I have been extremely happy with the service and quality workmanship at the Art Cleaners in Lafayette.  On my most recent visit, when I picked up my order, Donna remembered specific details about the items I had brought in for cleaning.  She was also kind enough to assist me in carrying my rugs out to the car.  That personalized service makes me a satisfied customer.

I've been coming here for years and the service is always outstanding.  Donna always greets me with a warm smile and has my shirts at the ready. And it's a nice drop off point for the kids if Pioneer is your school, too.   Highly recommend!

The last time my husband wore the suit was when we got married 30 years ago. He is now in hospice care will need to be dressed once more. I could actually cry tears of joy right now!! This dry cleaners should be everyone’s first choice! I get married in a week and my fiance noticed this big dark stain on his tailored suit jacket. We were in total panic mode and took it here to see if they could even lighten it a little. They took it back immediately and GOT THE STAIN OUT right then and there!!! Skills unmatched!! John’s Dry Cleaning is fantastic we will definitely be using them again. I had a coat with sap stains and they were very kind because I didn’t realize that I couldn’t dry clean it, but they helped me get the stains out and washed it for me. I was really worried the stains could not be removed, but they treated my jacket and were able to to get all the stains out. I am so happy and the coat looks new again, thank you so much! We had my husband’s dress shirts, my dress, a skirt, and a suit jacket all dry cleaned too and they did a great job cleaning those. I was very impressed with the turn around time, it was quick. I wish I could give it more than five stars for my experience. Everyone who works there is very kind. I highly recommend this place!

Outstanding job cleaning my wedding dress. The other reviews gave me comfort enough to trust John's with cleaning of my dress, inclusive of its intricate lace. The production manager carefully reviewed the dress, materials, and manufacturer's care instructions before sharing his plan with me. The price was $300 flat - no confusing "wedding dress preservation" pitch. While they quoted me a few weeks for cleaning I had it back in a week! I swear it is now whiter than it was at my wedding and they even hinge it on a nice cardboard bodice form. Thanks, John's!

John’s Cleaners is great! They provide fast, effective service. I also appreciate that when I accidentally left gloves in the pocket of the coat I was having cleaned, they found them and put them in a separate bag that they returned to me when I picked up my order.

John’s did an amazing job with my cleaning my wedding dress after our big day. I was impressed with the manager’s attention to detail on a very delicate and unique fabric when I dropped it off and how quickly I had it back in my possession. The dress looks brand new with no sign of dirty hem or self tanner around the bust and straps. Highly recommend John’s for keeping your most special garments in tip top shape.
