I had a bridesmaid dress hemmed and altered about a week prior to a wedding due to being pregnant and needing to accommodate a growing bump. I brought the dress to Salt Box Valet on a Wednesday afternoon to be pressed/steamed right after picking it up from being altered. I needed this done by Friday morning and the owner was able to have it done for me within 15-20 minutes of arriving and explaining my situation! So thankful and appreciative of the excellent service! Yeah, these guys are kind of full of themselves. Don’t get me wrong… they will clean your clothes well. They are very knowledgeable..but at a price! They are so expensive!!! I get the sense they can pick and choose customers. ALSO… don’t be fooled. They have a window sign that reads “Same Day Service”. But you can only read it from the inside. What the?!?! The drive thru is cool but the guy and his mom (I think) are way to boujee if you ask me. Try em out if you want. They know their stuff but bring your wallet and your humility. Not a good business plan these days.

They are absolutely amazing! I had a formal dress I brought in for alterations...actually had to be pinned too...and then had it steamed. It turned out perfect and the price was insanely good! We'll definitely be back!

This is a hidden gem. It's hard to find a genuine cleaner where you can get alterations done anymore let alone a good. I have a massive king size comforter and it was cleaned and returned to me in 2 days in excellent condition. My machine wasn't going to hold it, but theirs did.

So I sent my husband there with a note for each Item of clothing that I had detailing what alterations I needed when I tell you, my clothes came back altered to the T OMG perfect each item was exactly how I specified 10/10 I highly recommend

I moved from a cleaners I had been using once American Cleaners closed to this branch of Swannanoa Cleaners at Hendersonville Rd. The staff are friendly and quick to answer questions and they provide excellent service. I wish I had searched better after American closed and had discovered this branch months ago. The work done is much better than what I was getting at the interim location and at a much better price. Because of service, friendliness, and cost, I have found my forever cleaners. I highly recommend Pak Cleaners for any and all sewing needs! I will definitely be a returning.

DO NOT come here to have badges/ name tapes sewn into your OCP uniform. I had a CAB and Airborne wings put on my top and a name tape on my pants by this shop. Measurements were off and my CAB wasn’t even centered. Thank God I only wasted 10 dollars. There were multiple lines sewn and transparent throughout my badges and name tape. Never supporting this business again. I will stick to Kim’s Sewing and Cleaning. I would have given them 0 starts if google allowed it for reviews.

I had several of my suit pants altered by Yuni and now they fit perfect!  My pants look like they came directly from the department store!  Awesome service!
