AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They burned a hole into my dress shirt and then told me I did it and it came into the dry cleaners like that. I know for a fact that it did not. The owner wouldn't even acknowledge that he did it and I was not offered any compensation for the shirt they ruined. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

GRACE CLEANERS

I have never given a one-star review. I’d much rather lift people up than call them out — but sometimes, people need to be held accountable.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Grace Cleaners for five years. In that time, there have been a few issues... Once they misplaced my suit, another time they returned a jacket with the stain still there. They got it out the second time, but the bigger issue was: no one told me. But being a person of compassion, I gave them a pass… yet it kept happening.

Most recently, I brought in that same jacket, light stains under the arm and a loose sleeve lining. He asked when I needed it, and I said Tuesday. I forgot I had a doctor’s appointment in Nashville that day, so I picked it up Wednesday. After I pointed out the issues, he decided to play the, “You said you’d be here Tuesday” card, as if that would somehow change the outcome.

Based on MY past experience, I checked the work before paying. The stain was still there, and the sleeve lining looked worse. Now it had a visible fold or pleat in it. When I pointed it out, he immediately tried to blame me, said the lining was already like that. It wasn’t. I explained it just needed to be tacked back down, now it looked like someone made it worse.

I said, “Look, I’ve been patient. I’ve stuck with you through lost items, stains that had to be redone, and now this.” Then I added, “You should’ve called me and let me know the stain didn’t come out, asked me what I wanted you to do so I wouldn’t have to make the trip down here.” His response? “I can’t call everyone.”

I said, “And that’s the problem. If a job is late, misplaced, or can’t be completed, you MUST call your customers, that’s just basic business ethics.”

Instead of fixing the issue, he got defensive and salty. I told him, “You just lost a long-term customer,” paid him anyway, and that was that.

In the meantime, there was a woman behind me seeing this entire transaction who was clearly uncomfortable... I wish she hadn’t had to witness it — but maybe it gave her something to think about.

The saddest part… I’m not out to hurt this man’s business, in fact, they’re super nice folks. But when someone reacts instead of responds and won’t take accountability, I stop doing business with them.

I took my daughter‘s bridesmaid dress to be taken in and hemmed there. Not only did I spend double and triple with all the other bridesmaids spent to him their dresses, but when I went back to get it dry, cleaned and told her that the top strap wasn’t done because it kept falling off of my daughters Shoulder she just assured me that yes she did it. She took it into inches. She kept repeating herself over and over again and offered nothing by way of making it right. After spending $130 to get a dress hemmed and the strap taken in you would think that she would try to make it right. I also walked in there with a bag full of additional dry cleaning, fully prepared to leave it with her and continue doing business with her. Never again!Awful business practices, and definitely not a great seamstress.

She is amazing! They always do our cleaning and the alterations on our clothes but she made me beautiful pillows to go with my grandmother's 1952 sofa bed, repaired and got the old age coloring out of my sister's 1958 baby quilt, repaired and cleaned a 1959 handmade delicate  sheer blouse and sequined skirt of my mother's and repaired and got the old age coloring out of my sister's and mine handmade 1959 skirts and blouses. They all look completely beautiful, I couldn't be more pleased.

It had been 2 months since I took my dress in and had to ask for a refund because they hadn’t even touched it. Each time I would go in to check on it, I was told to check back in 1 more week. This happened 2 times and by the third time I asked for a refund and to get my dress back. When I received it, it was folded into a pile with no hanger.  I was then told by the worker “The worker had too much to do and did not have any time to work on it.” If this were the case, I should have been told this on the first day and not 2 months after it had been in their possession. I do not recommend this location.

I had to change my review after reviewing the quality of work. I had a difficult time getting my dress coat back due to staff changes at Grace Cleaners. But, the coat was cleaned so much better than any other place I've used. It looks brand new! I will be a return customer!

Best Cleaner

If you need alterations, I highly recommend Best Cleaners! He altered 3 pairs of pants and a dress for me and they fit perfectly now. The seams are so clean I can’t tell where adjustments were made on the items. Also had them back to me within a few days!

Get your repairs done here! Had them mend a sweater that had a 1/2-inch tear in the back near the waist from a fence. The repair is a proper mending job and barely noticable. Very happy with the results, especially for the price. I have had them do other great work too.

Called to see if I could get my suit done same day, and they happily recommended another place that could get it done for me!

I've been using Best Cleaners for years, and they are SO efficient and helpful! I performed in a bright satin dress, and they were able to get my self tanner/sweat stains out and save the dress! They are the best!

They always do such a great job and are very quick. I had to get my son's pants hemmed for an event and he got it done immediately and did a great job. Today he fixed a zipper on the spot and didn't even charge me. They are always so nice and do quality work. I would highly recommend Best Cleaner to anyone that needs alterations.

Speed Queen Wash & Dry (Coin Laundry)

This owner should be very proud. Even in an area such as this this establishment is kept immaculate and the machines working perfectly and the few that are temporarily down are clearly marked. I was amazed at how clean the detergent bays are and the  super keen attention to detail throughout the machines. There are plenty of options for entertainment such as food, games, and even a billiards table. Even though the price of a wash is a few dollars higher than most it's well worth it for the cleanliness, security and overall functioning of this laundromat.

These people are so nice here!!! And the Laundromat is always clean and tidy and I would recommend this to everyone!! Great people and good working machines 👍❣️❣️

Walk into this place and shed all your preconceived notions about what a laundromat is supposed to look like. My gosh! This place is sparkling! All the shiny stainless steel Speed Queen machines are brand new. Multiple sizes all the way up to machines for 100 pounds of laundry! Both wash and dry.

Use the app. It's SO easy. And no more fumbling with quarters. You can get in and out at least a half hour faster because you don't have to mess with change. Seriously!

And clean too! There is an attendant there all the time, cleaning machines and floors and bathrooms. You know how it seems like you always drop than one thing on the floor transferring to the dryer? Well, you don't have to worry about it getting dirty now! The floors are spotless.

Highly recommended. It changes your experience of your laundry day. I don't dread it any more. In fact, I kinda look forward to it!

This is a good laundromat and you don't have to put in extra money for warm water or the laundromat charge you for warming hot water just to do your laundry when they already charge you $8 just to use the washer and $9 for hot water dish laundromat machines already distributed warm water for your clothes and yes you will pay a little more for hot water but at least you're getting warm water what you deserve when you come to a laundromat

Came in they shut the lights out on me 45 minutes before closing and then tried telling me to come back tomorrow while my clothes were wet after I already spent 45 dollars washing my things and eating in their business then stood by and watched my drier until they were done.

Mr C's Dry Cleaners

I have tried multiple times with MrCs but they just don’t have great staff or they’re are not trained well and their computer system doesn’t seem to allow for much flexibility.  The dry cleaning itself is okay but I always have issues with drop off and charges.

Went to pick up clothes that were dropped off 7/19 but clothes could not be found.  Will consult with an attorney.
Update**
Clothes found thanks to the gentleman working there today.  But will not be back.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to this time. Let me say, the young girl working the front counter was very pleasant. However, the dry cleaning quality was awful. My dresses were wrinkled and my dress pants had multiple creases in them as if a ten year old did it. I was very unimpressed as this was my first time utilizing Mr.Cs as I typically go to Gallatin for these services. I wanted to support my community but I will not return to this location.

Bad at tailoring, bad at dry cleaning, horrible at customer service. Refused to refund for ruined clothes. Such scammers.

I use Mr C's for all my jerseys after the games. They always do a good job with my clothing and are reasonably priced and friendly
