that it’s pretty much just clerks that work there.  I was given a generic customer service # though.  It seems like this is the place to work if you want to be a manager and not actually work!    The best part is that the customer is at the whim of this business.  You can be given inaccurate info and then just get a hollow “sorry” and that’s supposed to make everything alright.  The female working promptly closed at 6 and was gone within 5 mins.  Employee satisfaction seems more important than customer satisfaction.  This may be a corporate issue within Sheldon Cleaners.  In any case, be aware that the “rules” change on the fly and customer satisfaction doesn’t seem like a concern for Sheldon Cleaners!

Just had 2 comforters washed here. Spent $70 and waited a couple days only to get them home and see they are not very clean and now smell bad. I will unfortunately now have to take them somewhere else to be washed. Wish I hadn’t tried to save time by spending $70 for them to “clean” them.

I had a giant business conference in Grand Rapids and needed all of my cloths pressed and cleaned. They told me the job would take a few days to complete  but they would shoot for Wednesday night. Not only did they finish early. But my cloths were on point. Thank again.

At the Rockford location, they are polite, courtesy always, and professional Staff. I also love the free pick up and delivery.

Not impressed. I paid $10, and my
dress shirt came back wrinkled, both the collar and the chest. Will not be coming back.

The customer service is top notch. Some examples they have done for me is sewing together a cuff on my shirt that was slightly ripped without me asking and double checking to make sure I received my full order back. The little things don’t go unnoticed. Pickup/delivery is a great perk, as well!

Very disappointed, this is the first time using Sheldon cleaners on this side of town and the quality of work was not to my satisfaction, when I asked for a refund, they took my information and told I would be contacted and of course no one has contacted me.

Typically, picking up your dry cleaning is an uneventful event, but not with Landry working there.  Landry is helpful, kind and has a great sense of humor which brightens up an otherwise monotonous task. I wish you would not have closed the Ada store but at least Landry helps make the drive worth it!

These guys did a great job on two suit coats. Really friendly and trustworthy. I noticed they did a lot of uniforms for the local police departments as well.

I dropped of my husbands suit yesterday and she told me it would be ready on tuesday because of the holiday week. I told her that was fine. My husband told me later that he needed it for church sunday and to see if i could get it back before then and I could take it back in to be cleaned next week. I called this morning and she offered to get it done by this afternoon for me. I am beyond impressed by their customer service and would recommend them to anyone. They are awesome.

The Laundry Room at Sheldon

I truly didn't have a bad experience, the machines work wonderfully! $1.30 for 15 min of dry time will dry a larger load of laundry. The washers are priced pretty steep, a 6 load washer was $10.60. An 8 load washer was $14ish. Do not use the STOP button on the washer, I did, hoping i could throw in a missed sock and had to pay the full amount to restart the washer. The attendant was cool enough to understand the confusion, and wasn't able  to refund but told me next time to let the attendant know and they can start them again for you. And since my wash was already complete, he was able to start my dryers and put 30 min on them. Overall nice facility. Just wish prices one washers were cheaper..

This used to be such a great location. Recently it has gone so far down hill. Yes the machines are great and fast but they do not get cleaned on a regular basis. I am usually one of the first ones in on weekend mornings. The floors are still covered in salt from the previous day. Infact, no snow has fallen in a week, but has rained a lot, yet the floor is still covered in salt. The bathrooms are disgusting. Sinks are getting black mold on them. The backs of the toilets are covered in peoples waist and hair. Back to the machines. The soap compartments are getting black mold in them from no one wiping them out. We used to see employees cleaning throughout our visits. Now you see the employees sitting in the chairs by the washing machines on their phones. When there is clearly enough to do around the laundromat. It is very disappointing, this location used to be a lovely clean respectably location. Now after seeing some of the stuff people put in these machines and noticing the employees not cleaning the machines after... Makes me rethink this location big time!

This place is a game changer if you don't own your own washer/dryer!
My apartment complex has a coin laundry in the basement, but when the washer had to be replaced, I decided to take my stuff here.
I don't think I'll go back to the basement even when they do get a new washer!
Clean, safe, relaxed atmosphere.
I washed 6 loads of laundry for $11; not much different than at home.
But here, they were all washed in 20 minutes, vs. two hours at my apartment.
Highly recommend.

As an RVer who goes to laundromats all over, this is the best I have seen. Lots of machines, plenty of carts, folding tables everywhere, and space to move around. Dyers $1.20-$1.90 per 15 min. Wash varied, but comparable to other places. If you are looking for a place to do your laundry yourself this is a great option. I didn’t use their other services.

I am only wasting my energy to review this place because I would hate for someone else to experience what I did. I came in with womens shirts (stated the. Were womens) to be laundered and pressed. I was told $40. I brought the shirts in (pink, purple, etc) and after she looked at them she said the metal snap button shirt would be $9 more. I was fine with that and paid $49 on my card. The lady looked at my shirts again and raised her voice at me accusing me of lying to her.... "You said there were mens shirts! These are blouse! These are $7 each!." I gently told her if that was the case I wanted my money back. She continued to yell at me, accusing me of lying. When she could not get the card machine to issue a refund she disgruntly wrote out a check and demanded I give her the order slip back.
This establishment is NOT worth your time or money if they can treat someone this way.

