Clinton Superwash Coin Laundry

Bathroom doesn’t work, no one answers or calls back when customer service number is called. The machines don’t get your clothes clean and none of the card readers work. This place is dirty and not worth the time coming here. I’ll be finding another place to do my clothes. The owner/manager should be ashamed of themselves. This is ridiculous.

Lots of negative reviews, not to discredit their experiences, but I came here this evening to do several large loads of clothes, and the 60lb capacity washers at the far back wall worked great, aswell as the $3.50 speed queen one straight across from them. Dryer 35 and 37 worked, but did take two cycles to fully dry all three loads, which in my opinion, is to be expected with so many clothes. The floors are undeniably dirty, and the restroom is out of order as I write this review, but those things are sort of irrelevant, considering the establishments primary function is to allow you to wash and dry clothing.. If you're placing clothes on the dirty floor, then I am not sorry to say, the laundry mat is not the one to be criticized lol.

Has 4 or 5 bays for self washing and 2 auto washes. Everything works as it should.

I have used this laundry several times and never had an issue but tonight I loaded the washer and waited the 43 mins until done. After 43 mins the washer was blinking 01 mins and never unlocked the door or never counted down to 00 mins. Called the number on the wall, no one answered, left message to return my call. Never received a call back. And according to the police I will just have to wait till morning until I can hopefully get a hold of someone. Not impressed with the service I received tonight. Most likely will not return again.

Coin changer out of service. Too many washers out of service. Card readers on too many working machines out of service. Watched a man lose money on all 4 machines he tried to use. Doubtful I'll return here.
