3 days to get a shirt pressed and the lady answering the phone was so rude and mean. Not sure why anyone would support this small business. Absolutely the worst. 2.2 rating seems generous. Reason why these guys have the worst rating I’ve seen. Keep up the good work🥴🤢👎

I would really give no stars! $10 for a muscle shirt! I asked repeatedly  for an explanation and none was given! $10 for leggings and Just to have them laundered!

They don't dry clean clothes. They just put plastic and tag over what you bring in and put it on the rack until you pick up. Clothes dirtier when picked up then when brought in.

Recently got two dresses dry cleaned and they charged me almost $38. Crazy.

If I could give a review with less I would.  It's not a laundromat, it's a pay exorbitant amounts for them to wash it for you.  LOTS of empty machines,  but they don't let you do it yourself,  they would rather rip you off and have machines sit idle.  I have NO idea how they got the ratings up to a 2, but stay away.

Shockingly expensive. $50 for a small load. We thought we’d save money by not using the hotel laundry service - not so much! Be prepared to be ripped off.

They have a minimum $40 charge. I get it, Vail is a tourist town.. but businesses like this make it hard for us locals to survive. And being open to coin operation one day a week doesn’t work for many of us. Disgrace. The Laundry Room? Soap’s Up? Same place, same rip-off.

This place is a drop off only laundromat. It was a bit deceiving on google because it advertised as a full service laundromat with public machines. They are no longer a public laundry due to Covid and I was told that they use all of the machines to support local business. So if you have the idea of doing your own laundry you might want to go elsewhere. I had an emergency while I was camping and had to clean all of my sleeping bags. They were attacked by my dog with mud and he managed to knock over a bunch of other things soaking my sleeping gear. I had to get them washed and the gentleman at the counter did a rush job for me so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back from vail to Dillon.
Five stars for being flexible. Was a bit steep for the rush order 20 dollars a bag I
Had 3 so 60. It is vail after all!

Only open on weekend. Dryers are awful. Paid for nearly an hour. Still wet yet somehow also managed to scorch and ruin two brand new blankets on low. How???????? Also staff gives zero cares about the mask mandate in effect and were coughing all over the place.
