I came into town for a wedding and didn’t have a chance to get my suit, and dress shirt cleaned and pressed before I left home.  I saw that Rite had really good reviews and a fast turnaround.  Check in process was quick and easy and my wife needed a button fixed on her dress.  They got everything done on time and everything looked great.  I am headed to the wedding now looking good thanks to Rite.  And my wife’s button was fix for free.  I appreciate it.

Long story short ~my basement flooded, BAD. So much was ruined but the saddest to me was my father's veteran funeral flag which came unfolded and just a mess. I called around price shopping on having it cleaned, Rite Cleaners cleaned it for free and because they were veteran Boy Scouts they folded it in that beautiful triangle that was handed to my heartbroken mom so many years ago. Got two down alternative comforters cleaned. They came out beautifully. Like new and they are years old. The two women working there ( one younger, one older) are so nice. And it was HOT in there as it was a very hot day. Def impressed. Kudos to those girls they work hard.

Very helpful, I went in for several different services. Got my suit jacket dry cleaned as well as a comforter cleaned. I then had 3 pairs of pants tailored and hemmed. Got them back all great! My only complaint was I did not receive notice if my items were done but upon calling they were extremely helpful and polite. Will be coming back in the future

I was heading out of town for a very long time and I urgently needed to get a lot of things dry cleaned.  I called Cavalier Cleaners on Sunday morning.  Yes it was a Sunday and they were actually open… unbelievable!

Andrea answered the phone and she was super friendly and really helpful and actually gave me the owner’s (Ashley and Nick’s) cell phone.  And she said I can text them and see if they can help.

I immediately thought… sure the owners are going to respond to me on a Sunday. Highly doubtful.

But guess what?

Ashley did respond.

And she not only responded…she said that they can help me and offered to get my clothes dry cleaning in less than 24 hours!

The entire day, Ashley and I are texting back and forth to be sure the clothes get picked up and the dry cleaning can begin.

I then dropped off the clothes. And it was ALOT of clothes…with Andrea and Luci at the store.

They were both so friendly and patient with me.   After all, this was a Sunday, when almost every other dry cleaner in town was closed, they were open and so amazing and extremely helpful!

The next morning, the clothes are ready and expertly dry cleaned…and Ashley and Nick even folded them super neatly so I could fit them all into my suit case.

Sooo I swing by their store and placed all the clean items in my suitcase…and then literally drove straight to the airport.

I made my flight with all of my important clothing dry cleaned and ready for my trip…this all happened in less than 24 hours!

Without Ashley and Nick’s amazing help and also support from Luci and Andrea, I could have never gotten all of my clothing dry cleaned and packed in less than 24 hours.

Cavalier has a super friendly and helpful staff and they have the quickest turnaround out of any dry cleaners in the area.  I've taken my suits and shirts elsewhere at they have weird hours where if you don't drop stuff off by 8 am it will take days to dry clean or they charge way too much for sewing on buttons.  With Cavalier I can drop of my suits and shirts the night before and get it the next day. HORRID service quality .  Brought two faux fur blankets with a few spills and food stains to be cleaned. They had them for two weeks, picked them up today. They weren’t even touched. They still had all the stains and spots of food on them. I’m appalled $80 for no service at all. These items weren’t even touched.

Needed a same day dry cleaning for a suit. Called at 8:30 am, dropped off at 8:45am and picked up the suit at 3 pm that day. Price was very reasonable for emergency service. Thank you.  Will use again.

Had a dress dry cleaned last week and when I went to pick it up, I was surprised it cost $24 for just one item. This wasn’t a fancy dress either - the tag said hand wash or dry clean, and as a new mom I figured I’d let someone else help me out and asked my husband to drop it off to be dry cleaned. My mistake! I’ll save my money next time.

Animal hair on my 3 pants. Expectation was that they would not combine dry cleaning, especially since I am allergic to pets.
Went back to the store at 4:10 PM on Monday, Only a student (Lucy) was there - need to wait till Tuesday (12/17) to talk to an associate, so gave her only 1 pant.

Their prices are great and they have gotten suits done for me very quickly when I needed them. I also had my wedding dress preserved by them which turned out amazing and it came back in a beautiful box with a window that I could see my dress through.
