I had been coming here for years. After today (10/26/25), I will not return. I advised staff that after several minutes of washing in #32, my clothes were still dry. Staff explained this particular washer releases water based on weight. I stated regardless, the clothes should still be wet. When I removed my things, I showed her they were visibly not clean. She repeated the previous comment. I advised my clothes did not smell fresh, I used Tide detergent, not dollar detergent. She kept repeating the same, refusing another wash or refund. I asked for the restroom key to rinse out pieces of food stuck to clothing, not hard stains. I advised she should do the right thing. Stated I just didn't want to agree with her and argued the same. I advised we can agree to disagree and I paid for another wash.

It's all good to you actually have an issue with your clothes. When I took my white clothes out the dryer they were covered in what resembled tobacco smudge, in which I don't use. I was pointed to a sign which says they are not responsible, and then handed my clothes back as is. Since they have no accountability I don't mind changing locations to where I'm more respected. This is the manager's decision, the actual staff was understanding but of course they can't  override management rules.

Horrible, horrible. I came because, my washer broke and cannot afford a new one ,as I have 2 children and am in a nasty divorce..
The laudromat machines are really filthy. And have isues taking coins. My clothes came ot smelling.
The driers do not work for the most part. They are over sized and you can o nly dry a handful of clothes at a time or they wont dry clothes or the doors pop open.....so u cany even walk away.  The driers I used only spun for abouy 3 to 5 min
At a time.  When I asked for help it was explained I had to use multiple driers for clothes, and blankets need taken out and flipped around frequently. The employ was more imterested in her personal phone than helpiing or cleaning. Sat and watched me struggle and blow 80$ and leave witj smelly clothes thay were soaking wet!!! I had to take all my wet clothes and toss them into my trucj as she sat and rolled ber eyes and made comments under her breath.
Heartbreaking when finances are tight and you are just tryu g ti get clean clothes for your family.
Do not go here unless you have money to throw away. Horrible xperience.

IF THEY HAD A NO STAR OPTIONS I'D USE IT!!!4.75 in dryer that never got hot. Woker with Shyt attitude tried to tell me I didn't. Counted my refund on her fingers. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. MORE DRYERS AND WASHERS OUT OF ORDER THAN WORKING.

I wish we could give ZERO stars!! The Manager who is an African American female is EXTREMELY rude, dismissive, abrasive and irritable. I was just at this cleaners dropping off items, and she pulls up and moves an orange cone that she places in front for her parking. She walks in and walks right past me on the phone and barks “excuse me sir”.. this is the third time that she has been extremely unpleasant. She clearly HATES her profession and makes no qualms of ensuring that you know this. This cleaners is close to my home HOWEVER I am willing to driver to a further location in order to avoid this individuals mean spirited temperament. I highly encourage you to AVOID THIS CLEANERS.
