Came here while our washerc was being repaired & it was one of the better I've been to in my time. Very clean, reasonably priced & when we had an issue with the dryer they very quickly responded & refunded or money (they have a number to text if you have an issue with a machine). Would come back here if I ever needed a laundry mat. Definitely would recommend

First time going to a laundromat because I have a king size 3 inch mattress topper and it wouldn't fit in my washer at home. I was pleasantly surprised. There was a man inside that asked for 75 cents, then left. But I left with a fresh clean mattress topper and comforter. Ill be back.

We always looking for laundromat when we travel. I do pretty good in picking the right one. This was a great choice. Reasonable prices, great machine, clean, and the children knew how to act in the laundromat!! They take quarters and they do an app too. Their change machine works and all the other machines too. Great quiet and clean. I couldn't ask for more. We'll be back next time, I have yall mark now!!

Their machines are not cleaned properly. If you look in the top of most of the machines in the detergent slot they are so full of gunk almost to the point it’s moldy. I took my clothes out from the wash and there was black gunk smeared all over my daughters BRAND NEW clothes. I called and they offered me $2.50 to rewash. Needless to say it was stained and the $2.50 would have been usless. Thanks Just Come Clean.👍🏻

Edit: To the owners response- Your measly $2.50 wasn’t going to help or change anything the damage was done. I was not going to waste anymore time or money at your establishment. I took my business elsewhere, and of course when I rewashed and dried my clothes they were in fact stained.

The first time I went to "Just Come Clean, LLC" I ended up being the last one there & I had the pleasure of meeting the owners. Super nice people; very accommodating & pleasant to talk to. Then I came back the following week & almost ALL the washers had signs on them saying "Out of order." There were a lot of people waiting for washers, which really sucked! They should have just closed until the machines were fixed since it was almost ALL the washers. I don't know...just a suggestion:>/

washers are great and the place is always clean
a bit hot and could stand for some a/c in this extreme hot weather, but i travel from granite city, il to do my laundry here

Won't be back! Employee named Amber is rude and VERY disrespectful. Pulled up to the drive thru we sat there for a few seconds and sign says honk for service bell is broken. We honk, Amber comes to the window and says you didn't have to honk i was standing right there. We said sign says to honk and you had your back to us. She said you only honk when nobody is around. She said what's the seervice you need, I said what's your managers name, she says Samantha and closes the window in our faces. I know they won't hate but she represents YOUR company and we will NEVER be back again.

I haven't been to a laundromat in many years. This is Not an old rundown place.
I've been there a few times this week doing laundry after a house fire and will be back again tomorrow. Very clean , nice new large washers and dryers. Helpful staff .

I visited this laundromat a little bit after
6pm with my family and we had about 4-6 loads total. The washing machines added about 15 minutes to the thirty minute cycles, causing the washing time to take longer than normal (which wasn’t a problem originally) by the time i got finished washing and was ready to dry, it was 7:35.. the intendant kept rushing me and saying they closed at 8:00.. She made me so uncomfortable that i forgot to start a dryer. By 8 i had 5 dryers going still with 8 minutes on each and she rudely turned off the lights and rushed my family out. My issue is that i visit this laundromat every month and spend a nice amount each time because we also get dry cleaning so for us to be treated so poorly and rushed out of the laundromat because i had a petty 10 minutes left on the machines is insane. Safe to say I’ll never be back. Train your employees to have some grace and politely give a grace period for families who’s washing time last a few minutes after closing.

I have been coming here to do my laundry for a few months. The washer and dryers work great and it’s always clean. But today I came in and dryers are now 1.29 it’s doesn’t seem like a lot but when I already pay 10.50 per load for 2 loads it adds up… would have been a 5 if dryers were free

I took my white coat to have it cleaned,  as it needed cleaning badly  and most of the stains came out.   When I brought it back the owner cleaned it a second time and didn't charge me!!  He was very accommodating and professional and went above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend them because of this as well as the great job that they did on my other garments!!

Dropped off a suit jacket and pants to be a groomsman at a wedding. Needed them finished and ready for pick up in a very short notice. Had them fitted in under 10 minutes. Four days later I picked them up and was all ready to go. Amazing service. 10 out of 10

Very friendly and quick turn around for cleaning and alterations had a pair of pants that needed to be hemmed and they were ready two days ahead of the original date for pickup. Will definitely return in the future

Customer service I haven't experienced in decades! Great job, fair prices, and so friendly. I'll never go anywhere else!
