As a customer I was not really given considerations and my experience was not pleasant. Though the work was good. I will find another alterations shop for my other pants.

Unpleasant experience with Ms. Young at Gigantic Dry Cleaners.

I called ahead to ask if they dry clean wedding dresses. Ms. Young said yes. When I brought in my daughter’s dress, she confirmed again that they could clean it. I pointed out a missing button that needed to be replaced—she agreed to fix it. I also asked if the other buttons could be checked and tightened if needed. She agreed, mentioned there would be an extra charge, and we paid for the full service.

When we returned to pick up the dress a week later, I checked the buttons. The missing one had been replaced, but the others were still loose. I brought this up politely, and Ms. Young immediately became upset. She said the buttons may have loosened in the machine and that it would cost more to fix them. I reminded her that we already paid to have the buttons checked and tightened. She reluctantly took the dress back to fix them, but not without more frustration and comments.

When I came back days later to pick it up again, she continued to express displeasure—saying she gave me a discount, that they don’t normally sew, and that loose buttons are the customer’s responsibility. I calmly explained that I paid for the services she offered, and I’m on the customer side of the counter. I don’t control what happens behind the counter.

I simply wanted my daughter’s wedding dress cleaned and the buttons secured. I’m not someone who argues about money or service, but this was stressful and disappointing—especially with the wedding just 2 away. I won’t return.

I went here once simply for dry cleaning and they did a wonderful job on some work clothes as well as a bridesmaids dress. a couple months later I came back for alterations for a that was a little bit more complicated in terms of the hem (especially considering fabric and dual layers)- she did a wonderful job. I assumed I’d give up the integrity of the hem… but she did such a good job it was nearly identical to the designers finish.

On top of that, I called very last minute and she finished the alterations within 24 hours. I’m so grateful for the quick turnaround and they did a wonderful job!

If I could give negative stars I would. I took 3 NEVER worn dresses to be steamed for my son’s wedding on 05/28/25. When I picked up the dresses on 5/30/25, my daughter’s, again NEVER worn, special order, bridesmaid dress was stained as if someone decided to “borrow’ the dress”. There was food stains on the sleeve, what appeared as if someone had greasy fingers and wiped them on the front of the dress, a dime sized black stain of unknown origin, another dime sized red stain of unknown origin, stains on the back of the dress and some sort of liquid stain on the bottom back side of the dress. When I picked up the dress I was told it was brought in stained. 🤬 We have pictures proving otherwise. When I asked for it to be cleaned as the wedding was the next day her response was flippantly, “Sorry, the soonest I can have it done is Tuesday”. UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL! I needed every single moment of the day before my sons wedding and THANK GOD for Sandy at Suite Success Dry Cleaners for actually caring about the situation she was ale to get the dress clean for us, which cost an extra $100 and a couple hours time spent trying to find a cleaner willing to do this for us. There was ZERO accountability from Gigantic cleaners only excuses.

This business altered my daughter's prom dress and we were very impressed by the way that they hemmed and pressed the bottom of the dress. They did a wonderful job and the dress is now the perfect length for dancing. The price to alter the dress was reasonable, $45, and the work was completed in a little over a week. I definitely recommend them for alterations.

The prices aren't the lowest, however, this laundromat was very clean so I don't mind paying a little extra for the cleanliness to be up to my standards!

Staff are very helpful. Restrooms available without having to ask. Candy machines are over 50% cheaper!! Shortage of carts, so try and go when not busy. Avoid the one cart that is hard to push. Back door available, as is automatic front door.  Quarter gaming machine has another control!! Clean and two attendants to assist. TV to watch. They now have free books or magazines to read!! 👍

The couple of times I used this location it was great. Washers are big enough to wash my king sized blanket. Dryers are also big. People are nice. They have coin machines and they have extras for purchase if needed.

I use a laundromat a few times a year for things like comforters that are too big to wash at home. This one is very clean, with a large number of machines. They also have a wide range of machine capacities, making it easy to find the correct size.