So clean and well updated! Machines are very affordable and seem well maintained. Bright, welcoming, and easy to use. Prices for washing start at $2.50 up to $11 for the mega washer. Driers start at $1.25

So a lot of the  machines seem to be on “vacation.” Machine 49 ate half my money then would t accept anything else. Machine ** I  input 3 quarters in when I only put in 1. So they need to fix their quarter intake machines. Machine 50 barely had any water in it although I paid for the highest wash you  could get. I ended up using a bigger machine for 9$ and it seemed to be ok. Place was clean, nobody here other than two other people who were in the far end. Definitely safe here even late at night. Prices were in line with what I would expect in an area like this. ( not saying it’s a bad area, everything is just cheaper up here compared to where I’m from) overall I would come back again. Would just use machines in row 59 or the large ones by the back wall / restroom. Came back on  4/1/25. knocked it down by another star dryer  eating money. Fix your machines to where they accurately report what’s put in them. Not everyone wants to do the digital card stuff, which I’d guess also probably takes extra off. Would be interesting to see an itemized bill for one of them. Place is  clean, machines work great accept the money part,and no attendant nowhere to be found.

The folks who own the shop are real winners, friendly and fun to talk to. Their work is exceptional - got a number of deep-set stains out of two blazers I frequently wear. Price is impossible to beat. I'd recommend this place to anyone and will be back myself.

I've been here several times and this place is awesome. Machines are very well kept, interior is clean & machines do a great job. The huge dryers are absolutely awesome & can really handle a lot.

The owner is very friendly & attentive. Definitely happy to see that he keeps the place in check. I've had the pleasure of talking with him a couple times & he really takes pride in keeping the place running to its best ability.

Not really happy about wash prices going up a bit, but with the way the economy is, I get it...

This place was a bit farther from my home but I went anyway. I'm glad I did. The place I was going to gave 6 mins per quarter to dry, here they give you 8 minutes and the dryers are well kept and huge in size. Also the washing machines appeared to be brand new, and well kept up. The prices for their washers range from reg loads up to I believe 50 or 60 lbs to be able to do lots of clothes at once, or comforts, throws, blankets etc. The prices are great and the place seems to be still in a remodel but well kept up and clean. I will be returning here not only to save money but also time :) thanks to who ever keeps this place up, I appreciate your efforts, it shows in the place all around ")

I've been going here for a few years. It's had its ups and downs but it's overall a good laundromat. The owner keeps it clean but people tend to dirty it throughout the day, so depending on who's in there on a particular day will depend on how clean it is (I've seen the owner several times cleaning the place while I've been there, he's a cool dude). Sometimes some wild stuff happens so if you're concerned about safety, go during the day or with a friend. This goes for any self serve place like this.

2 stars simply cuz they had a cheap washer and none of the other customers got aggressive towards me like at my last Laundromat issue :/ but would b a 1 if I went by the fact that I saw a cockroach in the bathroom right before leaving (had I seen it sooner I would have left right away) then to top it off, while rushing out the door I tripped over a small step that was not visible due to poor lighting and hurt my hand while falling. Please fix before someone seriously gets hurt and clean before you send bugs home w people!😕 This was my first time here and I will definitely not be coming back.

Facilities are fine, but the parking lot was treacherously icy today. I was cringing watching older customers attempt to navigate it. No excuse for this kind of neglect.

I was looking for  a laundry mat close to my house to wash a big quilt and found Rejuv! It was very clean and you could use a debit/credit card  not just coins which was very convenient. There was nice waiting room with comfy seating and a play area for children, which is very thoughtful. There is also an area for working if you want to bring your laptop and get some work done!

My partner and I have been using their wash and fold services for a few months now and the people that work here are incredible. Emmanuel, Marika, and Jeffery have all helped us out on different occasions. We've left keys and other items and they're always on the ball making sure we get them back. Truly kind service, the neighborhood is better with places like this.

On a business trip and needed laundry done. We are working 6am to 6pm daily. Found that REJUV also will do drop-off laundry. With 6 days of heavy fire retardant work clothes plus under garments, washed, dried, and neatly folded for just over $30. This was a steal. Hotel I am at has only 1 washer and 1 dryer and the dryer did not work
The owner-couple were a pleasure to work with. We had 4 people drop off laundry and it was all done the same day!

The manager Amber - HORRIBLE! An error on the company resulted in me asking for corporates number, she told me that she would not give me their number and I did not need to speak with them, nor was she going to give me my property back. How do you as a manager get to that point? you are not bigger than the company especially if you are not executing your role nor articulating policy ACCURATELY. Do better sheldon. Also, kristen is god sent. She would be the ONLY reason I batted an eye at the cleaners in the future.

Three attempts at cleaning my jackets that had dirt from falling down an outside staircase.  No one noticed it still wasn't clean despite taking the time with three different employees in two different locations to mark the area that needed attention.   They took my money, but didn't provide the expected or promised services.   Won't be using Sheldon Cleaners again as no one was concerned.  When I asked for a refund or discount I was flat out denied with no apology or any attempt to remedy the situation.

Staff is always helpful. I've been going to them for years and have only had two issues and everyone was quick to respond and offered helpful solutions. I wish we could use auto apply discounts via app so just remember ask before drop off\pick up.
