Bathroom doesn’t work, no one answers or calls back when customer service number is called. The machines don’t get your clothes clean and none of the card readers work. This place is dirty and not worth the time coming here. I’ll be finding another place to do my clothes. The owner/manager should be ashamed of themselves. This is ridiculous.

Lots of negative reviews, not to discredit their experiences, but I came here this evening to do several large loads of clothes, and the 60lb capacity washers at the far back wall worked great, aswell as the $3.50 speed queen one straight across from them.

Dryer 35 and 37 worked, but did take two cycles to fully dry all three loads, which in my opinion, is to be expected with so many clothes.

The floors are undeniably dirty, and the restroom is out of order as I write this review, but those things are sort of irrelevant, considering the establishments primary function is to allow you to wash and dry clothing.. If you're placing clothes on the dirty floor, then I am not sorry to say, the laundry mat is not the one to be criticized lol.

Has 4 or 5 bays for self washing and 2 auto washes. Everything works as it should.

I have used this laundry several times and never had an issue but tonight I loaded the washer and waited the 43 mins until done. After 43 mins the washer was blinking 01 mins and never unlocked the door or never counted down to 00 mins. Called the number on the wall, no one answered, left message to return my call. Never received a call back. And according to the police I will just have to wait till morning until I can hopefully get a hold of someone. Not impressed with the service I received tonight. Most likely will not return again.

Coin changer out of service.
Too many washers out of service.
Card readers on too many working machines out of service.
Watched a man lose money on all 4 machines he tried to use.
Doubtful I'll return here.

There were a few bad reviews which made me hesitant on coming here, but i give this place 5 stars! When i first walked in, who i am pretty sure were the owners, were there. They helped me with multiple things before i began my load, I was perfectly happy with the way my clothes were washed, and the dryer worked exceptionally well. It seems very well maintained & as clean as a laundromat could be.
I want to point out how a few of the reviews were about homelessness because of the game machines, It’s a laundromat, so of course you cannot expect a luxurious setting. But i felt very safe even while others were present in the building. and the camera set up is GREAT! I think the game machines are a great way to pass time if you’re interested in them. I’ll definitely recommend this place and return if needed.

I stopped here and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and working appliances. There was a woman there with, I assume to be, her granddaughter working and cleaning. She was very nice and helpful. Good experience overall.

The place is clean enough inside and the machines are well maintained, but there are two problems. The two quarter game machines attract gamblers who definitely don't lend to the family atmosphere. They loomed over the machines the whole time I was there. Also the parking lot needs to be patched at the curb cuts. The potholes are dangerous.

I'm sorry for this review but I felt very unsafe there. Had a lot of homeless people hang around. Don't get me wrong please. I have no problems with people down on their luck. Trust me I was in that position once upon a time. But I never beg or ask people for money, all the ones that were hanging out are very able to work. I'm in remission from stage 4 breast cancer with a metastatic which has spread to my bones I get up everyday and go to work so I feel if I can work with my cancer then they could work with whatever they have. Also it was very hot inside idk if the air conditioner was down or off. I just don't know. So the next day I took my washer apart and fixed it so I didn't have to go back down there. Sorry I just don't know what has happened to this place I've always felt safe but not this time. Also there was water in the floor next to the games and drinks machines. Just needs some TLC UPDATE: I give y'all 4 stars now the place was very nice when I was down there with my daughter yesterday. Very clean but still have homeless hanging around. I know y'all can't control it. The place is very updated with new stuff I should have said that in my review in the first place but , I was just so nervous with so many homeless. So I change it from 2 stars to 4 Stars thank you for your reply

This is a very clean, nice atmosphere to do your laundry. There’s vending machines there’s free Wi-Fi bathrooms available very clean environment I give this place a five star.
