The folks that work here, when they are there, are friendly. Thirty to forty percent of the dryers don't work, but the rest are fine.

I put 10 dollar bill in the change machine and only got 5 dollars.  The change machine is now empty.  I called the laundry number and it rings "busy".  No one ishere to maintenance and I'm out 5 bucks.  I feel a lawsuit...lmao.  Dryer # 50 is HOT. the others are low heat or cool heat.  So use 50 if you can.  It will dry 3 loads before another dryer will dry one load..

I stopped from out of town, and managed find a washer that I hope works. Most of the washers are broken (literally) and it looks like only two dryers work. It's relatively clean, but I wouldn't return.

This laundromat is even worse than the other laundromat her in town. Only 2 washers, yes ONLY 2 washers actually work at this laundromat.  In the middle of my clothes washing in one of them, the door popped open. I couldn't  get it to stay closed again on its  own, so I had to stand there and hold it shut. This really made me mad. And when it came time to dry my clothes, and they only have 2 working dryers too,  one of them stole a few of my quarters. I wish someone in this town would buy one of the locations out or start a new one.  I highly recommend  that you avoid this laundromat.

We've used them the last couple of times. It's an okay place to use. Half of the machines didn't work but that's typical when it's open all the time and people are in and out all the time, plus we all know most people don't respect other people's things the way they do theirs. The first time we used a dryer that someone had just got finished using so it got our clothes very dry. The second time our clothes didn't get all the way dry so it's just hit and miss like everything else.

Do not trust this business with your clothing! They ruined an heirloom jacket, have been waiting on a call from the owner and haven't heard a word! The manager was nice and considerate, admitted they ruined my daughters jacket....but unfortunately it can't be replaced. We will no longer be taking our things to them as they also did a horrible job on a suit.

They misplaced my dad's clothes for WEEKS. We called several times and the clerk was short and seemed irritated. Each time we called she said they'd figure out what happened and call back... they never did. We explained that my Dad had just passed away and the clothes were really important to us, which didn't seem to effect their sense of urgency.  I finally called and reached a different person who was helpful and she located the items. When my mom went to pick them up (8 weeks after dropping them off) they charged her full price.

They lost my jacket that was over $300. The worker’s attitude is the worst. She won’t even let me talk to the manager.

Most washers are out of service, some will not spin the clothes out, most dryers don’t work and it takes two times to dry them, some are great and get really hot, but not very many

Out of the 7 dryers we used, 3 of them worked. For $1.75 a pop, you would expect them to dry a small load. The washers were $2.00 and $5.00 for the only triple loader in the building. I'll take the drive to WCH next time I need a laundromat.

Worst place I've ever had to do my laundry. DO NOT GO HERE! 8/14 washers don't work only 5 are labeled. 2 washers didn't spin out 1 didn't wash at all. 4/10 dryers don't work. Roaches crawling on the walls an ceiling. No restrooms. There was water coming out of a washer all over the floor. I would have been better off washing cloths in my tub an hanging them up! If I could Rate 0 stars i would've. Don't waist your money. Spent 30$ just to go home an hang 3 loads or laundry.

Took all the money I had today to the laundromat spent $25, the three bottom dryers that I put $2 a piece in so there's six dollars of my money it's not getting hot at all so I just pretty much wasted 6 bucks so if you go to this laundromat watch the dryers because half of them don't even work and the ones that are supposed to work don't even heat your clothes up at all and there's no way to get a hold of the owner to let him know either get your money back which is not right at all either. I'm a single mother trying to make it in this world and getting ripped off is not something that I take lightly and I feel like if you can't get a hold of an owner and you put your money in a machine that doesn't work that's not right there should be some way here to get a hold of an owner especially in case of an emergency what if there was an emergency? Both phone numbers are out of service. Neither location is open during their posted business hours. I remember when they ran the restaurant at the golf course in WCH and closed during the winter. They are a joke.

How do you even get in touch with this place? Both the Greenfield and Courthouse numbers don't go through and the website is taken down. Are they even in business? I had a pretty terrible experience with the Greenfield location a few years ago but I'm needing some dry cleaning done again and was really hoping they had upped their game by now. Doesn't look like it, because I can't even make a phone call to them.

Christy and Ben are awesome they are great people and they truly care about their workers. The first thing that came out of Christy's mouth was are you okay can I help you with anything! That speaks for itself friends.

They do a wonderful job now. They have new owner and mangerment.

Always have excellent customer service and good quality speedy service, rare to find these days.
